Beautiful. Loved the huge open patio from our room. Excellent!

Very nice hotel with unbelievable views. Very friendly staff and the receptionist very professional and excellent to make your stay comfortable and taking care of all the reservations for you including breakfast at the Piz Gloria. Totally recommend it. Also the food excellent.

Sit on the deck and enjoy the views with a glass of wine. Beautiful.

Dinner was amazing. Started with cheese fondue then beef, pork, chicken pot and the chocolate lava cake.

Here you can also just stop for a beer if you are waiting for the cable car; Nevertheless, you will be greeted friendly and the staff ensures that you feel comfortable.

Stayed here for a few nights — a fantastic little hotel in beautiful Murren. The photos of the room didn't do it justice; clean and comfy accommodation. The view from the room and the addition of a cute little balcony was a plus. Slept with the curtains open so we could wake up to the mountains right outside the windows. Management are incredibly nice and will always say hi to their guests. Only negative was the shower which was a little small.

Best Apfelstrudel around! Very accomodating staff, closed on Mondays! Really amazing view from the terrace!

We had a great stay at Alpenruh during the easter. Fantastic staff, nice and clean rooms, great breakfast, nice sauna and a perfect location 50m from the cable lift and ski rental. We also had three wonderful dinners at the hotel restaurang. Good and tasty swiss food in a cozy enviroment.

Actually TipTop, who comes for the "Alpenruhe" and — silence, can only hope that no birthday party etc takes place in the restaurant. Party-volume in full volume, in the room every tone and every dance step clearly audible, quasi nonstop to 0100 in the morning. After that, the cleanup work with moving the tables and chairs at full volume. On request at the reception we were offered a quieter "bedroom", which was a lower category (without balcony etc), and because of the back and forth was also not practical. At check-out pointed again to the dissatisfaction (after all, the hotel did not allow us to sleep and thus missed its main performance), but no movement on the part of hotel regarding price reduction or similar. Customer orientation may be found elsewhere.

I only visited the restaurant, but the experience was Great! I'm sure if I stayed here, I would experience the same quality. If you go to yhe restaurant, try the Rosti dishes. These are typical to the region.

Great view and proximity to the Gondola. The staff is very helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help you if you forgot an outlet adapter or need help figuring out trails and routes.

Rubbish service! All we wanted was a coffee after our hike from Luaterbrunnen. We waited and waited, and even reminded the staff once to take our order and they never came. Finally a young lady came forward to take our order and was very sweet, that's the only reason I've given two stars. The other staff were extremely rude. Don't come here unless you want your mood ruined.

Stayed at the flat, excellent house. Could use an additional bathroom. Clean, modern, breathtaking view. Next to a waterfall.

Nothing was lacking at the Hotel Alpenruh. They have a little flip book to answer most questions you may have and the staff was friendly and happy to answer the rest. The breakfast buffet was pleasant on site and they offer one breakfast during your stay at the Schilthorn at no extra cost. The breakfast at the Piz Gloria was well prepared and the rotating restaurant was cool. (Cable car fare is not included) The view out the window of even their cheaper rooms is unsurpassed. While the rates are a bit pricey, I am very happy with our decision to stay here during our trip to Murren. ✔️Wi-Fi is fast and reliable ✔️Private bathroom (above average) ✔️Sauna ✔️Onsite restaurant (order the pork) ✔️Modern and updated decor ✔️Convenient location in Murren ✔️Mini fridge in room ✔️Quiet and private ✔️TV (no DVD player etc)

Good food and fine wine list with the best views of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Served venison pepper in the Pan was very well seasoned, including vegetables and Spätzli.

Awesome and clean shalet hotel! The mountainview was touched my mind. I cannot forget it. And candle decoration was supported for us. Candle dinner, roisti and pork stake is really tastyand rich. One of advantages for the hotel is in front of Shilthorn cable station. I recommend here.

Great food, great service. This place has some nice choices that are not the standard traditional stuff you find in other places in Muerren.

Perfectly located in the Centre of Saas fee, Chalet Alpenruh is situated only a short walk from the ski slopes and also benefits from a quiet location with magnificent views of the mountains and glaciers. The apartments are very well equipped, comfortable and very clean, and are ideal for families and friends. Saas fee has something for everyone no matter what age, fantastic skiing, sledding and hiking along with nice shops, Cafés and restaurants. The owners are very friendly and helpful and speaking four languages make the booking process as easy. I can definitely recommend Chalet Alpenruh and would like to return.
