We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Antika. The room was spacious and well apointed with a balcony facing the Matterhorn. The buffet breakfast was also delicious and included in our stay. Comfy beds and clean linen made for a good nights sleep, so we were well rested the next day. We also found the location was very convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa and sauna also availalble. Good value and have recommended to friends.

Great place, very central. Lovely place to lay your head while you explore Zermatt and the surrounding area. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

It was all spectacular. I want to highlight the wonderful staff that runs the hotel, both the staff that serves the breakfast as the staff keeps the rooms clean and especially the excellent treatment of the reception staff, especially Pepe (Roman) who helped us a lot, on the lookout for anything that necesitasemos, always friendly recomendadonos sites, managing the pass, places, everything fantastic, making our stay superb. Grand hotel's unbeatable location, you appeared through a door direct to a bus stop that took you to the slopes and through the main gate, you appeared at the center of the station. Has a shuttle service that takes you from the train station to the hotel completely free of charge when arriving and leaving. They also had SPA fairly complete and clean. The ski resort is the best, but the best of Europe. Everything was perfect, I can not say anything negative. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, the mattresses comfortable, the bathroom spotless and new. Each day they cleaned and made the room perfectly, changing all the towels. And by the way, the heating stunning, you could be in short sleeves in the room. All around spectacular. The next year we will return! Greetings joe and to all!

Another great experience at the Hotel Antika. We love staying here for our ski trips. They treat you like family and the facilities are top notch. The sauna is a really nice feature to come back to after skiing all day. The location can not be beat either. Close to the ski bus and all the restaurants in town. See you again in a few years.

Really bad. Zermatt was cut off from the outside world due to the heavy snowfall in January. We couldn't arrive. Now we have received the invoice that an arrival by helicopter would have been possible. I'm not laughing. Cannot recommend the hotel to anyone.

Stunning hotel. Breathtaking views of the Matterhorn when staying in the South Rooms. Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean and cosy rooms and centrally located. Transport from hotel to train station provided and very good breakfast. Room was very large and with a balcony. Very relaxing atmosphere with rocking chairs in the lobby where you could sit and enjoy a drink or a coffee. Very short walk to the shops in Zermatt, as well as to Sunnegga, Gornergrat and Matterhorn stations. Plenty of restaurants next to and near the hotel.

Service and staff is good. The room I got was in front of a graveyard, check with the staff before booking.

As I have said I have been here three times now. The rooms are large, airy and with very modern and new windows and bathrooms. The staff is polite and helpful and the rooms I have stayed in have balconies. I love the rooms facing the Matterhorn. You can sit out and eat or drink with the best view in town. The location is excellent. While it is at the far end of town by the church, it is still only a few hundred feet from the main drag and many restaurants and shops. I will always come here to stay. My favorite hotel and place in Switzerland.

Got a free upgrade and it really made my trip even better. The room was very nice. Spa and wellness area was really good. Breakfast is awesome loved it!

Great Hotel, great location… 1 min away from the main street and 30 seconds away from the bus stop to get to any of the 3 mountains. Few Ski shops within a minute walking distance. We had a room with a view of the Matterhorne. I will definitely recommend this room. Big room with a pull out couch if needed. More than enough closet space and a nice balcony. Upgraded bathroom very modern, nice and super clean. Overall, very happy with the hotel. Will stay there again.

We have visited the Antika many times over a forty-plus year period and always find it enjoyable. Christine, the general manager, runs a smooth and capable operation. The views of the Matterhorn from the south-facing rooms are truly fantastic. I recommend the Antika most heartily.
