Went for a day outing. The staff is not that friendly (when I asked where the tea was arranged, he directed me like a bus conductor😂). Buffet was limited, even though they said international, it was more of a national buffet. For evening tea they did not give coffee only tea was given that was also already made (no milk sugar tea separately). When I asked for coffee they were like, we don't offer coffee for dayout packages. Seriously 😂 for Rs 6500 can't you give a coffee. They did not give a welcome drink so I had to ask them to give us a drink before departure. Then They brought us a left over woodapple drink from the in-house customer tea lounge which did not have sugar or woodapple (too much water) The pool was good. But dirty. Changing area was dirty Overall experience was unpleasant. This is the second jetwing hotel I had a bad experience. 👎👎👎
Best food 10/10, friendly staff and simply Amazing.
