Nice location and very friendly staff. Rooms were also very clean.

Modern and clean rooms. There is a huge shopping center connected to the hotel and it is within walking distance to the Ciudad de las Ciencias.

Facilities of 10 like their workers. Carolina (The girl who gave me the room) was charming, very polite, sympathetic and collaborating at all times. A while ago I ordered a bottle of water, had to go down to reception for it, as it was 0:50 and, as is natural, there is no service at that time. When I got down I complained because it was cold and had to wait. The guy at the reception (I do not remember his name) has behaved great, entered a room to see if he had a bottle to not pass cold, but without success. Mohamed arrived to go for the water and to see my situation told me that no problem I went up to my room. I thought I was just going to bring the bottle, so I told him, but he showed up with a tray with two glasses and a casserole with ice. Exquisite treatment! So much that I asked the name to leave this comment. He has become very happy when I told him that he was going to comment on something nice about him and thanked me, but I should not give them because I do it because it has deserved, is a good worker, very nice, it shows that he likes his work and satisfy his clients.

Great location (next to the City of Arts), besides being on top of a mall in the area there is an English court, another shopping center and bar area.
The treatment was very good on the part of the staff.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also had very good views as it gave the room to the arts city.

Very nice hotel with good service. Ideally located.

A great value hotel on top of A shopping centre. Rooms are very spacious and staff are courteous. Clean and large bathroom, I would only ask for more ventilation at least from a fan. Only issue we had was that the breakfast is €14 per person! Best option is to skip it and go downstairs to the shopping centre for a much cheaper breakfast. Overall 8/10.

I stayed for a week at this hotel. It is very well located, next to the city of sciences and within an immense shopping centre. The beds are very large and comfortable, the breakfast is correct and the employees are adorable especially the ones serving breakfast. In fact I would like to particularly thank the waiter Fernando who took good care of me and my health.
However, the air conditioning is not worthy of a 4 star: we had to call the technician twice because we could not change by ourselves the option cold/hot. In addition it was impossible to control the temperatures from a certain time of night and we had a lot of heat.

A great hotel with beautiful views of the City of Arts and Sciences. We were able to go to the spa Q has the gym Q is next door. Highly recommended.

Excellent. Impeccable attention, we got the room before the hour without making us wait, we got full information of everything we need and the great rooms. The bed, of the most comfortable I have ever tasted.

2 stars for the lowest price (65e per night) and free and ample parking, even if you are not warned that it is free. But the room stinks of sewer, I think it came from the heating system. The restaurant The worst thing I've seen in years. Aver uncooked bread, the typical frozen bread but not baked, it was cold in the middle and white on the outside. The broken eggs made of microwaves, that the yolk was very hard like that of the boiled egg and everything with very rare flavor. Cleanliness well in general but… some hairs in the tub, and the sheets and towels did not have fresh smell. I don't know if they clean it with the kitchen rags and they have some fried smell left. Good location Wi fi very well, watching videos on YouTube in 4k without problems. I give 2 esrelllas for the smell of the room. I would not go back to this hotel because of the smell of the room. The restaurant good… if you know it goes wrong because you look for alternatives.

Bad experience. We arrived at 13:30 H and the Room (suite) was not ready yet. We had a meal and we had to change clothes. The option that we raised at reception was to go to the bathroom… with suitcases and 2 children!. After Negocionar we were left a room for 15 min. When we arrived at the 22h the room was prepared only for 2 people and we are in order… The next day we left the hotel at 9 o'clock and on returning at 3pm the room was not yet made. Validate the parking ticket another odyssey, more than 20 min to get the car. Regarding room service we ordered hot milk and brought it cold…
In summary with the hotel option that is in Valencia we do not repeat or recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I've been in. Front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helped in every aspect in their hands; room was clean and had a fair size (slightly small for accommodating three but as most 4-star hotels nowadays they just have doubles with additional temporary beds), the detail of free water bottles was nice for Spanish hotels (it is customary in other countries but not in Spain), and the view from the room is fantastic.

Nice Hotel with attentive staff. Excellent location near the aquarium and science museum. The hotel to a located on top of a shopping mall with plenty of shops and big food court. Rooms clean and quiet. They have a parking area on the shopping mall in the same building that could be busy at some hours.

Great for tourists. Good breakfast and clean rooms. The air conditioning is too strong, it freezes. In front of the Calatrava Science Centre. A tip: Use the bike of Valenciabisi to move, it is very comfortable and costs only 13 euros per week.

Highly belo, overlooking the city of science. I have to say that the rooms are very spacious, well furnished and with some facilities. Just go find a bar fridge with water supply and some bonbons. Very comfortable bed and well sound-proofed. The breakfast is very generous and qualitative. In General a hotel to remember for next time in Valencia.

A friend stayed at this hotel during his visit to Valencia. She was delighted with the room and service. The hotel is just opposite the city of Arts and Sciences, walk along the River to reach the Centre. A enjoyed get a bike in front of the hotel.

Good hotel, very convenient location. Next to the Mall, at the bottom of the indoor parking at a discount from the hotel.

The rooms were very contemporary and large, perhaps a little stark. The bathroom was large and well stocked. From the street level, you had to get 2 lifts to the rooms which was a little unnecessary and frustrating. Very close to attractions and there was a shopping centre directly across the road. The mini bar had free water which is fairly unusual in Spain.

Very bad impression, and without getting to step on the hotel, bearing in mind that I call to inform me, and for two times, the lord of the switchboard I hang up, putting on a recording of 5 minutes-in several languages, and between one and another, I hear, who is talking with a co-worker, because nothing can be that are brimming with customers, only because of bad education they have lost one.

Beautiful modern building. Rooms are small but nicely appointed. 3€ wine or beer in the lobby bar. Close to the Calatrava Arts & Sciences. Adjoining a large mall. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices.

Has a wonderful stay at this hotel, the room was clean and had a fabulous view overlooking the stunning park and bridge. Housekeeping forgot shower caps and only provided toiletries for one, but once we asked these were provided. We also had to ask for extra pillows and these were delivered. There wasn't an iron in the room and laundry costs are expensive so take clothes that are forgiving with creases. The city itself was beautiful, we stayed in the modern part in between the beach and Old Town. Old town is just exquisite, the buildings are beautiful. The beach was the same bus but the other way to Old Town. Bus tickets in Valencia can be shared with travellers, so a card of 10 trips was enough for two for the weekend. Would definitely return and stay at Comfortel Aqua 4.

Recommended hotel with excellent value for money and a privileged location facing the city of Arts and Sciences, so if your visit to Valencia is to go to the Aquarium or touring this area, this is your hotel.

Very nice view from the rooms and just above a shopping center with nice places for food. The breakfast was not so fancy and not too poor, it was just ok. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel itself is very near to science museum, aquarium and the opera.

I had really wanted to go to the city of Arts and Sciences and the experience has been very good. I stay at this hotel with a few friends and is great, I found it a very modern hotel!
What he liked was restaurant. With spectacular views.

Great location, 5 minutes from the city of science, and in 5 minutes from the Centre by bus (# 35 — 1, 50 euros), reached from the stop located a hundred metres away. The only downside is the bathroom door not lockable glass perfectly that doesn't leave much room for privacy and the height if you suffer from Vertigo.
