I feel totally cheated. They made me a bonus because of the pandemic. I have tried three times to make a reservation and none of the three have had availability. When they offered me the bonus, in principle what I wanted was the return of the money, but they told me that I had a very high waiting list in terms of making returns and that the economic situation was not good.
