Magical place, it seems to be in a fairy tale. Everything was perfect. It is always a pleasure to stay there.

The food was superb, Milano, the waiter, was fabulous, and ambience was perfect.

The service, location, food, etc. Are all absolutely fantastic. In short, this is a very beautiful hotel that has a staff that is professional, polite & expeditious. I give The Bellevue Palace 5 Stars & I recommend it highly. I have traveled throughout the world so I am well versed in knowing which hotels are worth staying at or not. I would certainly stay there every time I am in Bern.

For the umpteenth time, I experience the 5* house with absolutely unworthy Service. The Restaurant is closed due to the simple repairs just so that I had to sit 25 minutes in the Lobby and the wait was until the staff was in the BBQ is finally ready (11: 35 p. M. Well-understood! ) The Lobby staff, you can not expect in this period, a purchase order Yes, because the waiting time to be served takes 30 minutes. Incredible!

This hotel is old money luxury. Beautiful marble staircases, chandeliers, and a view of The city of Bern that is breathtaking. Smack dab in the middle of Bern, it’s a perfect place to stay to be able to enjoy Bern’s old city, as well as be very connected to public transport. If you are a fan of luxury, and you don’t mind the folks around you being over 45, this hotel is for you. This means also that noise regulations are enforced and dress code is desired.

A hotel of the highest class, as you would like it if you just want to unwind. This is 200% of the cost. With great attention to detail, high quality standards and a wonderful all-round service, everything is done to make you feel comfortable. This hotel is definitely worth another visit!

The one star 039&#; s for the exorbitant price of 2 Champagne and 1 Coca-Cola for 45. — We have an Afternoon Tea for 2 for 35. — /Person, what is already a steep price, in and of itself. The waiter asked us if we would like to have 2 glass of Champagne. Rosé or White — we chose a rosé and thought that the price in the normal Gastronomy-span width of approx. 9. — to 13. — would move. Far from it! A glass of Champagne (and the glass was only half filled, i. E. 3 SIP) for 19. — chf. And a Coca-Cola for 7. — chf. The only problem with the demolition and usury and nothing else… I'm not coming to Bellevue to get something to drink.

This has got to be one of the best hotels in the world. Even James Bond has stopped over to shoot some scenes. Fortunately the decor and building remains intact! This is a historical landmark with old school elegance, a very diligent and friendly staff, and one of the best breakfast buffets available. All the staff are incredibly helpful, and it seems to be hotel policy to be as accommodating as possible. The rooms are spacious, unlike many modern hotels, and the lobby and restaurant, and outdoor patio are all quite stunning. Located just 10 minutes from the station and in the heart of Berne's old shopping district, with an abundance of great shops and restaurants, just a minute from the tram and bus routes, but also a perfect location to set off on scenic walks along the river and hillsides. We'll worth staying.

1) Located at the old city of Bern. Within walking distance to the landmarks of Bern. E. G. The 15 famous and unique Fountains.
2) Beautiful surroundings. Nice view. There is a binoculars in room, guests may use for viewing distance objects, view, landmarks, etc.
3) The staff are professional, polite, gentle and warm.
4) Hotel room is clean, comfortable and relax. The amenities are complete.
5) Excellent restaurant.

This is a great *****. The Bellevue is located in the heart of Bern and next to the Swiss Parlament which makes it very convenient to go In to the city of Bern. Our room had a great view and was very clean. The atmosphere is modern with a classy touch which we really liked. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a high variety of breads, cereals, cheeses and meats to chose from! Switzerland is always a place on my list to visit. Want to go there so often. Recommend everyone to see and explore switzerland at least once in their lifetime. All the best.

The atmosphere is modern with a classy touch which we really liked. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a high variety of breads, cereals, cheeses and meats to chose from! Also I can recommend to eat at the restaurant in the evening to enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace and to enjoy the very good food. I tried a burger with sauerkraut, egg and beef and I can really consider to try it ;)

The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the river. The best part of staying at this hotel was its location. We were able to walk to some amazing restaurants and the train station to visit other cities.

I was there at an Apero. The service was great, but so was the food, but this place was just too ostatious and posh for me.

Amazing hotel with great location and service. Make sure to grab a drink at the terrace bar! They also have a Gin bar with 99 types of Gin.

Worked as a chef more than 25 years ago, I will soon be attending the wedding at Bellevue Palace with my future wife. Everything is simply excellent and charme is hard to beat.
As always, we are very well catered for and whether the culinary or that certain something out of the wine cellar. Just world class!

The hotel is located at the city center. Well connected via public transport. All the major attractions are in walking distance. Beautiful view of Bern. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Very delicious and healthy food, be it from lunch menu or standard menu, nice food presentation. Highly professional and energetic staff both in restaraunt and at hotel reception. Incredible view from terrace and classic, cool interior inside. P. S. Complimentary nan bread was a bit over cooked and even burned, apple schörli was served with a broken straw The rest was impeccable.

Whenever I'm in Bern on business, I like to come to Bellevue Palace. One of the best houses at the place with perfect service. Here I would also be awarded 6 stars without any problem!

Wow. Great view. Very nice food and friendly staff. Is certainly worth a visit. But you have to dig a little deeper into your wallet. But it's worth it.

We have stayed a couple of days only but had fantastic time, the comfort is just amazing. Dream location and very good service, will certainly come back.

Always very friendly service though it is an upscale environment. And also very cool for a short coffee or prosecco… whatever.

Were here for afternoon tea. The appetizers were very good; Also as far as the crowd is concerned. The tea selection is not overwhelming, the espresso is rather average (but you actually don't drink it for an afternoon tea). The room is very tasteful and one is definitely not cooped up. The staff is attentive, friendly, competent and surprisingly humorous.

Best hotel in Bern (the most expansive as well). It's a authentic and historic building. Was used as the meeting point for spies during WW2. The atmosphere is magic. You can enter and enjoy a good coffee!

A place of high hotel tradition, facing one of the most beautiful views of Bern.

Everything was great, except the checkout took 15min because of waiting times and under staffed front desk, eventhough the personel was available. Otherwise the review would have been 5 stars.

We got married in this beautiful palace and we come back regularly for a drink or dinner: it is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful palaces in the world! The service is always inviting and warm and the setting is sublime.

A real 5* grand hotel. While I loved the stay in the suite (which we won), I assume next time I'd rather go for the "normal" room — but that one is definitively worth the extra francs for the 5-star experience.

Enough space around the tables, you're not too close to the neighbouring guests. Present, to pose questions or explanations to the Speisenzu get enough staff. Super nice terrace with wonderful views.
