Friendly smiling staff, big clean rooms, delicious food… 😃

We had booked 2 rooms for 4 people with 1 night and breakfast at the hotel on 31/12/19, via hotel. Com we arrive at 15 hours. We had looked at your website and thought it looked nice and the restaurant served delicious food. We arrive at the hotel and are checked in and ask if we can book a table in the restaurant for dinner. Only here we are told that the restaurant is closed and that nothing is open in Lund — this information is not on your website and also lacks information that several basket ball teams check in during the afternoon. We then ask if we can be checked out again and then go in and get rooms at your sister hotel. This cannot be done, we are told we should contact hotel. Com The receptionist constantly tries several times over the next few hours to help with calling restaurants.
We go to the bar and have a drink and have a little drink, and order some drinks in the room to find a restaurant This is very difficult, but with the receptionist's help after about 2 hours, managed to get a table at 18 at your sister hotel in Malmo, Both rooms are cool, so we sit and freeze — even at night. There was no receptionist when we would address this. We go to the bar again and pick up new supplies, and are told that the bar is open until 12 noon and after midnight it is the receptionist who is the bar. We arrive at your sister hotel in Malmö, which is beautifully decorated. Here you are welcomed right away and offered a glass of bubbles each.

Once where met by a suspicious receptionist that said that he couldnt check me in even thou there were rooms avaible and I have their high est member card. No phones at The rooms and once I got a parkingticket because my car where to low (! )

Has the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and social bartender you could ever wish to meet! Ask for Sito. Helsingborg’s loss, Lund’s gain.

A little bit of from central Lund, but absolutely a good hotel to visit. Great breakfast meny, and good lunch boxes, and nice service too.

The breakfast unfortunately did not meet expectations, as the hot dishes were partly cold and the selection rather manageable.

It's kind of new and very organized business related place and very close to Tetra Pak headquarter.

Quite awesome hotel. Nice rooms, good breakfast. Only downside is its in the outskirts. Near the business park. 20 mins walk to centrum.

Overall impression very pleasant. Good rooms. Nice staff. Breakfast very varied. Furnishing the restaurant in a very design manner. But this is rather inappropriate. The dish of the day was each very good with an acceptable price, but the drinks are very expensive. Especially compared when you see the same drinks in the good supermarket. Tuborg beer at the supermarket €1. In the restaurant €6, €50. Well.
But overall, everything is great. Were nice days there, recommended.

Buffet is really good value for money with good quality local produce, well presented with bread baked fresh; ideal for a business lunch or a meeting with friends. Contemporary interior design (with some nice ideas I'll be trying to replicate for my next project). Friendly staff with a good sense of humour and helpful too.

Warm welcoming reception, very good breakfast, good facilities. Paid parking is the only negative aspect of the facility.

Beautiful place. 20 minutes from the centre (on foot). Bicycles are available. Breakfast, dining and bar service. Gym with sauna. Very friendly staff.

I used to work here. Nice place. Bit hard to reach by bus. Closer to high way. Green Bus no 1, 6 and 5. Yellow bus 171, 1, 169. Good breakfast.

Was there only for a one evening conference, about three hours. Found it to be neat, clean, and we'll organized. It was though a little difficult in that Swedish winter night dark to find, due to having no signs on other than the front side.

Great hotel, very polite staff, great food. The waiting room is stylish without going overboard. Bonus points for the free pool table in the lobby, ice machine in corridor, 24/7 fitness gym, and sauna (requires 20minutes to heat up).

I was there for lunch. It was a buffet and the food was delicious. They can even fix vegetarian and vegan dishes. They have a good variety of vegetables. All in all, the food was good and the staff was friendly.

Hotel rooms are what you would expect from a business orientated chain hotel. Clean, functional, but basic. Breakfast exceeded expectations however, with a good selection of fruits, cereals, and a continental spread.

This is a very nice hotel with easy access from the E22 motorway. There is a big and clean indoor parking next by. The restaurant is surprisingly good with a variety of dishes, including typical pub food like burgers, but also more traditional meals. Staff is really nice and helpful. City buses depart 10 minutes walking away. The downside with the hotel is the location if you want to live in a more cosy city-like location. If you have a car and are only looking for a place to overnight, I strongly recommend this hotel.

High level hotel, very comfortable, all the details are ok, the staff is very kind, but food is not that special. And that is the only downside. So, if you plan to have Lunch and dinner somewhere else, it changes to 5 stars! Breakfast is quite good.

Nice hotel. Staff is also very helpfull. This destroy my good feeling … be carefull in the loby if you take something to eat very easy came on the bill some "wine" which you didn't ordered but you are already payed before you realise this. When you complain about this answer is "Your frend took the wine… " or "You can show the bill by "check out" and you will get the money back" … of course you never get that money back. Nice greeting for the guy from the bar!

I stay here quite a bit, sometimes up to 3-4 weeks. The breakfast is ok, but used to be fantastic. They have removed some items. The dinner menu should have more options. Since there is nothing around (shops or restaurants), it is pretty inconvenient. I wish the hotel would provide a microwave in a public area for guests. It would help so much especially for long stayers. I can't eat every night at the restaurant and to go out is not convenient. The rooms are great, clean and comfy.

Nice hotel. Got upgraded (as a Club Carlson gold member). Staff is very helpful. It's a shame they don't have a free parking for their customers. Other than that, I would recommend for short business stays.

New, modern hotel with comfortable rooms — the shower was great too. The restaurant menu wasn't great, not enough vegetarian options. But the food we did order was well cooked and pleasant.

A very comfortable hotel, new and with everything you need. It is located in the outskirts of town, consider taxi or bike rental to move to the city centre.

The hotel is very new with fantastic staffs. The room is very comfortable and clean. The location is a bit further from central Lund. The breakfast is good. The dinner is great. There's one fish menu which I would highly recommend.

Room clean, Breakfast very good and free Wi-Fi with fast throughput. Location very good, everything in the area easily accessible. The availability of the bikes was okay, unfortunately the state is not always in order.

Very clean modern looking rooms. The service is friendly and professional. The breakfast has a huge range of products and everything is nice and fresh. The hotel is located very closely to the city center and also has a good connection to the freeway E22. Furthermore, the hotel is very concerned about the environment and gives you the opportunity to skip room service in order to save water.

Very nice hotel. Brand new room very confortable. Breakfast excellent, with good varaity of salty and sweet food. Never tried the restaurant, will do next time. Of course it's perfedt solution if you visit Tetra Pak but also not so far from the center. Bike available for free.
