Very good hotel, the rooms are spacious and the prices are affordable for 2 people. It's very quiet and we have a nice view of the palace and the 2m2c.

Biggish room, lovely staff, very clean, great location.

Hotel villa Toscane, located in posh neighborhood of Montreux. Very good rooms, well maintained and spacious with private balcony. Staff here are very courteous. Whether u want to try out any good restaurants or catch a movie or want to do some shopping ur always at walking distance from this place. From the comfort of ur room u get scenic views of snow capped mountain and lake.

Dustin was amazing at helping us check in and get settled! So far the best customer service we've had on our trip! Thank you!

— breakfast buffet "Express Buffet, " which was included in the price, is ok but not overwhelming.

We went there for the Polymanga. Correct price. Very convenient, 200m from the 2m2c and the Migrolino. The rooms are of normal size. You have access to the spa in the hotel opposite (they are the ones who manage the Tuscan villa)

Hotel enough for a few nights. The room is big enough. The reception, parking, swimming pool etc are on the other side of the road in the Royal Plaza 5 *.

Hotel A can aging but clean and comfortable room. Beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the lake.

Very classy place, and since the room we booked was not available they placed us in a suite. Very warm welcome, I would recommend.

They tried to make the Villa into a modern hotel in a really old building. It doesn't work well. If you plug the lamps into a certain power socket, and press the light switch on the wall, it turns the power off for the whole room. Air conditioner was tiny and seemed to point straight up, and I even heard some rooms don't have an AC unit. We were told breakfast was included, so the next morning I was walking the dog and found out that breakfast was in fact, not included! I cannot even fathom how this dump managed to get 4 stars in 2016!

Nice hotel but a strange situation. The hotel is locked. You need to check in across the street. Good location. Check staff very good. No AC which wasn't a problem but to get any air we had to open the window. The window opened on to a staircase, from which anyone could have snuck into our room since the window sill was very low. But we had no problems.

We got a free upgrade to a suite. Very nice n comfortable room. Only challenge checkin is on opp side of road.

I booked to stay at the Villa but I was moved to the plaza because the villa was full. My room was nice, clean and had a very beautiful view of the lake. The staff were very warm and helpful. The breakfast was great with a huge variety. My overall experience was good, I only have one complaint. On my booking I specifically asked for one bed for me and my partner, unfortunately we were given a room with with two small beds joined together. So in the night one of us often fell in the middle where the two beds joined.

Surprise when arriving at the hotel: at the price of the room (152CHF) is imposed a sum of 15CHF for the parking!
I then go to the room, pretty and clean, certainly, but really tiny. Moreover, it is not possible to control the bedside lamp from the bed, it is connected to the main switch located next to the entrance door… In short, very disappointing experience!

I can't give more for the simple fact that I did nothing but go forward back for the services of this hotel… Since you sleep in Tuscan villa but get breakfast and spa services at the Placa Hotel at this point I would rather stay at Placa directly You since entering a hotel and going to another is not comfortable… then fly for the whole amount paid too exaggerated… compared to the conditions.

Traveling with 2 kids, I got upgraded to the main property, hotel royal plaza. It is on the lake with lovely walks around — to the marche and the ferry as well. The food in the restaurant was good and the pool, sauna etc was a lot of fun in the rain drenched evenings. A special mention ought to be made for the helpful staff. All in all, a memorable stay.

Room at the ground floor on very noisy and polluted street and without air conditioning.
No reception, we pick up his key at the hotel opposite.
The carpets are very dirty.
Hot water is not always hot.
And the maid wakes us up at 8:00… no "Do Not disturb available"
Never again.

Parking was a nightmare, limited spaces, expensive to park, and nosy neighbors waiting for a guest to mis-park so they could call the police.

Disappointed with the quality, room shares a door with the next room, very noisy. Blinds on the windows don't work. Stained carpets and peeling paint on the walls. Definitely not worth the price paid to stay here.

Nice place, although it discriminates between poor and rich guests. If you make your reservation via Booking or something alike, you will most probably be accommodated in a building which I fear having shared with ghosts. Needless to say that no meal is included.

The hotel is divided in two parts in both sides of the road. The part near the lake (with more expensive rooms) has gym, room-service and all the typical services of a 4-star hotel. The part far from the lake is such a two-star hotel. It's clean and the rooms have all the basics.

— A hotel with no restaurant accomodation. For the restaurant (breakfast and/or diner) you have to cross te road. — The prices for breakfast if you only eat one slice of bread en drink twe cups of tea is 35 CH for each person. — No possibilities to make yourself a cup of tea in your room. You have to cross te road. Fine when it is raining. — The first evening at diner the waitress let fall wine on my tgrousers. “O sorry” and that was all. That all-in a 4 star hotel “Villa Toscane’. All other facilities are as it is expected in a 4-star hotel. No complaints fort hat.

We are a young and uncomplicated couple. The hotel has however very disappointed, rather reminiscent of a well-developed broom closet than in a cosy room. You can sit on the toilet while, but as you is the A * to wipe when you equal left and right with the elbow strikes, they have not betrayed us. The only good, welcome drink, but the need also.
