As an ex-employee, I really don't recommend Cervo :D because of the arrogant behavior of the managers. I would never volunteer to work there again. ;) Thank you for this experience!

Dear Daniel and team, over the weekend we spent wonderful days and hours in the Cervo. We dived away and away into a world of peace, relaxation, enjoyment, surprises and much more! Whether in the dreamlike, excitingly furnished room, in the relaxing spa, in the oriental bazaar or anywhere else in the supposedly already known Cervo, we really got to know the hotel! Thank you very much for everything, we are happy to come back and are already looking forward to it today. Attention to details, friendly and professional staff, amazing breakfast made right away, free shuttle from train station, basically a private spa, best view of Matterhorn.

A state-of-the-art hotel. Between modernity and refinement in an atmosphere worthy of the region! The service is at the top. I recommend one of the specialties of this establishment. Fries with truffles and parmesan. A delight!

It is a fantastic boutique resort nestled in the hills just above main Zermatt street. A lift brings you straight up to the resort from street level. The rooms are very comfortable and have independent balconies with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. The best part of this unique boutique hotel is the employees, who are always smiling and provide efficient service, sometimes going beyond the call of duty. The restaurant overlooks the town of Zermatt and the food and service was outstanding. A must visit place for the food alone!

The customer service is phenomenal, they were very accommodating when we experienced a change in plans. I will definitely be returning our next trip to Dublin.

Beautiful hotel on the hillside in Zermatt. The staff is very kind, checks in on you politely throughout your stay. The rooms are modern and clean. My only complaint would be the lack of appropriate doors for the bathrooms!

Lovely location away from the crowds, with stunning views of the Matterhorn. We found it just wandering back from a bicycle ride and had lunch. The food was truly fantastic as was the service. A foodies delight. When we come back in a year or two we are planning to stay here.

Home really professional, efficient and very friendly. The room (we were allocated a room other than the one originally planned, without explanation) is spacious, comfortable and airy, with a magnificent view of the Matterhorn. There is a small terrace with no particular charm. A small downside, access to the room is from the outside, with long passages and a crossing of icy corridor. In the restaurant, a little dated setting, with many deer trophies, the hotel's name obliges. Friendly and caring service. Very good food. Pleasant shady terrace.

The hotel is well placed, outside the centre, but with quick access to the centre of the resort via an elevator. The rooms are pretty, comfortable and well-appointed. Some services are not at the level of a 5 star, but the staff are friendly. We had the evening meal at the hotel restaurant, the dishes were very good, but the service was catastrophic from start to finish.

Top mountain resort in maybe the best ski resort in the world. Offers high end cuisine in-house as well as a super hip cool fondue and BBQ restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Sensational champagne and wine selection, bar very nicely decorated in hunter style. I really liked it. Prices high, but quality always has its price.

Service was great! The party I was with kept changing there minds about drinks, and they were more than happy to oblige! 10/10

The place to celebrate after skiing!
Stylish, and accordingly expensive. But it's easy to go to Zermatt.

Very nice welcome by the restaurant Manager, although we are only in our holidays, one to two times a year at the Cervo for dinner. We had a very nice two table and were also happy with the food. Table reservation should be made early at best and easiest electronically via the Internet site.

All staff without exception are friendly attentive always there to help. Thats a great achievement with that many employees. Room was delightful and private with views of the Matterhorn. Apres ski live music and vibe could not have been more fun. And the music stops sharp at 6 so dont worry is a short and sweet burst of fun. Older crowd not too many youngsters. Breakfasts were very extensive and a great reason to crawl out of bed.

For our stay in Zermatt we were able to stay at Cervo. Great location The service was really at the top… nothing to complain about. The SPA is very nice and per chalet so with very few people. For the lovers of the after ski I recommend it also was even sometimes with a musical animation.

Our stay at the Cervo had everything we could wish for when it comes to skiing, apres ski, relaxing, and enjoying good food. Cervo’s lovely staff made sure we felt welcome and right at home. Even when it came to my food allergies: nothing seemed to be a problem. (the latter (for me) is a huge achievement, compliments to our hosts! ) Amenities were excellent and chalet spa was in pristine condition. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for either a romantic and a relaxing stay, an unpretentious yet exclusive active holiday, or all of the above if you don’t want to choose. Will visit again soon!

We usually had a great stay at the Cervo. Beautiful Hotel. The staff were very attentive. Only downside, when we got back from the ski day, they had forgotten to bring the suitcases into the room but that's a detail. At the same time, the bar refused to serve us peanuts on the pretext that if they gave it to us, everyone would want it.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Cervo. A warm welcome and atmosphere. Both restaurants are really delicious. And After ski is really great with live music.

Very good stay, staff open minded, speaking FR/EN/DE. Nice room (We had an upgrade), quiet and perfect bed. Unfortunatley the room was ready at 3PM (later than announced) and the seats in the restaurant were bad. Actually just a blanket on a stone bench…

Very friendly and courteous staff, great atmosphere and excellent food. The Après-ski area even with live bands! They definitely did everything right.

My stay at Cervo was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the moment that I left. The rooms were modern and very clean and comfortable. The restaurant meals were delicious — we had a meal in a private room for our group and it was lovely to have the space to ourselves for something different. The breakfast was beautiful and the view overlooking Matterhorn was stunning — the weather even put on a snow show for us which was beautiful. The location was at the top of the hill (with a lift to get to the bottom) so the view over Zermatt was amazing. And a ski rrun finishes right at the door so the perfect place for apres ski before heading back to your room.

Probably best fries I have ever eaten! Flavored Parmesan and Truffe! The Johannisberg whine was amazing as well. Prices are high… Quality service and ambiance! Worth stopping by!

Very cosy top-class hotel. Rooms are scattered in nice chalets. The restaurant is very special and fancy-tasty. Breakfast is faboulous. But the most amazing is the magnetic view on the Matterhorn!

A staple of Zermatt but personally I think the room design can be improved. Then it's a matter of taste. Service, location, ambiance etc. Everything else is perfect.

Cervo is an amazing experience! Wonderful rooms, wonderful food, beautiful views, ski-in-ski out chalet, and has the best Apres party after the slopes close in all of Zermatt! The staff are all beautiful, smart, charming, and helpful. We cannot wait to go back to Zermatt again very soon and we'll only stay at CERVO!

Very cool, chic, boutique hotel. Service is great. Views are fantastic. Food is excellent. We went in summer with 4 kids and it was a great off the tourist path.

Beautiful room, lovely very attentive and helpful staff. The lounge is welcoming, the restaurants first rate AND ski in ski out. Truly could not have been better. We will be back and will recommend to our skiing friends!

The location, the style, the atmosphere, the facilities, the very friendly and helpful staff are all outstanding. One relatively important detail prevents me from giving a 5-star review however: the room was not cleaned properly, there was always dust and other stuff on the floor (even some of the contents of one of the rubbish bins somehow ended up scattered all over the room floor for some reason!? ). The food at the restaurant (Puro) is also excellent and we especially appreciated the fact that there is a large and very creative vegetarian selection. However, after one of the dinners, we both had a mild stomach upset during the night, not sure what it came from as the food tasted fine…

I can only recommend hotel Cervo. The hotel and the bar are the hammer.

Visited for Apres, staff were very slow to serve us but the food was great.

Wonderful ambience, top service and an excellent breakfast buffet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is well situated within easy access to the slopes. Bedrooms are clean and neat.

For the Ferdinand; the service was outstanding and the food (we had lamb lettuce salad, cervo fries and a moité moité fondue) was extraordinary.

Awesome. The owners are great people, the staff are friendly and professional in a genuine way, and the food, oh the food. Cervo fries are responsible for a pound of padding on my butt. The place rocks. (Cervo, not my butt. )

I live in Switzerland and know some great restaurants here, but the Cervo suprised me in all aspects! The place is located above Zermatt, but thanks to a 'secret' elevator of another hotel you get there very quickly. The location is simply great and unique. You can feel the love the people put in every detail of this wonderful place. The service is 'shocking' friendly or simply the best I've seen in whole Switzerland. The menu offers a good mix of international food and local specialities in unique and delicious combinations. I loved it!
