Good service, relax room, swimming, Gym, pool, heating room, children play room, and Good Bar and restaurant you can't Board cause all is there,, happy Family.

Great nice spacious rooms and super nice service. Only the cleanliness in the bathroom could be slightly improved. Breakfast is very large and varied. Also the breakfast room of the evening sits the restaurant is very cozy. I would stay here again.

For me is the hotel in Lund with best facilities. Big rooms, gym and swimming pool, garden, really nice restaurant and breakfast option and rental bikes. The only backward is that it is not very central.

I was there with my 2 daughters and it was great. Welcoming, child friendly people and environment. Loved the pool.

Uncommonly situated in middle of a shopping mall. Thus very close to the city centre. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was friendly, the room was okay, the breakfast was very good.

Good service, the rooms are bigger than expected and very clean and comfy. Bath comes with soap, towels and hairdryer. Room includes TV and several furnitures so you could actually just spend a day in your rooms! Breakfast was really good, lots of variety with warm and cold food. Recommended!

Comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms are modern, clean and neat. Very nice familly rooms. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffe and parking is free. Perfect for a stop on your way someway.

Very good value for money. Our family room and adjoining bathroom were clean and newly refurbished. Breakfast was good and the hotel has a location close to the motorway with plenty of free parking, city center is a five minute drive away. Only complaint is the pillows, they were very bad. Also the room was slightly too warm for my taste.

This was the best Scandic hotel I stayed in. Very friendly staff, great service, good rich breakfast buffet.

Very friendly team, clean and cozy rooms. Just great! The breakfast buffet is really the hammer! We stayed there twice for the overnight stay and did not regret it. Always happy again!

There is nothing wrong with The Room. No 137. Well, the View from the window on the 1st Floor is not the Hit. But the Ambience is pointed.

A really good hotel in the middle of a very nice landscape and the beautiful city of Lund :-)

Friendly, clean, and great staff.

A cosy hotel but not the best. There is no mini bars that I never seen before in any else hotel. The cleaning service aren't on time at all so you should expect your room be cleaned in afternoon. Nothing interesting in the hotel and the TV channels are extremely limited (comparing to other hotels). The bright point is the breakfast that is reasonable but not extraordinary. To summerize : DISSAPOINTING!

Nice hotel. Had breakfast that was very good. Many young people are here at the hotel.

Rooms and public areas at the Hotel are ok. Food and service was amazing. Good choice of healthy (and even lass healthy) food for all kind of diets. Staff was super nice and helpful. Been there for a conference and would like to stay again.

Used to be great, now not so much. Used to stay here several times a year, now tend to stay at other hotels in the area. Scandic butchered their loyalty program and the restaurant at Star ha rotten pretty bad, so not worth a stay anymore which makes me sad…

Hm. It's Scandic. Maybe a bit on the better side of Scandic average. Good for conferences and one of the better conference room setups arranged as an amphitheater.

Very nice hotel. Big place with nice upgraded rooms. Coffee available in the lobby all day. Loved it. Rooms are cozy… spacious with separate sitting area.

It's a great place. The room is clean, big, has everything you need. Breakfast buffet and available for dinner (per extra fee). There is a pool and sauna.

Our son lives in Lund and this hotel is close to his apartment. So we did not have to be closer to the centrum. Nice breakfast and friendly people. We did not find wardrobe from our room.

Went there for a school event. Was great overall but there wasn't enough space for everyone. Would recommend, very professional.

The location of this building is slightly to far from the center of the town in order to be classified as central. The building itself is however very nicely built and the service is also very good.

Very nice hotel, nice entrance and beautiful apartment like rooms (no kitchen). The gym is a bit small, but they are renovating so don't know if it gets bigger. Pool and sauna was closed due to renovating. Restaurant was awesome food with self-made waffles for breakfast. Happy staying.

Staff were pleasant and helpful but the hotel is showing its age with dated decor and poor lighting in the rooms. It has a full range of services as you would expect from a hotel of this type. Have been staying there for about 15 years and will continue to do so.

Very big and clean room, even though it was single. Bathroom was OK. Check-in/check-out straightforward. Personnel friendly and competent. The breakfast had small variety, but was still OK.

Rooms are standard, nothing that stands out or adds additional luxury. Breakfast is important to me and as usual with Scandic there's a lot to choose from though I missed bacon and dried fruits to my muesli.

The Scandic Star was the only hotel with availability while I was in town. It is unfortunately quite far from the city center (not walking distance like everything else) and is painfully drab. The service was quite kind and the bar can make a solid bloody mary, but the breakfast and dinner are lackluster.

Expensive and out of the way.

Conferences. Not a place to bring your friend.

After spending a weekend at the hotel with my family, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, bu rather run down. The kitchen is just plain bad, although my kids did enjoy seeing a mouse run along the wall of the restaurant.
