I was just there and it was fantastic! I love it from the moment I stepped in to the moment we left! Beautiful place, romantic atmosphere for peace and calm stay! I really needed to relax and I did relax every minute there. Great nature as neighborhood, lovely staff as well, spa area is to die for. Lovely stay, thanks all, we will come back with pleasure ❤️

Every now and then you find a pearl of a place that leaves you with such a good experience — quality, ambiance, service, experience — that you are selfishly tempted to NOT post a review because you are afraid that, if they receive too many reviews like yours, they will become so popular that they'll lose the charm and service. I'm resisting temptation and posting a review. I simply have to acknowledge and show my gratitude for the exceptionally warm and considerate front desk… and restaurant service, for the way they welcomed us and made us feel at home, and for the wonderful attitude and creativity of the chef and kitchen staff to provide excellent and inspired quality food despite our particular eating needs (my wife and I requested a plant-based menu, and they provided us a plant-based *weekend* with a smile). So please, stay away — otherwise there might not be a room for us :-). Of course I'm kidding — this hotel is a pearl. Definitely not our last time staying at Hotell Gässlingen.

A nice picturesque place, nice staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. The hotel is situated near the sea, and it's preferable to rent a bike and just enjoy the surroundings in the splendid way they were and is to be enjoyed and experienced.

Beatiful and cozy. This is the perfect place to come when you want to relax.

Tranquility, best service, wonderful guests, best pool in Scandinavia, exquisite breakfast & dinner, a riyad in Skanör, un hacienda en Skanör, a zen teahouse in Skanör, un petite chalet au Skanör. A must when north of Berlin.

Super nice weekend with family, room no. 16 is great. Very nice food, good spa area, friendly and service minded staff.

Great service and hospitality, great relalxing atmosphere and nice spa area. We visited in february for an extended weekend, and Hotel Gässlingen and the surrounding town and nature area was the perfect setting for leaving normal life behind and just… relaxing.

Stayed here last week, booked via Secret Escapes. The hotel and spa were immaculate and well looked after. The food at dinner was fantastic, really quite imaginative and flavoursome. Breakfast was great too. This place thoroughly deserves 5 stars.
