We ordered calamari, crabs and fish. The crabs were EMPTY. In general I'd say it's super over priced. It's also not clear what is the portion size — you're first shown a display and then you get something really different. I ordered large calamari and was served something hard to be called even medium. I told the guy its really small and he said he can 'give' this to me as a medium size portion. If I didn't raise my concern, I would be charged as for large portion. And what is this giving about? I pay my food, plus I'm charged 10% for service. It's selling, not giving. Now more about prices: my plate was over 3000 rp. In a 5 star hotels prices are much less and service is much better, not mentioning the hygiene level. One more thing. We later made an order by phone and sent our driver to pick it. What we received was not what we paid for: instead of two portions of steamed rice we found one portion of fries near our calamari. Thats okay, mistakes happen. But whrn we came to Crab on the next day for lunch again and mentioned what happened, they asked us to show the number we called and then said it's not their place. C'mon. People. If it was not your place, our driver would return with empty hands, not with a potatoe! Then they admitted it was their mistake. And offered NOTHING to recover it. We had to underline the issue again so the guy 'gave' us a juice. One juice to share.

Okay food, but I've eaten better in Sri Lanka for a quarter of the price. 600 lkr for dahl and paratha is too expensive, although they did give me a little fish curry for free. I can recommend their papaya juice.
