Really disappointed servise even there receptionists are not talking properly no management at all rooms are not clean and not proper arrangement before they give us rates are higher than the servise they offer also no dialog 4g signel and we can't access there free Wi-Fi worst ever… we stayed beach hotel it was awesome and reasonable price and delecieus meals if you want reasonable price, delecieus food and comfortable rooms then I strongly recomended nilaveli beach hotel but they have pork dishes that's the problem.

It was a lovely & awesome experience for us. lovely, friendly & more helpful staff members & their services much appreciated. Foods are super delicious calm, attractive environment. Thank you all again for this superb hospitality…. Love this place so much. JKAB hotels & Resort 😍❤️ Highly Recommended.

We stayed at jkab beach resort, it was a very good place, child friendly place, where we stayed with two kids less than 5yrs, so it was a very good place with all the facilities, and the food was delicious, there were varities of food in the buffet, so would recommend to anyone❤️❤️❤️

Poor front office staff and food was horrible. If you say tell me a worst hotel that you have visited in your life time its JKAB resort. We pissed off for the payment that we paid and we left earlier because of poor services.

I m really so cheap about the communication that they had with us and the service they offered. So disappointed with the service what they offered. And I won't recommend this for my friend. Please train front office staff how to handle customers.

I stayed here for three days, I was asked at the end of my stay how I would like to pay so I said by cash. When I looked at my account they had charged me on my card as well. It’s been 3 weeks now even though I have given all my card details no money has been refunded. I will now be getting my back involved and they can deal with this. Please if you stay here don’t give them your card details.

Good place to stay service is good stayed for 1 night room was Rs6500 with AC Room was good and clean. They have a nive swimming pool. Friendly staff. Food is also good. Walking distance to the beach. I recommend this place for who plans to stay in trinco for short period of time. Wedding halls are also available there were two weddings when I stayed there.

This hotel is located in land side and it some of the facilities are available here. Swimming pool is good and you can take food from here. It's a walking distance to the beach.

Beautiful location, Good food and helpful staff! We love the surrounding and the sea view rooms & family rooms have better facilities. Enjoyed the stay with my family. Recommending!

It’s a nice place needs to improve quality and standard at a resort.
I suffered 2 hours with my little brother and friend
Without water in the bathroom
And they were not even bothered to attend to the matter.
Had to continuously call and push them to fix the matter.
Later found out that the water tank was not filled
So disappointing
I was stressed out with some guest behaving as well.

At the time of reception it was great, butler was very helpful and responsive. Resturant staff is quick and effective. Good place to stay in Trinco. Easy access to interesting locations.

Booked this place because they said they have gym there. But what they had is a junkyard. Food was very bad and staff were very inexperienced. You pay around Rs 10, 000 per night and get nothing at all.

Went there for a 2 day stay. The staff was helpful enough. Indian food was good but I found Contiental menu lacking. Rooms were good size. Facilities OK. Lacking in toiletries. Had to prod the staff to get tea bags and water bottles. Outside is pleasing to the eye. A little too expensive for a hotel of this standard.

Place OK but too busy, room no clean very well. Bathroom also same. Swimming pool good but no free. Food oder u have to wait finish hungry. Our guide accommodation very dirty. One room have 12 beds. Far to beach. And they say guide meals free but last bill added everything. Place not to bad but not to reccomand.

Full of trees; good for nature lovers. But, food orders take a long time, and the food was very very cold. There were stains on linen (Standard room)

Good — swimming pool, spacious rooms and breakfast Bad — far away from sea. Proper swimming wear is not a must. Hence, if crowded it will be the worst place. Not the best place to stay if you are looking for great views.

I'd say the value for the money is amazing, really. There's a pool and a gym free of charge to use but nothing much more, you could have your meals here to as they do offer such services. Overall it's a decent place.

One of the best resort in Trincomalee. The staff was so friendly and the Manager Mr Thomas Baptist was very helpful during our stay. The service provided by the resort was simply amazing. The breakfast was very tasty and with different dishes. The private beach was awesome. We really had wonderful time in the resort. Thank you JKAB beach resort staff.

One of the best places in trincomalee. We were group of 7 boys and we booked the JKAB BEACH RESORT last week. The staff were so friendly. Service was simply amazing. Food was best. The manager was kind enough to allow us to stay in the swimming pool even in the night. The private beach was awesome. The staff made special arrangements for us in the beach even in the night time. Had the best time. The memories will be cherished forever. Thank you jkab beach resort.

We visited this place in December 2015. It was an amazing setting and brilliant architecture. The staff very helpful Mr Joseph, Mr Tuwan Mr Viraj etc. We really enjoyed. Hope to come again.

Very poor room conditions. Never book this hotel. Bed linen are not washed.
