Top notch Service, reception very nice, excellent meal to discover absolutely!

Very quiet environment and very beautiful view. The decoration is modern and traditional to the faith. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean.

The view from the room is magical.
The hotel staff is beyond praise. Sleeping is a pleasure.
Breakfast is good and delicious. Perhaps I would like a little more diverse, but in all of Switzerland, as I understood, diversity is not a priority.
Parking is also close and big.

The rooms are rustic and slightly simply furnished. However, my bathroom was completely renovated.

Although the room was small (parking side), the comfort was at the rendezvous. New, very clean and well equipped, there is no reproach to formulate. However, due to the surface, this room is reserved only for short stays of one or two nights. Indeed, it's just to sleep…
The staff were very friendly. We only regret the (very) French accent…
As for the hotel restaurant, obviously the owner is not the same, it enjoys a beautiful view of Sierre and the Rhone Valley. The dishes, a little expensive, are excellent and the plates properly filled. For example, the filet of beef 200gr, with some green vegetables and a small gratin of potatoes, without sauce, it is necessary to count CHF 45. —… for a sauce, are added still CHF 7 to 8. —.
Also, an advantage, the hotel has a large parking lot as well as a bus stop.
I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stopover in the Sierre-Montana area or for a weekend. The room rate is very correct, compared to what is happening in Montana.

5* for the Hotel, 1* for Restaurant Absolutely terrible experience! The plate arrived like for a kids birthday party: my seabas swimming in sea of colourfil skittles! The only thing missing was a clown with balloons this would have actually made the ambience slightly lighter. I ordered special seabas (which was supposed to arrive on bed of puree and accompagner by seasonal veggies) as highly recommended as special, was absolutely tasteless (my delicious puree appeared as old potatoes chips and my veggies was old cabbage), then changed it to tagliatelle with Jumbo prawns, and sauce of morilles… what a deception to find out another tasteless plate with overcooked shrimps, half defrosted, and very sad and saggy morilles. The chef seems to be aspiring to a Michelin star cook but putting flowers in tasteless, overcooked meals surely won't get him there! Needles to say I haven't touched my second plate either. My 2 guests have not been impressed with their plates either. They both left almost full plates returning to the kitchen. Nobody seemed to ve bothered by thus. The real shocker came first when the waiter returned with my ugly tasteless seabas packed in paper doggy bag saying " chef told me to give you this" WTF? I said o didn't like it on the first place. Then we quickly asked for a bill only to discover that both discussing meals I haven't eaten were put on the final bill asking me to settle 38chf and 28chf for two plates I have never eaten!

The hotel is super careful personal attention is first class and the view is unbeatable, their prices are also very good.

The bistro is excellent, perfect presentation, great quality, never disappointed after over 30 visits.

The cuisine is refined, and the menu offers sophisticated dishes. The kitchen is at roughly the height ambitions, but service not at all. Many times guests are forgotten when serving wine or bread, the waitress (the bosses daughter? ) has all the trouble in the world to implement the huge plates (! ) on the table everything rush, and obviously she doesn't know which bread is who. We asked twice to drop and then stop the music that bothered us, without success. Avoid.
