➜ You have to know that it is not a 5 star hotel, for me the beds were surprisingly comfortable for the rest, everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. It's a unique place. Perhaps the least I like is that it was not warm at night, that if the bedding was more sheltered than leftover.
➜ Very comfortable room and close to the center of Valencia and Metro stop, highly recommended if you are passing through Valencia.

The receptionist was rude and we lacked the respect. No one has Ever disregarded us that way. We Received a call outside the hotel forcing us to leave the room. We had commented the day before the receptionist (his brother) who Retrasariamos us to check out and this responds that there was no problem. We Left the room collected only with our bags inside, prepared for our departure. We Received a very out of tone call from the unpresentable brother of the receptionist forcing us to leave the room using words such as "I speak as I get out of the balls", "You Believe You", "I'll charge you one more day of stay" among many others to Although I repeated that his own brother had knowledge that we retrasariamos hour and a half and we had no inconvenience to access the room and withdraw our bags that were prepared inside the room itself. Upon arriving at the hotel for luck this BEGGAR was no longer there.
We will never come back to this hotel again. The customer service has been ALMOST CRIMINAL.
I would NOT recommend future travelers to spend their holiday days at this hotel.
By the way, the reason for our delay was that my partner was conducting examinations of opposition at the university so we put it into knowledge previously to the previous receptionist who treated us politely upon our arrival.
