I visited this beautiful hotel recently. Great service. All the staff very welcoming and attentive, especially the manager Konstantin Zeuke.

Just the best. Had an amazing time last Winter, brilliant atmosphere. All the staff couldn’t be more helpful to make my stay an experience to remember for ever. The Spa was brilliant, and offer great treatments as well as top hair services. Highly recommend. I cannot wait to go back to St Moritz!

A very nice and well-kept Grand Hotel, located right at the foot of the ski slopes. The staff is professional and very friendly. One attaches importance to the attention to detail, e. G. Sweet breakfast bar for "The Little Ones". Absolutely recommended!

If you are not impressed by this hotel then nothing will ever impress you. Simply the best hotel our family have ever stayed in. It beats the Hilton or any of those well known chain hotels with ease. The grounds. The entrance hall. The rooms. The giant stainless steel pool. Your choice of areas to relax in or the endless choice of sauna. The foot bath and the bucket shower. The breakfast. Everything was amazing and the service was exceptional. The hotel has an air of great luxury without feeling pretentious. It takes a lot of people working very hard to look after people so well and we were very grateful. After travelling around Europe for two months with four kids and staying in budget accomodation most of the way we were really excited to stay in a luxury hotel. It might be double the price of most places but you get ten times more. If you can afford to stay here, you should try it, even if it's just one night. Bring nice clothes so you don't feel underdressed.

Beautiful building, reasonably elegant interior, very comfortable to be in. Staff is friendly, very helpful, efficient, always there when you need them but otherwise invisible which lets you be in your own bubble if you wish so. The guys at the front door during summer season are my favourite. Very nice spa, fitness room, the best beds, choice of pillows, lavish breakfast buffet and of course surrounding landscape is what makes me want to go back.

Best place to be in the winter. Beautiful hotel with indoor swimming and all the facilities you would expect from a 5* Grand Hotel. A Bar with Cigar Lounge, as well as 3 restaurants are daily open. The Ca d’ Oro restaurant 1* Michelin awarded.

First time to St Moritz and we stayed at tjis incredible hotel. Located close to a main ski lift and close to great restaurants and to trains and bus services. Incredible spa and gym and even better restaurants.

A modern 5 star hotel directly at the ski world championship downhill at the edge of St Moritz. ⛷ ski lift across the road, convenient for cross-country skiers directly from the Kempinski to the lake. Service as expected from the Kempinski hotel is also in some areas beyond.

Super Hotel in a top location — a real Grand hotel on lift and cross-country track.

We spent 10 days here and were already 2 years ago in this wonderful house. The whole stay was just perfect. When we checked in, we were accompanied to the magnificent suites, which had a fantastic view as well as a balcony. Equipment and cleanliness were perfect, as was the entire service in the house. For us the best hotel in Switzerland. Friendliness, reliability of the staff, quality of food and SPA — all just perfect. Located directly at the lift and ok for St. Moritz in terms of price. We will certainly come back.

Swissness. We were there in March attending a congress. The hotel property is huge and beautiful. All staff are friendly especially the concierge team.

The Kempinski is a nice property, but location is not ideal: it neither has the convenience of the 5* properties in the village center, nor the views of Silvaplana. Service is clearly in the 5* league, competent and courteous. Hotel condition is excellent, but layout is a bit odd with wide hallways and rooms which are a bit more cramped, at least my room was. Breakfast and dinner were very good, in line with expectations.

The best hotel in Sankt Moritz! Beautiful suite with amazing view of the mountains, great service, outstanding pool and saunas. I love Kempinski!

We were really disappointed about this hotel, the rooms were really small for the standard that they suppose to offer, toilet like inexistant, you jump from the bed directly to the bathroom, we let the window open during the night because we cannot breath … the price too expensive for nothing… we make the wrong choice there are a lot of hotel 5stars and really, really better than this one… next time, we won't make the same mistake… also the Michelin restaurant (Ca Oro) wasn't t what we expected, we were the only one who wasn't offered to us the bar of digestif, and they forgot the bottle of cognac on the table (incredible! )

5 * For the 5 * house Kempinski, highly recommended at any time. As a skier perfectly located, vis-a-vis station in Corviglia, the Valley run from Corvatsch also leads directly to the hotel, respectively the bus to the Corvatsch stops in front of the house.
Thanks to the friendly and courteous service (whether at the entrance, reception, concierge, spa or bar/restaurant), the hotel presents itself with a modern and historic charm, has a spacious spa with fitness and wellness and a bathroom (no thermal baths).
In the house itself there is a ski rental (is operated by external), boiled restaurants, a piano bar (with a good ambiance) and a casino.
The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open. You will feel at ease here as a guest at any time! Glad to see you again…

This hotel has its 5th 5th star definitely not deserved. No outdoor area to the sun, partly unfriendly staff, small rooms. The worst thing is the situation at breakfast. The service was totally overtaxed, we waited 30 minutes for a cappuccino, egg dishes could not be ordered, you had to do 20 Minueten. A piano player in the breakfast room, which was connected to boxes — it was utterly noisy.

Hotel very nice the spa treatments very professional and many treatment options. It is on the same spot of a Termhal area that dates back to Roman times…

Great services, but the didn't get my reservation. Lost internet connection. Later I do reservation from my Home Base.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean and tidy with no complaints, all thought out… Very cozy and comfortable. The staff is awesome! No one is tense, though, that provide your comfort for 5 +. The breakfasts are decent. Rental of ski equipment is present. New everything, quality. The hotel is fully consistent with the highest rating of the resort in which it is located!

The infrastructure of the hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The room is very comfortable and large enough. The whole house is very well maintained and the staff courteous. As a Swiss guest, however, one has his trouble here. The staff can rarely be German. They are always spoken in English, which irritates me in a hotel in a German speaking place. Thus, it is probably not possible to retain the Swiss clientele. It is a pity that the focus is obviously not focused on Swiss guests. The next hotel will again be a house where you can communicate as a local.

I don't hve words to describe the service the hospitality and the famous breakfast. You have absolutely visit the spa and live the experience!

Just incredible! I've traveled a lot, but this was by far the best hospitality experience! Rooms are not huge, but well-decorated and charming. The restaurant is great (also best breakfast I've ever seen in a hotel), staff is wonderful, spa is also great (the swimming pool could be a little warmer, also a strange 'naked' policy in most of the spa, even if nobody respects it. ). And as a small plus, you have a last-gen blue Aventador parked just in the front of the hotel, it's worth a look :) Highly recommended.

“True Kempinski Experience” Unfortunately I spent only a few nights at the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains… but that was a dream that came true! Spotless room, attentive service, amazing breakfast and wonderful SPA. What else to say? All the staff was so helpful and friendly. Always smiling and at your disposal. I wish I will have the opportunity to get back soon!

The best service I have ever seen. Outstanding location for hiking, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. Also children oriented with kids club, kids menu however SPA might have a pool for children.

I have stayed with my wife in March at the Kempinski. What makes the difference is the service provided — very friendly, open und uncomplicated. The hotel is right opposite the ski slope and Cable car. Spa and Welness facilities are outstanding and well maintained. I can realy recommend this hotel to anyone and I have already booked for this coming summer.
