Food : 5/10 Room : 8/10 Staff friendliness: 2/10 We went there recently (day out package) and then we realized there are no any good changing rooms (only an open area with a common mirror and just unclean toilet) and we had no choice but to pay for a room. I actually like the front office people as they were kind and helpful. The room was actually good and we got the chance to use the pool close by (not the common pool). Then we went for lunch and I didn’t like the staff at all. They were so rude towards us. And when we came for evening tea, one employee told that it’s over, and we went and again she came and told us that it’s not yet over. And moving to the buffet, I didn’t like most of the food there and they didn’t bother to refill the empty ones when food gets over. We had to inform them time to time. And by the time we went for desserts, we had only few items left and had to wait for 10-15 mins till they refill. But I could try chocolate biscuit pudding and the queen of pudding as they didn’t have enough items to refill. So overall very dissatisfied. I don’t recommend this place for a day out for anyone 😊

Very poorly maintained old shabby hotel. No buffet. Limited selection of food, expensive price according to price. Fire work for no reason at 1.30am. Disturbance from staff and neighbours in the middle of the night, never stay. So many nice hotels around.

The reception staff are totally clueless about the Black friday 50%off sale vouchers! Billed us Normal rate and more until we had to argue and make them understand what the promotion is about. Wasted one hour getting a refund as the staff had not been briefed and the systems not in place.

I requested a birthday cake to suprise my husband. But they gave us two cupcake. Hospitality was very poor.

The guests’ washroom had a nasty smell. Managed to smell it despite wearing double masks. Other than that the food and hospitality was amazing.

Thank you for making my government mandated quarantine feel like a relaxing holiday. Tasty and thoughtfully prepared meals giving consideration to my allergies and health restrictions. Ever friendly, polite, courteous and helpful front office and room service staff. Even when I don’t request I get a call and am asked if anything is needed / changed.
They made me feel safe: even though the staff were also living in the premises they wore full protection gear to come knock on the door and deliver food, toiletries and other essentials I needed. A big thank you to the SL army for their diligent services and their courteousness in treating us with respect and not like aliens who are trying to invade the country with a disastrous disease. — hier: Jetwing Blue.

Beautiful place right on the ocean! Bed was super comfortable, huge shower and both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were fantastic! Clean, comfortable and staff was professional and friendly. Hope to stay again someday!

CENTRE POINT — Food is delicious and fairly priced. Well worth the visit than going to small restaurants around. Staff are super friendly too. Lovely atmosphere specially for families with small children.

Nice pool. Nice staff. Large rooms but they need a fresh update. The bed was very comfortable. The tiles are old and look dirty. As you can see @ the edges they look moldy.

Free upgrade to the super deluxe room for our honeymoon. Beautiful view of the beach and sunset. Nice big pool and short stroll to the water at the beach. Delicious room service lunch (Indonesian chicken fried rice for about 1400 rupees plus taxes) and buffet breakfast with lots to choose from. Complimentary chocolates delivered to the room in the evening.

If not for her, our wedding would not have been perfect and I think the entire hotel runs so smoothly because of her dedicated work ethics. I was a touch bride but you understood all my wants and dreams and made sure your team gave me a dream wedding. General Manager Ravi is great to work with too! Thank you for guiding us with various options on how to make our big day perfect. Your energy and charisma runs the hotel very well and is a great welcome to any person who steps into the hotel. Special shout out to the banquet staff too! You made sure the hall was arranged the way I had asked for. Thank you to the amazing staff that made sure there was a beautiful table to keep my late brothers picture with flowers. It's it a very nice hotel right at the beach. Big rooms and very modern and clean. Huge hotel which to don't the at the first view. The food is on high quality and very tasty. The stuff is very friendly and knows English well. The buffet has a big range on different cuisines. I can recommend it to everyone.

Food is very good. Had a huge food spread. The room is well maintained and have lot of space. Calm environment and setting. My wife says some air freshner is needed to the room. The pool is also large with a large lawn… the staff is very attentive and friendly.

Good Atmosphere, Nice View & Surrounding. Mouth watering food. Different good varieties. Credit on Chef and the crew. Rooms are comfortable and spacey. However I think that Management should have more care and concern about the service as that is what matters most at the end. Seems Service Staff was not educated well on serving without discrimination. Cos it has been noticed in more occasions Service staffs attitude towards the Local customers seems to be not up to the satisfactory. Seen less concern on local customers where they don't attend at once the requests are being made. No finger bowls were given until requested couple or more times for the few who didn't use cutlery. Fans were not switched on until couple of requests made to switch them on and even they showed the way to the switches to some of us. Even I missed the welcome drink which is I don;t mind but it is a big miss at hotel end. They should have an eagle eye on their customers satisfaction. After all it would have been better experience if those few improvements could have been implemented by the hotel authorities.

This is a star hotel in Negambo. Nice view of the beach from the lobby. Good food.

Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Negombo beach from Jetwing Blue. Their rooms are spotless and spacious. They provided a cot in the room for our baby. There was a good spread at the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the dishes were freshly prepared and they even had action stations for some of the meals. Service was phenomenal throughout the stay — we were greeted with friendly faces everywhere we went. There's onsite parking and a well-equipped gym.

Pretty chill place… Staff is super friendly, the view is absolutely stunning while the white sand is as soft as anything! Long stretches of beach on both sides while Jetwing Beach is next door! Accessibility is therefore key to everything. Overall, I love it.

Good hotel right on the beach. Directly opposite a good array of shops. We only stayed one night so couldn't sample all of the facilities. Great touch with a food platter delivered to the room. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent with attentive staff and good choice of food options. They catered very well for food allergy options. Would certainly stay again.

Very nice hotel. A really nice beach for Negombo. You have to walk a good 200 meters to the sea. There is a beach bar, pools and showers on the beachfront. The service on the beach is not available for this in the restaurant all the better. The beach sellers are tedious as everywhere but friendly. The gym is air-conditioned and tidy even if the equipment has come a little over the years.

The rooms were great and cozy. The food was great. Direct access to a great part of the beach. The pool and gym faculties were great too.

Was on holiday from London, England. We got a villa down the road from this hotel but would go use there bar and spa. I can tell u we give 5 stars.

It's a cool place. Of the cons annoying hucksters on the beach and fabulous prices.

Good location but very disappointing service. We ordered room service for one of the night, a tomato sauce pasta. It took for and half hours before the food was sent and it was cold! When I called up room service to chase the food the hotel stuff was so rude. Very bad experience. Also it is quiet most of time but if there is any event during the weekend, it gets really noisy. Room is very basic and there is giant cockroach in the room.

A great exit point following our three week self drive visit to Sri Lanka. The upgraded room was greatly appreciated, with a door directly out to the pool and the beach beyond. The pool was spectacular. Meals didn't disappoint either, we had lunch in the bar and breakfast and dinner in the vast "Kitchen" buffet. Having a 1.10am flight back to Singaspore, we were able to pay for a 10pm checkout, which is the reason we changed our booking from a far more expensive 5 star Colombo hotel, which could not deliver the same level of service.

Jetwing hotels have always kept their standards working with such effort to keep their customers happy. One thing that stands out with them is their details to customer satisfaction and polite service. The prices are real decent as well as their every accommodation, the food is always great and their properties are well organized.

Lovely motel. Right on the beach, and a nice part of the beach too. Very clean, great staff as always. Had lunch and a massage both were perfect. Beautiful meal, and the massage was great. We weren't staying here, but as we often did we visited nice motels on our travels around the island, to have lunch or dinner, sometimes a massage. I found that all the motels were very welcoming to accept guests not staying there. They really appreciate the business. It was early dec when we visited, and most places were very quiet, think the busy season starts in the new year. Anyway this motel was lovely.

This is a really elegant place based in Negombo. You can reach here within 15-30 minutes (less than 6km) from the Colombo international airport. They have a excellent restaurant and a bar. And also they have one of best swimming pools in Negombo. You won't have to worry about anything, they will take care of everything starting from the reception. If you plan to have you wedding party or any type of special party here, they have good banquet hall as well.

Can't beat the view. It's sleepy quiet on a weekday Friday morning. Restaurant doesn't open till 1230 but the bar and pub menu is open for orders. Good drinks and a great pool with a stunning view of the ocean. Staff are friendly but won't proactively check up on you, which is actually a relief. For non hotel guests, the pool use is only a 1000 per adult. Our kids were free. Kids menu was fantastic and the crab curry was tasty. Cried eat your bags and junk outside so you better watch your stuff. Friendly Chinese tourists might bring gaudy pink flamingos, see my pic. Fantastic place to stop before heading home via the airport.

I'm reviewing the restaurant, The Kitchen. Although pricy, the food is good and the place super clean, being in the Jetwing Blue Hotel. There are nets keeping the crows at bay and plastic curtains if there is heavy rain. I personally love their spaghetti bolognaise. It's the best one in Sri Lanka by far!

Overall Hotel is good. This is the best hotel if you want to stay in negombo. Staff, Food & Facilities are amazing.

Great Hotel, Nice pool and some good rooms for the price. Friendly helpful staff and Management. Jetwing Blue and Jetwing Beach are connected together and meet at the Centre Point Grill & Bar within the premises, a nice place for a light meal or casual drink with good atmosphere. The suites are very affordable and comparable in price to a Deluxe room on other large new hotels which have opened recently and in the area. I love this Hotel!

Excellent hotel. Extremely hospitable staff. Super rooms, large pool, restaurant with very diverse cuisine. Just half hours drive from Colombo City and fifteen minutes from the airport. Beach view.

Great location on the beach. Rooms and bathroom very dated. Good Friday night buffet dinner but could be better labeled for vegetarians. Supposedly hot dishes were cold even early on.

It's a good hotel with lavish bathroom and services. The food is good, the staff is very helpful and cooperative. Centrally located in Negombo just have to be carful about the shopping.

Love the place… feels like home. Great food and drinks; a place to relax as well as have some fun. What stands out the most is the excellent hospitality and the feeling of being welcomed. Hats off to the staff who do everything within their power to make the stay memorable.

Had my wedding during mid of June 2017 and everything was arranged so perfectly. We did not have to run in to any last minute issues on the day of the event as Dasuni from Banquet reservations has taken care of all aspects. The Grand Ball Room arrangements looked glamorous and staff were super supportive. (I moved the Champagne Fountain few times and played videos multiple times). Moreover I was not charged for several extra plates and they allowed me to entertain the guests for extra 1 and half hours in the grand ball room. Overall, its super duper experience and wonderful stay at the Suite that was given for FOC. Big Thank you to entire Jetwing Blue Team and we wish you all the very best! Ganindu & Umeshika.

Clean rooms, great service, close to the ocean, tasty food.

The hotel is spacious and pretty. The beach is very close and feels like the courtyard of the hotel. The breakfast has many varieties and delicious. The staff are very friendly. The room itself is quite cool but as its close to the sea, it is a bit humid.

Best Management hand friendly staff. Beautiful surrounding. Very close to Negombo city. Have a nice Birch area.

Luxury hotel in colombo. We spent only a night to be step, but its beach and buffet breakfast are to return.

Nice hotel (though carreful not to book in what they call annexe… not always explicit on reservation platform but clearly not the same standard as the rest). Nice staff, in particular at reception.

You can hangout at their lounge area. Good place for coffee too. They also have weekend buffet including pool usage for between 2000 to 3000 per head. Try their Center Point restaurant. Good delicious food!

Was there 21years ago when it was Blue Oceanic and have been back many times since still not been since it was refurbished have been to the beach next door but will go there soon. Staff couldn't do enough for you cannot fault it. Have been going to Ceylon every year since 1994 such a lot to do and see when you are there. Ramon Hatch.

Very best of srilankan hospitality. We were very happy with everything here and definitely coming back in 2 months. I was surprised just before 3 hours to check out we went to pool for the 2nd time and one guy said to my girlfriend that she's using too much pool towels. Well it's just one rude staff but I'm coming back for sure.

Brilliant service and beautiful place.

Expected the choices of food to be more varied in different days. But still the food WAS great. Room was really good too, except for the AC giving a little trouble. But I have to say, service and cleanliness in the restaurant was kind of disappointing. Overall, really good.

Very nice and wide sandy beach! Sufficient beds available! Nice and big rooms, almost all with sea view! The staff is very friendly and the selection at dinner for 2 weeks is sufficient.

This hotel is very nice. Me and my wife were very pleased with the wide spacious rooms and big bathrooms. Of course we took the super deluxe room. There is one restraunt and one bar. The food is delicious and every day there is a different theme for dinner. The swimming pool is relaxing. The one thing we were disappointed about is that we couldt swim in the ocean. Lovely hotel.
