Great place with nice surroundings. Very friendly staff always keen on our necessities. Good food served all throughout our stay. The spa treatments are done by a trained professional and he did a great job during our stay.

We have stayed in Sigiriya Jungles for 2 nights as part of the Inspiring Sri Lanka tour and have only positive experience and beautiful memories of the amazing resort and most helpful and nice staff members Piyumi, Sasini, Sayuri, Dimuthu and many more but unfortunately I could not remember all tge names.

Great place for spend our vacation. Calm and beautiful place. Food & beverages also good and delicious.

Highly recommended because of the superb service, understandability and the flexibility shared by Ms Dilrukshi, Mr Ajith and the two ladies at the reception on 6th Aug 2022 (appreciate if you can name them). We visited the hotel with a crew not less than 40 Nos and all the gentle requests were accommodated by the hotel staff. The meals were also in good standards and luckily we got buffets for all meals with the high no of occupancy during the weekend (it’s understandable that no hotel can cater buffets and afford at times of low occupancy). Hotel was calm and there you can select places as of your interest. Get a nice experience with SigiriJunglesHotel!

I never recommend anyone to go to this hotel. Washroom and bathtubs full of frogs, hot water not coming, sink leakages as well the commod leaking. Washroom water overflowing every where. There is no proper mechanisam put in place to handle customer complains as well. They just need money only. First we stayed L9, then shifted to L20 due to frogs dancing on bath tub, then to R7 where hot water not coming sink and commod leaks. Overflowing water in washroom every where. First ever had this kind of worst experience in a socalled worldclass hotel. Guest name: A Ranasinghe checked in 11 th aug 2022 and chekout today 13 th aug 2022. Any of issues didnt inform us upfront by any person involve selling and front desk.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel. Super & very humble service provided by the staff specially Dilrukshi (Reservations Manager) Sayuri, Piumi & Sasini. And the buffet and the staff of the restaurant was excellent. Would recommend it to anyone and we would come back again.

We stayed for 3 nights in the gorgeous Sigiriya Jungles Hotel — absolutely amazing place to stay. Receptionist Sauri was amazing. Very friendly waiters and waitresses — very thoughtful and attentive. Also, four of us had a Spa treatment — mind blowing! Highly recommended, Delicious food, we will definitely be back!

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing (Tharindu, Sasini, Sayuri, etc…). They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. This was a big plus to the hotel. Of course, the place of the hotel, maintained huge garden, and the silence of the place will make an unforgettable moment for us. Thank you. I will highly recommend it to my colleagues.

It was a wonderful stay indeed. Spacious rooms, pool and friendly staff made the stay more wonderful and memorable. Experience at spa was extraordinary. Highly recommended to anyone who wishes to be relaxed while enjoying the facilities.

We had worst experience at this hotel in last month (25.03.22) The buffet was poor and limited selection. High rate less variety than earlier. May be on purpose to save money. Overall we are not recommended anyone to this place SigiriyaJungles Hotel please dont go🙏🙏🙏🙏Save your money.

Great hotel. Really loved it. The rooms were great and we had a great adventure in the hotel. The staff was really friendly and was concerned about each question we had. Also, there was a friendly chef, who brought us food, when we asked. The buffet was great and the price was worthy for the stay. Really loved the hotel. Hope to come back again at the next vacation. Anybody who reads this review, you must visit this hotel if you like adventure and see a proper jungle. Truly, one of the best hotels we visited during 2022.

Service is really disappointing. Very low staff to handle while all rooms are booked. People are still waiting for their rooms even at 5pm (chechkin is 2.30pm). Lunch menu is very bad. Had problems with AC & bathroom. Totally ruined the holiday 😑

A fabulous 3 nights, super clean, very friendly staff and the sous chef Gayan was absolutely amazing with his cooking demonstration and all meals were superb.

Fabulous hotel wonderful staff excellent restaurant — we loved our stay here and only wish we could have stayed longer.

I enjoyed my stay great staff, meals and rooms were excellent. Thank you to Sous Chef Gavan for an interesting cooking demonstration. I especially loved the use of spices.

If you are planning to have a clam and quite vacation surround by trees this is the best place. Though the range is small food is good.

Excellent hotel! Very friendly staff, helpful and very pleasant. The place is very peaceful, calm and tranquil. Throughout the day there were flutes and violins being played, which was an amazing feeling. The music blend into the surrounding. Specially enjoyed the view point at the far end where we were able to see peacocks! Food was nice as well. Highly recommend this hotel and will visit again!

Road is some what difficult. But can yravel even with a small vehicle. Hotel garden is not much atractive. But there is a swiming pool and other cponents of a tourist hotel. The most important thing is the staff is very much friendly and polite. There are electric vehicles to transport inside the hotel. Room are fairly good, but not much luxary. There is a mini bar, tv, washrooms and free Wi-Fi gacility as well. Wash room includes soap, shaving materials but not toothpaste or tooth brushes. Food is delecious. If you are going for the honeymoon you may recieve a delicious cake full of cashew…

We stayed in the sigiriya jungles hotel for three nights. We can definitely say, that the hotel is the Perfect Place to enjoy your holidays. The staff is doing everything they can to make you feel comfortable. They even arranged a special individual 4 course set menu for my girlfriend’s birthday including a special individual birthday cake served at a table prepared in the garden and surrounded by fire bowls — very romantic.
Regarding the facilities, everything is very new a…nd has a very high standard as the hotel was just opened 2 years ago. Still, it’s very natural and sustainable wooden cabana style. The absolute highlight is the 30 meter long Pool in the middle of the garden. Another highlight is the restaurant with a great chef with more than 40 years experience preparing local and international food. We had local curry, seafood ranging from lobster to crab or spaghetti and all of these dishes were delicious. You definitely have to try the Sri Lankan breakfast! All in all, we can say that we definitely recommend the sigiriya jungles hotel and that we experienced relaxing 4 days and three nights in this wonderful resort. We will definitely come back.

Very good. Recommended for everyone.

Hotel is in a decent location to most sites around the area. We opted for the half board option so good dinner and breakfast inclused. Overall the food was quite good and had entertainment in the evenings. We got a complimentary upgrade when we arrived and the rooms were quite clean and a good size. Staff was generally good.

The quality of the food and rooms are average. There is about 12 km to the Sigiriya Rock and Pidurangala. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay in Sigiriya. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, the food is good. They have a lovely pool which is a great place to be, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a great location so would highly recommend it.

We spent two nights at this place the only good thing about this place was their local food. There were a few staff members that went over and beyond to make us happy. On the down side there was a rat in one of our rooms and the management did not take it seriously enough. On top of this their spa had a 20 % off sign and when we went to pay the bill at the end of our stay we were told it only applies to full body massages so we felt like we were mislead. All in all having a rat in a room is no small issue and should be dealt with in a serious mannor. We will not be staying here again and nor will we recommend it to anyone. It's a shame as it's a beautiful property with a lot of potential but a bad experience due to poor management.

Awesome place, spacious, relaxing and quiet. The accomodation is excellent, rooms clean and quite comfortable. The large pool was quite enjoyable. The garden area was also quite nice, peacocks can be seen in the early mornings running about. However, the food was quite average. The options that were available were good but needs more flavour and finesse, also lacks variety. The lunch especially was not up to notch and lacked thought. It should also be mentioned that the food was slow to reach the buffet as soon as some dishes ran out. Moreover, the staff require more training, although they do attend to your requests, they are not apt nor do they have the expected and basic mannerisms around the tables when the guests are dining. This place overall is really nice, I really hope they work on their dining experience and training the staff. It deserves a lot of praise but this downfall should be mentioned. I will definitely visit again in time, hopefully they work on these few drawbacks.

Very nice brand new hotel. Nice swimming pool. Silent. Excellent food.

Stayed two nights here. Rooms were good, but the overall service quality by the front office and the restaurant was bad. Ended up complaining to the management. Variety and selection of food was also rather poor in terms of the buffet, and the breakfast buffet items finished fast. Had to point it out to the F&B people to restock.

Forest stay really liking very much.

Very nice place beset by teething issues and some poor design decisions or poor building (frequent partial power outages, crumbling brick stairs, open showers attracting mosquitoes, no hot water at times, got locked in our room), mitigated by staff trying their best. In a great location for Sigiriya/Dambulla/Polonnuwara/national parks. There is currently only 1 restaurant serving only a buffet or lunch menu at dinner, not the advertised 3. Nor is there a nice bar, you have to have your drinks in the restaurant or reception.

Perfect service, great modern rooms, nice hotel complex with large pool. We are happy to come back!
