Super nice staff and the room as well! Big, clean and modern.

Amazing staff, very friendly, they do a lot to help you and make your stay comfortable. Rooms and terrace are lovely. I totally recommend it.

Clean place, well-equipped, with a great networking area, but you have to be lucky with your room. Mine was hot, without any option to tune the heating or at least get some cool air from outside. The handle on the tiny window was removed, and the doors are tight, so no fresh air AT ALL. Kudos for the attenion to the evacuation measures and safety (very well done indeed) but how am I supposed to evacuate if the door is locked and the window is reinforced and missing a handle? I was chocking there already, without any fire, so would be dead soon if the smoke appeared there :) My room was in the corner so sadly Wi-Fi was not great at all.

Great hotel and have stopped here over 60 times (totalling about 250 nights) in the last three years! Good rooms and good location and great staff.

Stayed here for 3 days. Very easy check in. No probs. Everything is clean and tidy. Personnel is good and friendly. The only thing I was disappointed was the room itself. When I booked the place it showed me completely different place then what I've got. But it is ok. I just needed place to sleep and sleep). The only thing I found inconvenient is no fridge in the room. Kind like you buy some food outside and you can keep it in a fridge. Besides my room was at 0 level. If you open the windows and someone is smkoking it goes to your room. And ofc noice. One of the windows was a bit broken. Breakfast is good. Muesli, youghurt and eggs. Coffee. Besides coffee is good. One of the things I need in a morning. To get to Finn you will need aound 20 min walk. You are very close to centrum of Lund. Anyhow I recommend place doesn't you staying. If you are in town for business and you are not demanding it's best place to stay. And just wanted to add. As far as I understood there are rooms with little kitchen inside. So you can cook a litkli for urself. Thanks All the best.

+ Hotel prepared not to go cold with heating on the bathroom floor, impacts that check-in, check-out I some other management is done from a couple of computers that are in the hall and that can annoy someone.
The queen bed is quite comfortable but the sofa bed in the quádruple is fair, the room is well equipped and you can even book for free according to availability some bikes :D you even have access to a small gym with no time limit.
Breakfast is poor in variety if you go a few days (for that, one star less) since the first time you try a little bit of everything, but nothing stands out.
The place is educational and very quiet, nice views… Peace is breathing.

Nice appart hotel with kitchen in the room. Perfect for an extended stay in Lund. Small Breakfast buffet included and some prepared food for sale on site. The hotel 1km from Lund city center. They offer bikes to borrows so you can get into town in no time through the bike paths.

Large (mini flat) rooms, clean and tidy.

It is the second time I stay here, I like it a lot and it is very convenient. Only the breakfast would improve a bit (although it is correct)

I have been living here for some time but I just feel like home. The place is nice, clean, cosy and quiet. The staff are also very nice and helpful and this is an important think that make this location great.

Nice and clean place. Automatic machines in reception in the evenings and nights. Can be a bit of a problem if you haven't done that before. Otherwise, good value for money.

This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. I am beyond furious this place is a joke. Not only that it is my first time here, but I have been traveling since 5am uk time to get hear upon arrive we bought plug sockets so we can charge our devices, only for the hotel Finn to have problems with their electricity, which caused the chargers to fry. So we now have no way of contacting each other staying hear as my partner has an interview near by, and we need to be able to keep in contact as I’m pregnant, and have a few health problems. We looked around for 20 minuites, no staff so we phoned only to be told we would need to Walk 20 minutes to the grand hotel, or taxi at our expense at midnight. Not so easy with my swollen ankles, so although it is their fault are property is damaged they’re doing nothing about it. So far, my first impression of Sweden is its an embarrassment.

It’s a kind of modern hotel, you check in through a kiosk, rooms are really clean and the price is reasonable, there are also some free cookies. It has really helpful agents also.

The price is quality at 5, good breakfast you can take sandwiches with you! Close to the historic centre within walking distance.

Room was nice and tidy. Good service when I arrived. Breakfast area was a corner in the reception, and was really crowded. (They called it breakfast on the go).

The building is much nicer from the outside than from the inside, it is very handy that you can use the hotel mostly without any staff, but the staff that is there is very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is that the bed/couch combination wasn't very comfortable to sleep on.

"Like home", they say… right. For 135€ a night you'll get to prepare your kids' bed when you arrive because it's not made even though you booked the room 5 days before. Sheets and pillows are not even in the room. You'll get to clean up yourself because they clean the room "every 5 days". … You'll also get to wait 10-15 minutes for a "place" to sit and eat your breakfast with your plate on your knees, in the hotel lobby because the breakfast room has a seating capacity of 26 for a hotel with dozens of rooms. You'll eat a breakfast with zero fresh fruit, one kind of cheese and one kind of meat. I've had breakfast at gas stations that offered more choices. A sliding door with a 2 cm gap is the only thing separating your bed from the toilet. If there's any glamour left in your marriage, there it goes. Home? Feels more like a youth hostel to me. A 3-star facility in Sweden should offer way more than that. First time and last time in this hotel for sure.

Hotel is nice, and the automatic check-in check-out system is a good idea. On the other hand breakfast is quite on the modest side, although enough, and the location could be better, but still walkable from Lund center. I've lowered the score to 3 since I had an issue related to room cleanliness which was not dealt with throughout my stay.

We stayed in what I think was a "family suite" which was as nice as any apartment. It had a sofa and kitchen, a massive bathroom and a comfortable bed. We will definitely return, it is ideal for business.

I loved the facilities given by hotel management. Nice food in very affordable price. Rooms were very tidy, clean and I found all necessary stuff in the room.

Quite good hotel! Price and quality level! Large room with a kitchen we had! An iron and tea, siral′naâ and dryer are! Clean and comfortable! Minus is the breakfast — places a little, waiting until someone frees desk and Chair or go into the room, there is a high table! 4 points to easily give!

Very modern, self service hotel. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, well lit and modern furnished (flat-screen TV, kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave, iron and ironing board). The gym is small but well equipped. The free Wi-Fi is fast and makes up for the only Swedish TV channels.
