Very clean, quiet hotel with beautiful views of mountains and traffic jams in front of the Gotthard Tunnel :) delicious breakfast, very comfortable beds however, the pillows are far too "mild" for me. Bathroom as leaked, like new! I was very surprised. I'm happy to come back!

You have to go over the Gottardo Sud gas station to get to the premises of the motel. A gate must be opened for this. At the gas station it was difficult to communicate, as no one spoke German Also in English it was difficult. There was no one in the motel that day who spoke German. English language skills sibd needed here. The food in the evening and also the breakfast were fine and also tasty. The rooms are clean and functional. For a stopover quite recommended, since the motel is located directly on the highway and is quiet despite the nearby highway.

Cracking place to stay and do the gotthard Pass first thing! Great hotel and would stay again.

Not bad… but service very rude! On the first day coffee ordered 2x… then still get. On the 2nd day again ordered 2x… completely forgotten. Coffee machine empty, waitress insult me. I'm supposed to drink coffee…

Room was clean and nice. The site is in nowhere. Food is not bad either. Service is usually good.

Simple but affordable hotel. Was there in transit twice and it was always all fine.

Ameno Hotel located at the south exit of the Gotthard tunnel, convenient resting location for travelers crossing Europe from north to south. The Hotel has beautiful rooms simply furnished and equipped with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Good distribution Wi-Fi, ample and safe the big parking. There is also a good restaurant that offers dishes from the region.
The price/quality ratio is also excellent.

A good stop if you are traveling on this busy motorway and have to go through the S. Gottard tunnel. Not really cheap but definitely good quality. Good breakfast. Restaurant is ok. Big rooms, small beds for children and the main area/restaurant has plenty of space for children to stretch their legs. Outdoor garden with small pond with fish is another plus to entertain children and have them move around a bit.

A simple motel but every single aspect is exceptional: staff friendliness, room quality / features, good food. I am certainly willing to return!

Easy on transit right on the highway. Excellent location when passing through the Gotthard Pass or Road Tunnel. + Hotel room + Shower + Quiet to sleep + Restaurant.

Finally has excellent Wi-Fi. The rest was fine already, 24h desk just south of Gothard bottleneck.
