Good location in Zurich, but watch out! the hotel cannot protect a property of client. I just got a bad experience. I left the jacket, a present from my lover in the room after checked out not over 24 hrs. My sister walked into the reception to pick up my jacket, but they said they not found it. Unbelievably! Sadly!

Excellent location, beautiful room, great staff. Breakfast buffet was a little chaotic but food was good.

Did not stay in the hotel itself but did visit its restaurant for breakfast which we thought over-priced even for Switzerland. A buffet for about £35 when the selection was nowhere near as good as other hotels we stayed at in large cities in the same country was not really justified, and the service was nothing special. There is a McDonald's and there are other cafés fairly close!

We arrived at the hotel at midday, made all check in processes and went around the city til 14:00 that it was the actual check in time. Once we got back at 14:20, our room was still not ready, we were asked to wait 10 minutes which ended up in a 40minutes wait with no apologies or excuse, extremely disappointing. Once we went to our room, they were still cleaning it. Room was comfy but all this process made that our stay didn’t meet the expectations. Will probably not book this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. They went over the top with their service. One block from the train station and numerous places to eat. Moderately priced for Zurich. Worth every penny.

First class hotel, right on main shopping street. Easy access to train and tram. A 2 minute walk from Zurich HB. In or outdoor dining, friendly staff, large rooms for Europe. I will be back soon.

No refunds for early bird breakfast if you have to leave earlier to catch your flight! These pictures are from 2 different rooms we stayed in. Upon arriving in Zurich and 13 days later. They offered to hold some of our things we had over packed… then on 13th day of our trip back to hotel, got belongings back.

Very clean and well maintained with high comfort and very friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast buffet was great, also the quality in the restaurant was very high. Even special requests were immediately fulfilled! Also the central location is very good, you can reach everything directly. I can recommend the hotel with a very clear conscience. Should I stay in Zurich again, this will be the hotel of my choice again.

Great location. Ac dint seem to work too well (though we did not complain or ask for help as weather was not too bad and also the window did open). Rooms are a bit small but modern.

The location is excellent, great for tourists and people who need access to the main train station. The rooms are a matter of taste and expectations. They have improved since they renovated. Not a big fan of their breakfast. Celebrated New Years Dinner here and that was the biggest let down. I don't recommend that at all.

Reasonable hotel, very close to Zurich HB. Room was clean and modern, a bit on the small side but totally acceptable. Bathroom also clean and shower pressure was reasonable.

What I love about the hotel: Superb location, just 2 minutes walk from the Zurich central train station. Excellent daily room service with lots of small touches. I always came back to the room finding some chocolates prepared for me. Beautiful windows that open to the backyard view (it's all buildings but with snow, it's simply a magical view. They even have a pillow menu for us to choose which type of pillows we preferred, however, we must order the pillows by 6.30pm otherwise none will be available as there won't be housekeeping staffs around. What I do not fancy that much is the ensuite bathroom. It's very nicely design with just simple design flaw (at least I thought so) the water tap at the basin is quite awkwardly positioned. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

OMG do not stay here. Why is this place highly rated? Location is great. Service and comfort… Forget about it. The atmosphere is terrible and the 30 € breakfast is watered down scrambled eggs with cheese and meat that looks like it's been sitting out for a week. The bed is rock hard and even if you reserve a queen, you get two singles that are stuck together with single blankets. We asked the hotel for a queen blanket for our queen bed and they said they are all out of queen blankets so we just have to make do. I continued to complain until magically they brought me a bigger blanket. This big blanket still doesn't fit the bed and is big enough for one person. Exact same story with the mattress topper… No one asked how we are doing. How our stay is going or whether they could do anything to make us more comfortable.

Wonderful place, very very clean rooms, comfy, modern design, you may find the room small, but its common for hotels in Europe, compare to hotel rooms in Paris, you'll feel like you are in mansion. Hotel staff very friendly, location — perfect! Right in the center of the city, close to everything! P. S over the weekend on lower floors you may hear noise from young people, some of them drunk, but hey, after all you are in Europe, in the center of the city, party is until morning, so live with it:), or get a hotel in the suburbs, lol.

Stayed here overnight before heading into Germany for business. The hotel is very convenient to the Zurich HB train station, maybe 10 minutes from the airport, and within walking distance of downtown Zurich. Lots of shopping nearby within walking distance. Rooms are tight and sparse, but sufficient. Prices here and throughout the city are pretty high.

We requested for a non smoking room. When we got to our room there was a scent of cigarettes, and there was an ashtray in the balcony, so we figured this wasn't exactly a non smoking room before we got there. We requested to change rooms, and we got an upgraded room in a higher floor, which was nice and free of cigarettes smell.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best prices around… The location, staff and room were fantastic. Definitely will stay here again. Only detractor is that the fitness center is off site and costs 25 CHF to use, buy it is also very nice.

The staff are helpful, they also assisted translating some paperwork we had as we only speak English we were unable to read it. The location was brilliant to the train station and retail shops. the room size was good, beds comfortable and air conditioned.

I've spent one night in this hotel in a single bed room with a view on a lobby. The room was small but pretty and very comfortable with nice bathroom with underfloor heating. It is located right in the center of Zurich and in one of the most beautiful shopping streets, one corner away from the main train station. So you can't be any closer to the center of the city. If this hotel is in your price range, I believe you will not make mistake by choosing it.
