We just returned from a week at the Beau Rivage and enjoyed a perfect stay. The location is perfect in town, but less than a 10 minute walk to any lift or 5 minute bus shuttle. Jonas and family were very friendly and helpful with everything from dinner reservations to ski equipment suggestions. The room was spacious, very comfortable with balcony facing the Matterhorn and river. The breakfast was ideal with eggs, meats, cheeses, fish, cereal and fresh baked goods.

The hotel is quiet small only had few rooms, but the room we booked was big and spacious!
The hotel location is perfect for ski bus just outside. Close to center.
From our room the view to Matterhorn was unbeatable. It was absolutely gorgeous!
The staff were all nice.
Cons.
The TV kept going black after a while whenever we would watch it.
The breakfast options were underwhelming.
Pricey.

This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for quality but not over priced lodging in Zermatt! The room was super clean when we first arrived, and stayed clean throughout our 5 days stay, housekeeping came twice a day to tidy up and replace any towels. They also have a great laundry service.
We stayed in the standard room, big enough for two people, and it had a mini fridge and a tea kettle. The staff here was also super nice and professional.

Although the Antika hotel is situated only 100 metres from Zermatt's church and the main street (Bahnhofstrasse), it enjoys very quiet surroundings. The cable cars are only a 5-minute walk away.

Recently renovated, very nicely done rooms inside, for the price paid it’s good quality for money. Also the soundproofing is done very well, the location is central but i’ve heard no noise whatsoever even from the hallway. The spa is a nice touch for a 3-star hotel and the breakfast was savory.

I absolutely love the room! It’s spacious and has spectacular views. Too bad the lady at the receptionist is unfriendly and short tempered. Yet Nunou (the male staff at the restaurant) is so sweet. Very friendly and always making sure we have our needs during breakfast. I like his service!
Breakfast is fantastic because it’s old fashioned way and kinda reminds me of grandma house.

This hotel was perfectly accommodating and the staff at the front desk were always kind and welcoming. The rates were also extremely reasonable, even considering I paid a little extra for a room with a great view. The view was in fact amazing and so lovely to wake up to each morning.

Hard to get the keys from lockbox but a very cute apartment! All the amenities you need! Take the taxi from the train station though because it's a long strenuous walk up the mountain and down a unmarked staircase no real directions to find it! But once we had Wi-Fi we were able to communicate with the owner and got the keys from the lockbox! Overall nice place though!

Had difficulty finding this chalet as taxi drop off led us to wrong stairs access. Soon sorted after phoning landlords. Bit of a drag getting home after heavy day walking though.

Good service. Nice landlord. Top set up. Super views.
