Superb hotel to recommend. Even though the price a bit expensive compared to others hotel in Zermatt, but it really worth it to pay to enjoy such a nice place during my vacation. The hotel entrance was amazing nice, hotel staffs super friendly, room very clean and comfort, the best part is… they are using Aesop products which I like it the most!

From facilities to location to service are all one of the best. Especially service. I was a fan of Japanese hotel service, but now I’m a fan of Swiss Omnia service. The greatest service is to make all the details so personal to you. So worthy!

I have yet to see a safety concept being so stylishly and beautifully executed. Loved the caring vibe, the amazing food and the wellness oasis. A big thank you! And by the way. Don’t miss to try their Hot Dog!

We stayed at the Omnia for 2 nights. We were very impressed by the designs and every details they choose to use in the hotel. But what made it memorable staying at the Omnia is the staffs there. They are very professional and friendly. They are very pleased to help u with everything. I left the Omnia and were heading to Lugano. Unfortunately, it was a lot of snow all the way so we couldn’t go any further. I called back to Christian (the manager) and asked him for help. He was very helpful and showed off his concern about us. Anyway, we are safe now. So thank u aging u guys. I will be back with my family. If I come to Zermatt, it has to be on the Omnia. ❤️

One of my favorite luxury hotels! Can't wait to go back again. If you want a modern mountain hotel in Zermatt, this is the one for you! And it's totally worth the money. First off, the service is impeccable. They're extremely attentive and very very friendly and helpful. Second, the rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. Just the way I like them. They use Aesop toiletries, which is a nice plus. Third, the pool is beautifully designed and has a view of the Matterhorn. Lastly, the breakfast is delicious and their chef for dinner is tremendous. We had dinner there for one night and was surprised how good the food was! It is expensive but you can't expect any less from a luxury hotel! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Amazing for couples but also good for families.

If you want to run a hotel in a relatively remote area in the Swiss Alps, The Omnia will show you how to do it. I'm from Singapore and it was my first time in Zermatt. Reading the reviews for The Omnia and deciding to trust it was the best chance we took. The Omnia made it a very memorable vacation. We stayed for 3days and 4nights and honestly, it is the best hotel stay I have had the pleasure of staying in to date. Our arrival time was delayed and we reached Zermatt via train at 9pm. By this time, taxi services had already closed for the night and instead of letting us worry, The Omnia's very own manager Christian Eckert picked us from the station. We were whisked immediately from the station to the hotel. It was then that I knew The Omnia was going to be special. Built in the center overlooking the town, The Omnia was very conveniently located. Whether it be to walk up the mountains for a closer view of the Matterhorn or to be in the heart of the town to buy souvenirs or to grab a bite or a drink (which The Omnia team kindly helped to make reservations for us as well). The staff as a team and as individuals were all on the ball at every moment of the day. They made anything we needed seem easy to achieve and all within their capability. The room was clean and was kept by the housekeepers that way throughout the duration of our stay. It was spacious, well thought out and mindfully decorated. We wanted for nothing.

Upscale hotel with cool views. Staff very friendly. In the evening, the snow-capped mountains are particularly hot in the whirlpool. Highly recommended.

Service friendly but very sluggish. The acid was missing from the Chanterelle soup, and it was also salted. Sorry, that was enttäus and inadequate. Not the stoked expectations.

Gourmets connoisseurs of high cuisine from chefs, awarded Michelin stars — will truly appreciate this restaurant. The atmosphere is quite formal, only a few tables, but this does not prevent you from feeling relaxed and enjoying, in addition to the high cuisine, communicating with your dining partners. The tables are large and located far apart from each other in a spacious room. Before dinner, you can enjoy an aperitif, sitting on comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace. The service is excellent, the food is excellent, with an extensive wine list. As an aperitif, I ordered a dry martini and it was not really good — a lot of vermouth and ice inside, however, this is definitely not a reason why, I would not recommend this restaurant for gourmets and connoisseurs of high service.

Splendid hotel. I could not fault it for anything. The staff of very helpful and courteous without being too pretentious (except for one receptionist). The reception is particularly helpful and can book your ski tickets directly from the hotel. The hotel also has a deal with one of the best ski rental shops (Stoked), which places your gear in your room’s locker underneath the hotel (since the hotel has its own elevator which cuts the mountain, straight down to the main street). The food quality is something else. The drinks expertly crafted and the spirits menu is very well put together. Being perched on the mountain, you get sweeping views of the town. Make sure you try the open air jacuzzi while surrounded in snow. The hotel also has a swimming pool which is both in-door and out-door.

What a heavenly place. I have rarely experienced such outstanding service — from arrival to departure just perfection. We will definitely come back. Thank you Christian and his team for an unforgettable stay.

My husband and I just stayed at The Omnia Hotel for the third time! When we discovered this exceptional hotel in 2016, we were greeted with an extremely friendly staff who ensures that your stay at their hotel is memorable and above all, comfortable. This beautifully designed hotel in the Swiss mountains greets their guests as if they are welcoming you into their home. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed with clean lines and no clutter, their spa and pool area is very relaxing that one could spend a full afternoon there recovering after an invigorating hike or skiing and their restaurant has the absolute best cuisine and service we have ever had. We will undoubtedly return to this gem in Zermatt!

My favorite hotel (I have been going since 2007). A consistantly outstanding team, comfortable rooms with all the finishings (including a change of mattress if need be), a restaurant that fits very well with the hotel. Great hiking around Zermatt and a hot tub and spa to enjoy after. I love everything about this place.

Outstanding property, service was exceptional, from the moment you arrive, you are greeted by name and offered a welcome drink out on the deck facing the Matterhorn. The rooms are well appointed and large. Would not hesitate to stay here again, nor would I hesitate to recommend this hotel.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at The Omnia. From the minute we were met at the train station with an electric car to the moment we entered the tunnel to the lift and met at the lobby, every interaction was superb. The accommodation was out of this world. Felt like we were sleeping at the base of the Matterhorn! The wellness center, you will not want to leave. The Restaurant, every bite left you wanting for more. Although, the hotel is out of this world, the staff is what truly made a difference throughout every interaction during our stay. We definitely look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

A dinner worthy of value. Built inside an excavated rock up a high level carried up a ligt), with views of tbe city of Zermat at the balcony) Good service and wine selection, good food, three items served, including petit four etc. I recommend this high-end restaurant. Reasonably priced for what you are expected.

If I could give the hotel 6 stars, I would. We were so well looked after and every part of the hotel exceeded expectations, including every meal (which I recommend you take inside the hotel, not forgetting the burgers and lobster rolls which were to die for). The giant bottle of scotch in the room for us to help ourselves was an extra classy touch. Can't wait to go back to Zermatt and The Omnia!

Great place. I went here for lunch with a small group and the waiters were great, and the food was amazing. Sat outside and they made it very comfortable, despite it having rained only a few hours earlier. Beautiful designs top off the experience. Make sure. You bring your big-boy credit cards though, as it is pricey, but worth it.

We had drinks and lunch, sitting outside and enjoying an unbelievable view of all of Zermatt and the spectacular Matterhorn. You can either walk up to the hotel/ restaurant or take the Disneyworld-like elevator from the lower lobby.
