Clean, calm and quiet place to stay and relax with natural surroundings. Near to ancient historical places in Anuradhapura. Very friendly and supportive staff. Stayed several times and will be the only choice in future too.

We had to wait mor than one and half hours for checking. No welcome drink also. Rooms are clean and ok. We had our breakfast and nothing to say bad. Calm srrounding. Cannot satisfied about the service.

This is a good place located in a calm environment. The staff was helpful and room and bathroom were in very good condition. Room has cable TV with good channels and hot water as well. Breakfast was good and had plenty too. The negative points are we had to wait 1 1/2hrs untill they make our rooms available and even after we checked in at 3.00pm. So it all changed our plans for the evening. 2nd thing is they couldnt provide us dinner even we needed. 3rd thing is bit not satisfied about the condition of bed linen but thats a minor point.

Staff is really nice, the room was clean but the bed was not, there is a train passing and horn (also in the middle of the night) not for the easy slippers.

It was A very nice stay at Rajarata Lodge they do have some areas that they need to improve but there service is very nice.

Located near Jaffna Junction of the Anuradhapura sacred city. Value for the money. With all the relevant facilities and with spacious rooms Rajarata Lodge is famous among tourists as well as the locals. You may have some bird watching also since this establishment is near to a paddy field. You can visit all the attractions of the sacred city can be easily accessible from the place.

This is very good place for Stay. You can bring your children this is very safe place. The staff also very helpful and very kind. Lodge having small vehicle park but you can park your vehicle without any issue. They provide 24 security. They have little bit big garden and kids can play. They have well maintained outdoor restaurant. They provide foods also. For all of this they charge very reasonable price. Room facility also in good condition. Rooms provided with hot water, Air Condition, Television and Wi-Fi. It’s very convenient to stay if you are plan to visit Anuradhapura ancient city. They have very limited rooms and recommended to book in advance.

Quiet accommodation with an impressive terrace overlooking paddy fields. The food Ceylandesa Delicious. The best thing is the friendliness of the guys who cater for the accommodation, a charm. Would definitely go back.

Spacious room comfortable and food is also good, remotely located. No parking. Have to park the vehicle outside. Do not have expected room service.

They just open yesterday the restaurant. Amazing view on rice fields, and awesome rice curry with delicious wide selection of foodstuff. Highly recommended.

Simple lodging, very friendly staff. Worth the price. In the middle of nature and a bike ride to the main sites.
If you are not fussy, it's the perfect place to stay.
The only thing that I could "negatively" talk about is that we do not have curtain in the shower. Nothing I couldn't solve, getting down on my knees and drying it. That's all.

Exceptional service, care and hospitality! Immaculately done up room. Incredibly value for money. If going to Anuradhapura this should be your place to put up. Also the added incentive of a sumptuous, well presented breakfast! 5 stars all the way!
