Full center of Courmayer (a little hidden but easily accessible once you understand how to enter), rooms and clean and very simple environment.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The simplicity of the rooms is largely rewarded by the view of the mountains.
Delicious and hearty buffet breakfast.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable rooms with an old original setting and beautiful view from the windows. Great breakfast, nice friendly staff. The location is wonderful — in the center, but not on the main street, so it's quiet and not crowded. There is a supermarket, lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Wi-Fi is good in the lobby, but also up to the rooms "up".

I stayed solo for two nights here. The company I signed up to do tour de mont blanc, did not work out, so they cancelled all my reservations. I was frantic. This hotel, redid all my reservations for me. I do not speak french or Italian and they spoke to the refugio's and found out which only accepted cash, so I could plan accordingly to have cash for my stay. They are the best ever. The room was great, excellent views of mountains with snow, perfect location, good breakfast.

A charming place right down the slopes. We had a team offsite at Lo Campagn in March 2024 and we spent a wonderful stay there. Daniella was very kind with us. Luigi very welcoming and the rooms were very clean and quiet. I strongly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway in Courmayeur.

We really loved our stay here. The hotel is charming, comfy and clean. There was a great selection on offer at breakfast and the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs and requests for dinner. Nothing was too much bother for the owner who made us feel very welcome. The location is great for skiing with a short walk to the Dolonne gondola which takes you up to Plan Checrouit. Courmayeur was easily accessible by foot. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

What to say? How to be at home or maybe better! 15 minutes from Courmayeur and immersed in nature, at the foot of Mont Blanc! Roberto and Elisa wonderful, Roberto's parents a well of wisdom, exquisite staff… location as in fairy tales. Excellent cleanliness and total availability for any need! My little dog felt at home! In January we return and we can not wait!

Not bad for the city average. Super good breakfast. Just watch if you take the room in the detached outbuilding since it's not on the road. (It's 200 meters). Great quality/price.

4-star hotel. It's worth three. The room for 3 is divided into two parts. Bathroom big enough. No separate toilet. Clean. We left with breakfast in a bag, water, fruit, madeleine.

On a sunny day in Cormayeur I stopped to enjoy a coffee with a badly injured knee.
The lounge area was an oasis of calm. My coffee was perfectly presented and the staff member was positively charming.
He made the best of a difficult, uncomfortable day.
Thankyou so much for a lovely coffee break.

This is a fab hotel and I would 100% stay again. Staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are really spacious. And food is exceptional. 4 course meal every night was amazing including for vegetarian and gluten free. Bar was lovely too and the free post skiing snacks very much appreciated. We went for long skiing weekend. Main Courmayeur cable car was literally 5 mins walk and pedestrianised area of Courmayeur about 30 seconds from hotel. Location excellent.

The rooms and bed were very comfortable with stunning views from our balcony. Claudio, the receptionist and concierge was so friendly, helpful and full of good recommendations. He really made our stay exceptional. Pietro, the in house bartender extraordinaire was so fun, entertaining and absolutely masterful at his job. I don’t think our trip would have been nearly as enjoyable without this excellent staff. If this site had 6 stars, I would give it that rating.

A relaxing stay, we are regular customers and as always in summer we usually spend a few days in this beautiful location.

As PBVMonitor we organized an event and had a great time. Helpful and caring staff in taking care of every aspect and following our needs.
Located on the pedestrian street of Courmayeur, the Hotel is appreciated for its large spaces (rooms, bar, dining room, garden), the swimming pool and the view of the Mont Blanc area.

Such a lovely stay. Good value for money. Supper helpful and friendly staff. They team went out of their way to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible when our luggage was lost.
The restaurant served typical Italian breakfast and dinners were excellent.
Great location. We will be back!

Hotel Cristallo was great value. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the hotel was warm and friendly, slightly dated but clean and well looked after. The location was perfect, the cable car being only a 5 minute walk.
It is situated right on the high street, which meant all the shops were on our doorstep. We will definitely return to both resort and hotel.

Having read a number of reviews, it didn’t surprise me that the hotel was dated and basic. However, the friendly staff more than made up for this. We had a fantastic stay. Effortless access to the slopes and even better that we hired our skis from up the slopes. Some amazing local restaurants, including discounts from the hotel on two. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

The location is great. To go to the "button" heart of Courmayeur there is to cross the bridge on the Dora Baltea by car or on foot, I recommend the latter because there are few parking lots in the center and always full at all hours and almost all for a fee. It is 700-800 meters, 10 minutes of walk ideal to digest the food and the bill if you dine downtown.

Most awesome place to have breakfast, we asked for just omelet and they offered us so many things with it. Almost everything you get in a breakfast buffet. Our table was like a live buffet. Thanks for serving us so well. Recommend this as best hospitality restaurant.
