Excellent hotel, everything perfect.

I loved very clean and well organized everything.

Very relaxing, I recommend to rest.

Clean, quiet place, friendly staff, good location.

Room cleanliness was disapointing — dirty marks on the walls and graffiti scratched on the table. It is a shame that they don't care for these small details as it makes it feel like a basic "family friendly" hotel rather than a place for a romantic break.

Beautiful hotel, very modern and good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful spa with great facilities. Not many sun loungers or begs to lay on around the pool, has chairs instead but did not effect our holiday. Fantastic location next to shops and bars. Can walk to the beach but takes about 30 minutes. Overall would highly recommend.

Nice hotel with a view over calatrava's complex of arts and science city. Elegant and comfortable rooms. An overall look of fashion and luxury. The parking is not so expensive overnight. Bath is clean and well designed. The staff is clever and kind. Just in front of the hotel there are 2 good malls for the shopping.

Good modern facility well designed and maintained. Good services and good, helpful staff. Parking at the lowest floors a plus. The outdoor pool is quite small for the amount of interested users, and it's serviced with a dedicated bar that unfortunately closes earlier than the pool. The restaurant offers very good recipes and good wine selection. Good service there too. You can forget the car and take the convenient bus 19 to get to the beach or downtown. For a family, the conveniences offered by this nice hotel includes the 'walk-to' discovery center with its many attractions and shows. A magnet for kids.

Very nice hotel, modern, spacious comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The location is just super, nearby there are two shopping malls with a supermarket and a food court, a lot of cafes and most importantly, a park with a science museum, beauty. To the sea on foot half an hour. In general, everyone liked it.

The location is really good for eating, shopping or just having a walk. Additionally, oceanographic is really close. The hotel itself is lead by professionals. They are really helpful and nice, all our problems/questions were quickly and efficiently solved. The pool is a little bit small, but the area is calm, clean and comfortable. I personally recommend it for spending the night or a couple of days.

Frustrated, wallpaper shabby, bed on wheels, squeaking, as if in the village to my grandmother came, and even there better, the rooms are ancient, the bars from the air conditioning covered with dirt. The spa turned out to be a paid (Jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool). In no way on 4 stars does not pull, cleaning is weak. In short, it's time to do an overhaul, at least in the rooms. Interior, style and everything else is to a good standard. Useful location for sightseeing and shopping. Parking charges for guests was an unpleasant surprise and the pool is v small buy in nice surrounding garden area.

El Hotel Primus tiene un muy Buena ubicación y unas instalaciones modernas. Nos ubicaron en una habitación superior porque el hotel estaba lleno y nos gustó todo, desde la habitación al spa. El personal super atento respondió a todas nuestras preguntas. La cena en el restaurante mereció la pena. En definitiva, una estancia relajante y tranquila. Repetiría sin duda alguna.

A lot of places near where to eat anything.
3 shopping malls over 500 meters (2 in front).

Good location near restaurants, shopping mall and tourist attractions. Nice and big rooms with comfortable bathrooms. There is a SPA at the basement and I would recommend to everyone staying at the hotel to give it a try! (Extra cost)

Excellent value for money in the average hotel business.

We celebrate our daughter's communion on May 12th.
Starting with the excellent attention of those responsible for events, Paula and Pilar, who advised us and attended all our doubts and suggestions, the exquisite welcome reception in its cozy gardens, following the banquet in one of its halls Private, attended by Diego in an impeccable way, and can also adapt one of the menus to a guest intolerant to lactose.
Also review the possibility of allowing us to hire an outdoor animation team for the children attending.
Ending with the possibility of having a few drinks or hailstorms again in their gardens and joining the privileged environment in which the hotel is located, we spent an unforgettable day.

Very good hotel in very good area and with a price that is not excessive for what it offers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. No annoying noises and a gym and a small spa to relax in. A hotel success. We'll be back safe.

Hotel well located and equipped with many services including, much appreciated, bicycles. Cleanliness of the room adequate but some details leave a glimpse of neglect: Common spaces not clean properly, sink plug not working adequately. Good value for money even if you can still improve, the potential is there!

Great Hotel a few steps from the City of Science.

The SPA passable… the price OK.

Nice hotel on the outside, and normal on the inside. It benefits from being in the area that is to have a high price for the condition of the facilities. Only in our room: the switch to raise the blind did not work well, the toilet paper hanger was broken, and the bathroom and exit doors of the room did not close well. Oh! And the bed sounded as we moved. At least the cleaning is correct.
We were on a Bed and Breakfast basis. The breakfasts, correct: buffet with a variety of sweets, savory (from scrambled eggs to cold cuts, beans and sausages) and milk (yogurts and others), juices, coffee, tea, chocolate… as a curiosity, the waitress did not know how to explain what horchata is to an Argentinian who asked him. Valencia. Anyway.
We also hired the spa, which was quite disappointing: they quote too many people simultaneously and it is difficult to change activities. The sauna did not work, the shower smells nothing, the hot-cold shower did not work the jets higher up the calf, and the jacuzzi did not work half the air outlets. The relaxation room, which is expected (or at least 90% of spas is like this) with dim lighting, secluded and with relaxing music… It had butt lighting, the door (oh surprise) did not close, and the music shone by its absence, despite having speakers. To be a service that advertises hype and saucer on your billboard, you should look more for it.

Acceptable hotel near the City of Sciences. The only thing that the room was poorly maintained, the paper of the walls detached, and some loose plug that comes off when the cable was removed from the charger, a shame. Former bathroom amenities for two people. Acceptable breakfast with fair variety.

Great location. Wonderful friendly staff Bedrooms were scruffy with wallpaper peeling off walls. Also bedrooms and public areas were not cleaned properly. Sack the cleaners and maintenance team they are letting the hotel down.

Bairrada county suckling pig restaurant situated out of main road thus frequented by locals only, hill billys know what's best!

Great hotel to stay in Valencia. Very good location. Close to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and Lóceanografic, these are also a very good option to visit. The spa is very nice, it is not super big, but it is clean and comfortable. They also have and outdoor pool. Good value for money.

Very good hotel, close to various sights. Just opposite a great shopping mall with lots of shops and supermarket (Mercadonna). Bus stop in the centre walking distance. Room very clean and large. Beds with very comfortable mattresses. Bathroom with walk-in shower, very modern equipped. The hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers something for every taste. Different types of bread/rolls, fruit, hot dishes, etc. We were not here for the first time, but certainly come back.

Time to repair the room fund.

Nice hotel but not feels like a 4 star hotel. We stayed at a room on the first floor. The shower was terrible. There was no water pressure at all. No matter what time of day. Everything else was ok. Bed was fine. Missing an iron in the room. Especially when it's a business hotel.

In spite of being "the boys of the chest", it is a good place for a meal of excellent quality and of quiet atmosphere. Finishing with a good gyntonic and a friendly deal.

4 star Hotel with a very good location. The rooms are new and well-equipped. Next to the City of Arts and Sciences and a great deal of leisure in the surroundings. It Has a nice terrace where you enjoy a good cocktail, which will be very good or very bad depending on who you serve it.

Excellent location to enjoy the city of Valencia. Great service of reception, cleanliness and cafeteria. Spacious and well-equipped room. Ample spa that completes the experience.

Right next to the newly built neighborhoods so not too picturesque. Clean and quiet.

Good location, small faults inside the rooms, clean enough. Polite staff, we asked to change the room and Tui offered us on another floor.

Guest for three nights. Great location But the rooms are dated. The old beds minimal furnishings and bathrooms without fans and old. Friendly staff.

Pedicure around €50 — highly unprofessional baths and corridors pollutes the noise level on the first floor even at night very disturbing only the location of the hotel recommended.

Meh service, shabby shape. Check in process was rude and slow. Rooms didn’t even have an iron or an ironing board. The room had peeling wallpaper, carpet in the halls are all stained. The tub had this weird stain on it (see photo). Internet was slow or didn’t work. How they can even pretend to be a “4 star” is ridiculous. Room service was at a school cafeteria quality. I’d rather stay at an Ibis.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel Primus and I am quite surprised with some of the other reviews as we found this hotel excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was spacious modern and clean, the location was excellent for exploring the city.
If I had to say any negative things it would have to be the pool, it shaded over quite early in the evening, the water was cloudy and it was quite dirty near the filters
However as we spent a lot of time on the beach it did not really spoil our stay
We would stay again in this Hotel.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Not even worth for a 3 stars qualification. We've been there for 3 nights and, beside from the service, which was disappointing as well (we had to wait more than 40 minutes at the arrival 'cause our room wasn't ready plus it seemed nobody knew what he was doing), we didn't find all the utilities that were listed on the booklet. No business center, the gym had half of the machines broken and there was even rust. This hotel has the worst elevator I've ever seen, just nonsense skipping from — 1 to 5th to 3rd floor. The room was eventually acceptable for a three stars hotel but not for a way too expensive 4 stars. Totally disappointing experience. We didn't dare trying the Spa after having experienced the rest. The room cleaning service was disappointing as well, as if in this hotel no vacuum cleaner exists. I think Valencia is plenty of many better places where one can stay for some nights. Luckily I wasn't here for work or I would've surely changed the hotel from the first day I arrived. Next time I'm in the city, no way I'm gonna stay here again, not even if I'm payed to.

The staff is friendly and helpfull. Every question is answerd with a smile. The location is top. The breakfast is good, but the same every day (No variation) The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned with care and respect for privacy. But there are some downsides too. When you're planning to stay in Hotel Primus. Make sure you don't get a room on the first floor. The walls are poorly insulated adn every sound made below your floor is transported in your room. We stayed in room 112 and starting at 1 AM in the night they start moving tables and chairs in the breakfast area. This goes on untill 2:30 in the morning. After we went complaining, they told us they are aware of the problem, but can't do nothing about it… (place some vilt under teh chairs and tables and the problem is solved) So they moved us middle in the night to an other room. Romm 130 on the far other side of the first floor. The problem there is that the window thous not close properly and starting from 07 in the morning you hear every car and motor passing buy… Bye bye sleep… Don't use the emergency staircase! It's a trap. The doorhandle on the E-floor is missing, so there is no getting out of the building when the place should be on fire…

Was probably a nice hotel when it was new. A lack of maintenance and proper cleaning. Restaurant is overpriced.

Pros — Excellent welcome, great facilities — lobby, pool, bikes, concierge. Room large. Comfy bed, good location and good bars and restaurants close by. Easy access to city of arts, and not too far to beach and old town. Cons — Entrance littered with call cards for escorts, damaged walls in room, ceiling coming down in bathroom, TV not tuned in (had to do myself), NOT SOUNDPROOFED as advertised — road noise and adjoining room noise, blind broken, air con broke one night (fixed next day as requested), room not cleaned on one day (rectified by advising reception) Conclusion — for the money it is good; shame the 'little things' like being able to sleep are after thoughts. Better for one or two night stays, we were there for 5 and the cracks in the hotel dragged it down from great to good from a promising start.

We spent a great week in July 2015 in the Primus hotel. The rooms are bright and modern, bathroom is spacious.
Gastronomically we have tried breakfast and room service and also were not disappointed here. Tasty, rich and fresh.
A short walk away is the Ciudad de Sciencas las y les Artes and the shopping center Aqua.

The spa's there we loved my wife and me, is the best that we have tested and very quiet, repeat very soon. There is a range of spa 2 x 1 on multiple pages.

Location good but a little bit far from city center. The landscape could be fine if you have the room at the front facade… Too many glasses. Sometimes walls could be better. Food… can be improved.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff that speak english. Buffet breakfast is as you would expect, hot and cold food etc. Bar area is ok, didn't get time to check out any more of the amenities. Shops opposite with a few standard restaurants but you're better off finding those real gems in Valencia centre.

Concierge was so nice! If your reading this — — I made it to the Pyrenees in the car I rented! What a beautiful place.

A fantastic hotel, repeat.

Took a primus room, but nothing works. No TV, hairdryer or Wi-Fi, there is no toilet brush in the toilet, they not replenished mini bar because it was included in the price. Only a bathrobe for two. Breakfast very basic. Windows cannot be opened. And there are no stairs, these forced always to take the elevator. That if, very modern, but ho there is brush in the toilet.

10. Thus it has seemed, 10. Good hotel, modern and design, with everything you can ask for in that category, and with many details that you don't expect. But what has surprised us and gives maximum nora to our understanding, is the excellent location. We will return.

More english would be a plus.
