The only positive fact is that it is located in a very central location and close to all the interesting sites. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Very small room for three overlooking a courtyard. If you want to take advantage of the parking, ask the price first to have no surprises.

My friend and I stayed at this property for 5 days and enjoyed it. It's set in a perfect location, where the landmarks are within reach and within easy walking distance (especially Plaza de toros, just a few meters from the property).

In the center of Valencia, economical and quiet. Very cozy. The best thing about the room is the bathroom.

It's the perfect place! Central, nice, clean and the attention is unbeatable. Great quality/price. I recommend it, my family and I will come back!

Good basic clean rooms, adjoining walls are a bit thin, so noisy Ok for a two day break.

Room smells like feet. Pubic hair and yellow drops on the toilet seat. We opened the window the whole evening, but cant get the stench out.

Nice place in the old town, looks clean. It is perfectly located to tour the most interesting Valencia. Sure it works very well.

We had the plane at 18.20 but our company has delayed three hours and we arrived around midnight, obviously not our fault! the owner had gone home and had closed the reception at 11 and made an exaggerated cazzottione informing us that we had to call him and warn. With a bit of kindness, humility and grace on his part would definitely be a better person. The building is very old but rooms are quite modern, say that as a place just to sleep is just fine given its price. There is no talking the bidet in the Dryer.

We were given a tiny room and was not cleaned prior to our check-in. Hygiene and cleanliness are conspicuous by their absence. I don't recommend it.

All good, price ratio to the place where this, regular but not important attention it well in centre of Valencia in pedestrian street close to all the best shops in Valencia and the pleasant surprise that a Subway have front, am Valencian but live in Manchester and only for quality, price and Subway repeat every time you go to visit my city. The deal is quite better, very improved hygiene; We arrived and there was no hand SOAP in the bathroom, paper roll was almost about to end.
