Good service, nice SPA area, nice bar with very courteous staff.

Very good hotel in a good location. Everything important in 5-10 minutes walk. Staff very friendly. Spa area also very nicely made. Food at "The Grill" magnificent. Rooms spacious and everything you need. Breakfast top.

Thank you for making my journey a memorable one. Had a great time staying at Park hotel and the location was just perfect. The view of Matterhorn from my room was just too good. People at front desk were very kind & helpful.

Excellent service and amenity. My favorite is saunas. Steam sauna has very comfortable seating. And other sauna smells so good. Also between 3pm and 6pm they provide complementary tea and cakes.

One of the best choices to stay in Zermatt. Location wise ideal. Very friendly staff eager to help. Very nice breakfast. Nice Spa and wellness area. The pool and the garden are very nice to relax in the afternoon. Rooms spacious and very clean. And last but not least the hotel has a very nice view towards Matterhorn. We… 4 Aussies on our Great Rail journey thru Europe stayed here for 4 nights… absolutely amazing. We were spoilt and loved every minute. The staff were so friendly and the meals… to die for…
Oh… Franz… we did try the Rocklet… not spelt like that… the melted cheese and gherkin and onion and potato…
Adored our fabulous room with the most superb outlook…

Beautiful Noble House. Excellent cuisine.

Charming Hotel. Lobby with afternoon tea to linger and pianist. Nice view of the Matterhorn from the spacious spa complex. Room Holzlastig, but also that fits in the mountains. Completely satisfied.

One of the best hotels in Zermatt.

Large, modern and clean rooms. Large selection of buffets, beautiful wellness area. In addition, very friendly staff.

Charming location, spacious rooms with a view of the Matterhorn, vast communal areas, the warmth of fireplaces, the relaxation of the Wellness centre, the romanticism of the dining rooms, the friendliness and competence of the staff. All just perfect!

Paying for "purified " tap water at dinner was unexpected although I am assured it's itemised in the menu.

Most amazing hotel and staff. We have travelled all over the world and stayed in many great Hotels and we have never given a hotel a 5 star rating, but this hotel gets 5 stars. Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing breakfasts and amazing rooms! We asked for some simple advice, and when we got back to our room there was a hand written letter answering all our questions with some added suggestions, where in the world do you get that type of service. This is a special place!

The sole purpose of wine is to give pleasure! It is the same when staying in a hotel and the Beau Site does this to perfection, just like a fine wine. Superb rooms, whether in the hotel or the Chalet annex, excellent facilities, that are hard to better and superb cuisine. There have been some subtle changes to the dining experience, having been very well thought out and are for the better. It is a simple case of less is more with higher quality being the goal and executed very well indeed. As always, all the staff are very polite, helpful and make your stay the best possible, spoiling each and every guest. At the Beau Site, nothing is too much trouble, making this a very special place to take a holiday and enjoy it to the max! Ian.

Parkhotel: A place, a hotel that translates all the passion of the Zermattoise hotel industry. Try to adopt it. Facing the Matterhorn, 5 minutes from the ski facilities, magical…

Hotel was beautiful, staff was on top of things including being available for booking tours and travel. Also room was cleaned mornings and evenings. Food was excellent during breakfast and I highly recommend having dinner at the hotel, food and service was high quality. We stayed on the 5th floor in the panoramic room. It had a full view of the town as well as the Matterhorn. I highly recommend the hotel and I’m planning on going back in the Summer.

Really excellent hotel among spectacular scenery. Get a room with a view of the Matterhorn… you won't regret it. There are lots of great places to eat within a short walk and the hotel itself has a good breakfast buffet. Tip: Go in early Oktober just before they close for the Autumn break. You'll save money.

Very beautiful hotel. It is up in the hill. So every room has view of matterhorn. The service is excellent. The reception is a beautiful girl. She guided you around and led you to the room when checking in. At night, a service lady knocked the doors of your room to provide you information of the next few days.

Great hotel, great location loved the panaorama rooms. Though not large, nice plus balcony with great view. Room 108 has big patio/balcony with chaise lounge and is right over the hotel sign (no issue with that). But the adjoining room patio/balconies re easily accessible for each other. Room 308 has small balcony with small round table and 2 small chairs, perfectly adequate, and the balcony is more private. Reception staff is excellent and mailed back stuff we left in the locked safe. Very nice wellness center with sauna and pools and spa services.

This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Great room, great food, drink and service. Lovely swimming pool. Brilliant location and the best view from a room that you could imagine. Free Wi-Fi worked really well. No air-conditioning but we were able to keep room cool by closing curtains when out.

At the beginning of August 2016, it was already the 5th time in 7 years that we stayed in your hotel.
Every time everything was perfect or almost.
The reception is very professional and friendly. The rooms are very good The meals are always very popular with high quality food and at prices quite correct as well as the wine list with a very good choice at all prices.
Thanks to the manager for greeting us on the porch when we left, it was appreciated.
We will probably return.

We have stayed at the Parkhotel Beau Site for 16 years running for our family skiing holiday in March/April with the children now matured into adults. Zermatt is great for skiing and the Beau Site is excellent in all respects as a home away from home. Most important Franz and his team have a real focus on making your stay comfortable and enjoyable and nothing is too much trouble. We look forward to returning again in 2017.

We have been coming to Zermatt for more years than I care to remember, staying at different hotels, but after staying at the Beau Site, there is nowhere else to go. Wonderful food, always fresh and imaginative, all the staff are friendly and helpful and somehow are able to recognise you each year (and even after a six year break living overseas). It is like home from home and always immaculate. The only improvement that would be possible for me would be to have a non-smoking bar, rather than having pre / post dinner drinks in lounge. Keep up the good work Franz!

We have just returned from superb skiing holiday in Zermatt. This will be the fifth time we have stayed at the Beau Site and we are always impressed with the efficient service and the friendly staff. Clearly, Franz enjoys running the hotel and his "hands-on" approach inspires his team who thoroughly enjoy looking after their clients. Everything runs with precision, efficiency and a smile. Eight of us spent a wonderful week but we were given a smaller room than our friends! Not sure why? Best wishes for a great season. Martin Wills.

Beautiful resort, pool and spa, awesome breakfast, efficienct concierge staff. Rooms are quite outdated. Close to the lifts and main village.

About the hospitality and the helpfulness delighted again and again for 8 years. Ev. Not for children, are suitable but welcome. Can this hotel only highly recommend!

We go for many years in the Beau site, both in the summer especially in winter and are thrilled every time: the room, the service, the friendliness of the staff, the food, indoor pool / spa and the location are absolutely top notch. The many regular guests speak for themselves.

Everything was perfect. It enjoyed the spa area. In the restaurant it was a real treat. Location was excellent. You just want to go back.

An all-round satisfactory experience. Room 43 (annex) is exceptionally well appointed and comfortable with stunning view of the Matterhorn. Beds ensure a good nights rest, cupboard space is plentiful and all amenities are provided including complimentary water. Public areas are well appointed, relaxing and luxurious with international newspapers on hand, live pianist in late afternoon (even if a bit loud at times), all creating a privileged and relaxed ambiance. Breakfast (buffet) and Dinner (half-board) are of a high standard and cater for the hungry as staff actually encourage you to double up. Staff are well trained, knowledgeable and helpful with many having been there for years which creates a sense of comfort in itself for return visits. My thanks and compliments to Franz and the Team for running a good operation.

Due to my participation in the Zermatt Marathon to get to Zermatt and stayed with my wife in the Beau site for the third time. This statement alone stands for our satisfaction. Especially we praise the breakfast, SPA with 2 Jacuzzis, which I use extensively after a run, with the large swimming pool and the 4 saunas.
The hotel is very quiet; You can hear at night, only the soporific streams the Vispa.
We will, reserve if I again get a seat, even 2016 site at Beau.

We were even more wonderful days to spend in Zermatt and in the Parkhotel Beau site. Dinner (half board) in particular is a dream which is delighted the palate with each bite! Whether summer or winter, the Parkhotel Beau site is always worth a visit again.

Service was great. Balcony had a view of the Matterhorn. Room was clean and well equipped. But the hotel really went above and beyond in making guests happy. Having stayed in 5 star hotels like Four Seasons, Ritz, and Mandarin Oriental, you often feel like they are trying to pick your pocket with extortionate Wi-Fi costs, ridiculously prices cafes and restaurants and extra costs that you didn't count on. This hotel was the opposite because they lay on free tea and coffee in the afternoon as well as a super cheese and salad selection for free at breakfast and dinner. I really felt like they wanted to make us enjoy our stay so much that we would like to come back… and it worked. And we will. Thanks to all at the hotel and well done to the management.

The food was very reasonably priced and tasted fantastic, but what was more amazing about this restaurant is the staff. They are extremely cheerful, courteous and generous. The manager offered free food not only once, twice but three times, even after we had paid.

Super Hotel only recommend.
