One of the best Buffet I ever had with lots of varities. The rooms was well cleaned and tidy. Not much big but it was okay. Staff was Friendly and Helpful. Overall Stay was good and Much Recommended. ❤ Thank you.

Nice place to go for a day out. Staff is friendly and supportive. Day pack for an adult includes welcome drink, buffet lunch and evening sanck. You can use the pool and the ground as well. Pool is well maintained. However the changing rooms are located far from the pool. If they can arrange a closeby changing room it is very convenient. Plus they don't have any playing area for kids. If they can add a playing area it will be a good value addition for the package.

Reception staff service good. No driver accommodation. Meals are not good. Given value added services to foreigners such as different delicious meals at the restaurant. Rooms are not cleaned up to the standard. Ultimately it was a bad experience.

Nice place, bit of added gardening and landscaping in the front and back would make the place much attractive.

Cant give to star, because we going today evening to laya beach hotel wadduwa to diner, we oder see food rice, that is not test and cant eat.

Not very much good much place for hangout and having holiday. Rooms are not very muvh attractive. And foods and deserts are not worth for the cost. You can find other good places nearby area rather than this place.

Very friendly crew. Buffet tasted good. Clean pool with a good lifeguard. But the pool's changing room was a disaster. If not ill be giving 4 stars.

The place is worn out, used to be quite nice 7-8 years back. Rooms are quite basic. They have a pool. Close to the beach. But honestly, if you are thinking of staying overnight, I suggest you check other options. Beachfront is fine though there's quite a bit of litter and the beach sand is almost black…

The pools was great and the quality of food is avaerage. Food is somewhat worth the price as we ordered from their menu. The beach view is really great and the the hotel is spacious enough to play a cricket match.

Beautiful Hotel located at a good place. Equidistant from Bentota and Colombo. This place has a private beach which is well maintained. The food is decent. Also a few places to eat nearby. Overall had a pleasant stay here.

The place is good for a day out. It has a cricket ground, volleyball court and a small swimming pool. The food is also good. Quality of deluxe rooms below average.

Great food. Has a warm pool. 30 rooms of 2 levels and nice staff. Rooms have air conditioning and also has nice toilets. I don't think you get free Wi-Fi though which is unfortunate.

The food in the restaurant was superb. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Peaceful and decent place for family gatherings.

Please don't waste your money and time to booking this hotel, rooms are very dirty and staff also don't care guest services, this hotel is very disappointed hotel in my life, I have been travel lot of gulf countries and sri Lanka famous hotel like a Hilton very nice service they have, and I would like to tell regrading there Staff and managers, actually I never seen like that managers in my whole life cause they don't want listening to guest and always make a path to argument with them. We come to the hotel for enjoyment not for scared to staff,, and finally I want to tell peoples this hotel management is doing by army so there staff also have some kind of army (military) SICK,, but I am civilian guy so I don't want see your guys military SICK,, GUEST is god, believe that first, if no gust arrives no salary for staff so try to make happy your GUEST first,, the guest who all are coming to your hotel not a army,,

Not worth for the money we paid. Rooms and bathroom were not superior than the expected. Food was normal. But calypso army band was superb.

Famous location for the group outing. They have ground, pool and also a beach. Staff also really helpful in organizing the events.

Not the best value for money. It has seen better days. Stayed for a residential workshop. Stayed in a Cabana room. The shower tray was clogged. The food was not so special. Conference rooms were in a state disrepair. But the Army band was superb and made up for so many short comings.

Today my family went to get a dinner from laya hotel. Service was werst and food is dicusting, I orderd seafood rice and I didnt find a sea food in that rice.

Best & Worth Place to have a Buffet & Swimming.

Doesn't have a bar. Also it crowded when there is a corporate event. This place suits for office outing or a group trip. But not the best for family or a couple. Food was nice.

This is by far the worst place I have ever been to. We chose this place as for the company's annual one day team outing because the price seemed cheap. Big Mistake. When we arrived to this place, the stupid manager directed us through a cheap corridor to the playground and that was it. They are protecting the entrance to the lobby as security guards and we were not even allowed to pass through the lobby. (Of course as you might expect there is nothing special in the lobby. There are some chairs and a sofa and a cheap replica of a naked statue David) Then came the welcome drink late and flavor less. You can have a better made sunquick at your grand mother's funeral. The changing room they provided had a worn out lock and it's bath room cannot be locked from inside. It was broken or something. There was only an ample space of shade at the ground and most of us gathered there (The lobby is guarded by the stupid security guard who calls himself a manager). The play ground is not good. Dust all over the place, little or no grass on the field and because of the extreme heat at playground, we gave up playing cricket after a while. The swimming pool was not that good too. Then, at lunch time, that stupid manager came and asked us whether is it ok to arrange some tables and have lunch (Buffet) under that ample space of the dusty playground because they have lot of guests at the dining hall.

Place is okey staff is good but I don like the theme. But the front is nice view.
