Do not use. I recently stayed in one of their apartments. One of the beds was broken when I arrived, meaning that I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Furthermore, I accidentally left my jacket in one of the wardrobes when I checked out. Valencia Luxury found the jacket but point-blank refused to post it back to me, demanding that I send a courier. As the cost to courier the jacket back to London would be more than the value of the jacket, I have been forced to leave it with them. I have not experienced such poor customer service in a long time. No stars.

The apartment in Trinity 4 Valencia, was well located but on arrival they had not cleaned it and smelled horrible. It took 3 hours to reach and clean. We left less towels and not us left clothes of bed to the sofa bed, although respond to the phone in all time, not resolved immediately. The day of the departure left us without water what explains the bad smell on arrival. A horror! I don't know if they do it so that you. But it seems to me that the price charged for the service must be impeccable.

Cheated. C/eugenia Viñes apartment was in a dirty, deplorable state, with cables of the light to the eye, if more furniture than mattresses with legs, cracks, damp, broken blinds, fleas. Shameful.

I felt I should counter the other negative reviews on here after recently visiting Valencia and staying with VL. Firstly, they arranged to meet us 3 hours before our official check-in time, at 12pm, so we were able to check in early and dump our bags in order to enjoy the rest of the day. Cristian who greeted us spoke very good English, and between his good English and my bad Spanish, we managed to have all of our questions answered in a very friendly and professional manner. VL provided clean towels, complementaries and a 10% "VIP" discount card from a couple of (what we discovered to be) excellent restaurants, as well as bike rentals, which we enjoyed during our stay. Cristian went on to show a map of places to visit, where to take the bikes, as well as their main office in case we wanted to leave our bags on the day of departure, which again was incredibly handy as we had a late flight out. The apartment itself was everything we hoped for and more, as well as being very clean and tidy. The website is well representative of the layout and location so I would vouch that all the apartments on the website are as described. I am just about to book for New Year and will be hoping to use Valencia Luxury again to look after us during our stay, Highly Recommended.

Renovation work not advised, in spite of 2 emails sent to company 1 week before travel. When we arrived building covered completely in scaffolding, was told that this would not effect us. Monday morning woken by 3 buildings standing in front of my window, scrapping the walls. On our return that day, all bedroom & lounge windows had been covered up, taking away any natural light. Builders were working on roof area also, invading our privacy for outside space. Hot tub not as advised, but just a small blow up tub! Shower needs to have a good clean and unblock, floods and then leaves black residues in tray. Complained to management by email 3 times no reply, when I called them they ask for my details and then they hang up. Once I could put done to error, twice questionable, but three times!
