We got service denied. When we ask why she said "one of you looks drunk" (1 out of 10 in the group) we then ask "Who, can you point him? " She says we gotta leave in a very rude way. I understand your "drunk" policy, but some manners maybe?

Pet friendly hotel in central LUND. Very close to the central station. The rooms are simple but clean. Classic Swedish style breakfast. Only negative is that our bed was to soft.

I was just in the pub, the experience was so good, a lot of beers and good food. The prices are hight but aligned with the others pubs in the city.

It was pretty easy to get to via car, and seemed to be well located — just opposite the city library. Room was clean and perfect, and I enjoyed the little selection of tea and hot chocolate they had. Checked in really late, but managed to get to our room in record time. Being on the second floor, I was awoken by the most delicious smell of bacon, which was part of their delicious buffet breakfast. Overall, lovely place, and if I stop over in Lund again I'd love to stay with them once more.

No reception, check-in in the bar, no phone and worse that the shower water was not hot enough, just as warm to have a quick shower. Price was also expensive for all this. But it appears that most hotels are rather old with similar issues. Room was very warm though.

The room is very close to the train station. Breakfast varied and abundant.

Nice accommodations. Close to train station and University. Never checked in at a pub before but worked out perfectly, got our room keys and a pint. *There is an elevator, thankfully. Parking is close but expensive. Will book again on next visit.

Tasty food and nice service, only downside was that it constantly had a beer smel to it. Probably has the carpet gone through some rough nights.

We stayed with our little baby, room was decent and clean, there is no minibar at rooms but coffee/tea and water heather available. Breakfast was OK and staff was nice very helpful. Also the bar under the hotel was good.

Only visited the pub but it's pretty great. They have plenty of beers and the staff is usually really helpful! When I've been there there has not been any need to book a table. Overall I'd recommend a visit to this rustic and cozy pub.

Have been to the restaurant, not the hotel. Good bar, excellent service, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Food can improve.

Great selection of beers and spirits. British pub theme but actually pretty well done. Lund's best pub but rarely very busy so not exactly rocking.

Nice, affordable and central. Pity staff is hardly ever at the desk. Check-in at the bar next door which opens at 16:00

Room small but clean and sober, nice bathroom, decent breakfast, reasonable price. However it is not possible to arrive at the hotel before 4pm. The access is simply closed. I waited for 3h in a coffee shop next door…
It's really not convenient.

I do love this place Nice chill atmosphere, great friendly staff and awesm club sandwiches guys didn't mention obv super selection of beers! a tip? try the rotating beers! u may discover pretty good ones!

Bishops Arms Lund. We stayed in room 432. Room is lovely and clean. There is a seating area with tea and coffee making facilities. Bed very big and comfortable. TV has limited channels but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. A second seating area with a large wardrobe and best of all a sauna just behind the bathroom. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with foods to suit most people. The Hotel is above a bar which closes at 10pm, so not much noise. Over all a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

We visit Lund every year as we have family here. We've tried a few different hotels around but Bishops Arms twice. Both times we have had a really good experience. The room we stay in has a sauna in It, wonderful to relax after a day exploring. Staff all very friendly and accommodating, will definitely be coming back again.

I am a usual at the Bishops Arms Pub and can guarantee that it is amazing for social gatherings, I'm also a member of their membership club and I am always impressed by their selection that keeps being rotated each month, they provide you with the beer you wouldn't be able to get at "Systembolaget", beer, whiskey and wines from all over the world has reached the doors of The Bishops across this great nation of ours and they have amazingly friendly staff, food and whatever else you might want.

Cool Pub with a great choice of beers and a cosy atmosphere! Definitely a must when you are in Lund!

Very friendly staff. Rooms clean. Somewhat variable in size due to the architectural style of the building. Breakfast was standard with a variety of fruits, bacon & eggs, different cereal and bread of course. Easy to create vegan / vegetarian meals.

Wonderful bar. The best in the city — my opinion. The name "Bishops Arms" is so appropriate as I was in church praying before I dropped in to the bar to have a Guinness. There is a lot of charm inside and a very pleasant atmosphere. Gonna come back… Roland.

The owner (who works in the reception as well) is extremely rude and got a bad temper. He was very agressive to my girlfriend and our baby and lacked all skills vital for a service occupation. He nearly destroyed our weekend in Lund.

The owner is exremely rude and insulting. I called in to book a room with a credit card and there appeared to be a problem. As opposed to explaining the problem clearly he got impatient and hung up on me. I sent an e-mail to complain about this level of terrible customer service and in return I received an abusive e-mail. I am glad I / he prevented a weekend in hell.
