Dear all, I spend two nights at this place. From the front office it was some thing different I notice. They all work as one team. Sharing a single dream. Superb food from chief malli cooked for us. Best service from the room service. Front office customer care. Greetings all were well. Clearn rooms. WonderWond view. I think you should visit. Rates were fine. The best villas in Anuradhapura. View from the villa. I got no words to explan coz the service was so quality. Thank you so much Avasta. See you again.

Nice cool wonderful place… really romantic.

Elegant scenic hotel with historical touch. Never visited the place but view from outside is very attractive. With paddy fields in the front and constructions with old tiles the place has a unique atmosphere.

Very nice place to visit in anuradhapura. Quite. Nice friendly staff. Nice views. Near to secret city.

You can get any type of foods, Tea and Coffee.

Not bad for functions like weddings and parties. But food is not so great.

Our experience here was not very good. The rooms (we had one of the cabins) look nice and the bed was comfy but the room was not clean at all, especially the bathroom. There was no hot water when we were there probably due to a power shutdown that occurred for most of the afternoon. The restaurant food was ok but much was not available due to an ongoing wedding. There was a lot of noise from a neighboring place till 1 am. Staff was very nice especially the guy running the restaurant. The pool was ok but not very clean either. All in all 2 stars at best and only recommended for a short overnight.

Very good food but the site needs a renovation.

Poor service. We are disappointed with the service we have paid 100+ dollars. It's really not worth. Bad service, operational manager behaviour was not accepted highly disappointed. Cocroach available at the bed and washroom. Hesitated with the room maintenance. Pls. Do not book any rooms here.

Reasonable hotel. Closer to Jaya Sri Maha Bodhiya (2Km). Good restaurant and bar.

Generally good place have to relax and convenient to travel. Service staff are kind and very helpful.

One of the best place to stay in Anuradhapura. It has very unique and stylish Villas for reasonable price range. Every Villa has an absolutely stunning view from inside. Very quiet and relaxing place, perfect for tranquility.
Food was delicious & staff members were very friendly & gave us an excellent service.
Pool was clean & well maintained.
Highly recommended for all.

Excellent place. Stayed with my Mom for 3 nights, very safe for ladies. Very clean bathroom and housekeeping was good Management and staff friendly. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Just checking in and the first impression is not great about the front office service.

Horrible hotel! Pathetic service. The attitude of the staff is appalling. They promised us a buffet breakfast and finally provided us with a meagre plate of food that also in a way as if we are beggars. The state of the room is shabby. The carpet is in a bad state, the WC leaks. For the amount this hotel charges, I can't believe the kind of service they render! The one star that I give here is for the only peaceful 20 minutes I had in my stay which was the foot massage. Stay anywhere but here.

Beautiful hotel. Cottages are available. Prices are too high.

Horrible Place. They charge too much, it is impossible to get hold of the hotel after we left. They do not respond to email and when I called they gave me the wrong email address (to a hotel in Thailand. ) The room smelled of mold. There are a lot of nicer places to stay in Anudhapura.
