We had a very nice stay at Melia Plaza. The room was spacious and the aircondition was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is just perfect.

Great hotel. The only downside for us was that 2 beds were put together, but there is still a small gap between them. Location is excellent. 5-10 minute walk to the train station, and 7 minute walk to the old town. Room and bathroom were clean.

He didn't meet my expectations. To be a 4 star the room was small and outdated. The location was the only highlight.

Very central, I was in a premium room completely refurbished, modern, very comfortable, very good rest, not lacking anything… but, you can not acepar that a 4 star hotel Meliá in the center of Valencia serve Pot pineapple at breakfast! … When today you can buy very rich natural pineapple Origin Costa Rica up to Lidl and Mercadona. They don't serve Kiwi either! But the prices correspond to their category so gentlemen put the batteries with breakfast because for me is reason enough to look for better options.

It is my second time and I love it. The Rooms are very welcome and clean. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly I will defenetly recommends this hotel.

Perfect location. In pre-Fallas you can enjoy the Mascleta at 14:00 every day. And some Saturdays Mascleta of colors at 24:00. Very helpful staff. It has parking and they take the car themselves, it is paid. The rooms were very good. Very comfy mattresses and pillows. With rooms for handicapped people. Highly recommended. Repeat.

I came to a professional event. The situation is completely central, next to the city hall. Impossible to park, but against, close to everything. The deal was nice and close. The rooms are clean and with good presence. Well-equipped. The Wi-Fi is correct. It has a minibar and the bathrooms are equipped with consumables.

Good hotel of the Meliá chain, in a privileged location in the emblematic Plaza of the city Council of Valencia.
Had a recent renovation, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel has all the usual amenities of a 4 star chain hotel. To highlight breakfast and options like the late-checkout.

Generally OK and nice and central in Valencia. The only real issue I had was the fact that the air conditioning did not function in my room, and despite it being mid November, it was uncomfortably hot in my room. I did ask for the AC setting to be changed to 'cool' setting at reception but this did not get actioned. One of my colleagues staying at the same time also had the same problem.

The best, the location and the feeling always like at home when I am in a Meliá. However, in this case the room would require some reform, especially in the bathroom. Another skinny point was the restaurant menu. In other Meliá have been above this, however the breakfast, luxury. Also to emphasize the friendliness of the staff.

Privileged location, very spacious room with good views to the square of the city Hall… close to the historic center… nice staff and cleanliness in the room…

Excellent hotel, we had a beautiful view of the square. The windows were sound proof! Front desk staff was average but I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms and a great location right in the city centre. Just a 30m bus ride away from the city of arts and sciences.

It is not possible to taste anything tipical from Valencia in breakfast and it is cold and standard. The TV is difficult to see from bed and do I not have some regional tvs. Howevers is clean, big room and quiet.

I came in late with no reservation, the staff were so very helpful and went out of their way to make a very tired lady feel welcome. Fantastic room, the shower had power, loved it!

Location is great, in the center with plenty to do and see around the area. Staff were friendly and rooms spacious. All very good!

Warm welcome, nice room, spacious, seen on the square, Jaccusi large with new sunbeds for sunbathing, hairdryer and lots of towels and bath linens + + + Breakfast extra.

Clean, quiet, very friendly staff and fantastic location.

Very nice. Staff all pleasant and approachable. Had a bit of a spread in our room due to it being our honeymoon (might have the mil to thank for that though). The only real issue is that the bed slides around on the floor so we can't sit in bed reading without ending up halfway across the room.

Pro:
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice although the view we had was not much, pity since it has rooms overlooking one of the main squares you Valencia. The front desk staff was always available in providing information about the monuments and places to eat.
Great starting point to visit the city, the main monuments are within walking distance and near there are numerous bus stops. The train station is also 500 metres away.
Against:
The price of the breakfast is a bit high, it would be better to be lower to take advantage of the service.
The room was a little small, but still smooth. The view of the room was not the best.

Perfect location in the centre of the city. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff are great! Overall a very very good hotel. I would highly recommend.

In an unbeatable location (downtown, plaza del ayuntamiento), nice and cosy. We only take something on the terrace while we waited for someone, but the quality and the price was very good.
It only that is could qualify as bad, was that by any reason, the service was rather slow, but otherwise, all very well.

Perfect to see Mascletas.

The melia plaza in valencia is really well located. Its side by side with the city hall. The service was kind and really professional, the atention was sublime. I am really happy with them and I recommend them for your night in valencia.

Right hotel as all the Meliá, next to City Hall and therefore with good location to visit the city.
