Best hotel I've stayed in here. Very clean, great helpful staff, lovely food. Chocolate mousse wrap in the spa well worth the money ❤️

The location is good near the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Delicious food in the restaurant.

Every member of staff was helpful… nightime entertainment was excellent. As was the food & restaurant service. First time in benidorm but will def return at this time of the year.

We have spent two days in full board and everything perfect both work staff and facilities and room.
we repeat and we will repeat.

I do not recommend the bad slime of the Victoria hotel in Benidorm. I do not recommend your stay in this hotel for making my wife and me spend a bad vacation for wanting to save the season at the expense of the guests … a heat of madness in the dining room. Food little stocked and above all a lot of mortadella for a 4* hotel very simple lunch and dinner and a lot of frozen or bad cooked … the subject of the waiters of the dining room a pity for them and for the customers to see them with shirts full of sweat we are worth seeing and unhygienic by the heat of the dining room … the bathroom floor a danger put on wet feet if you do not want to break some bone and more and more and more and I will continue to denounce the ways of this hotel … aaaa and now tell me Ami mr deputy director coma is Madrid and how is Valencia.

I recommend the Victoria hotel because it is awesome all the cleanliness the food and most importantly its staff is 10. I have had the privilege and luck of being there for days and I am looking forward to going back there now it may not be but soon I will be there at the Victory. And enjoy the whole hotel and especially the staff who are amazing but splashed for them a round of applause and a huge hug from Castellón.

We have just returned from the RH Victoria and what a Fantastic hotel it is.
Check in was smooth and fast, With the Reception staff very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Our room was a superior family room which was big enough for our family of 4.
Our room was cleaned daily by Ogla and she was always friendly and happy making time to speak with our children.
The Resturant is nice and big with lots of tables of various sizes to choose from and all the waiting staff are Amazing, Polite, Friendly and always spoke,
The food is absolutely amazing we cannot fault the food at all it was always hot and plentiful.
Also the Puddings are out of this world!
The Animation team are amazing Jennie & Carmen are fantastic with the children making sure they are safe and entertained. They are so friendley and welcoming we cannot Phrase them enough.
This Hotel is spotless everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody and we will not stay anywhere else when we return back to Benidorm.

Brilliant hotel, we are just back from a week here. The food was fantastic, staff friendly and always helpful. A special mention to Jenni from kids club my daughter and nephew absolutely loved her! Can’t wait to return again some day.

Just returned from a fab holiday. Never been to benidorm before. This hotel I so lush rooms very nice size Maria the housekeeper did a fab job every day clean towels beds made etc. Food was beautiful. Lovely central position in old town of benidorm bar staff are fab everyone went above and beyond their job description we loved it here will definitely be back thanks for a fab holiday michele and mel from Wales xx.

Nice, quiet hotel set away from the more boisterous area of Benidorm.

We have been coming to the RH Victoria twice a year for 3 years. The quality of the hotel runs all the way through from the front desk to the maid service. When you book here you will not be disappointed clean rooms great food and amazing people.

The hotel is in a convenient position, lovely food and friendly staff.

Amazing Hotel, staff are brilliant. Food and service excellent. In a quiet area of the old town. Definitely recommend.

Good sized rooms with tea, coffee, TV etc. Air con is better than most hotels I have stayed in. Friendly staff. Excellent range and quality of food but mostly the same each day though I would doubt anyone would find themselves bored with it. The only major hassle, and it is very annoying, is the time you will wait for a lift. OK if you are on a low floor but this hotel has 19 floors. Avoid the busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner times if you don't want to queue for at least 5 minutes to return to your room.

Gd hotel clean tiddy food ok but not a nuff choice great location for new town and old town.

Nice modern feel hotel. Large rooms excellent standards. Pool area re vamped to a good standard.

Lovely hotel. Staff are great, most speak English well enough. Food has been plentiful and always something for everyone choice wise. Beds comfy, room plenty big enough with tea and coffee facilities. Location is good, not far from prom, old town and new. Loads of shops around for essentials and tourist stuff. Disabled well catered for re ramps, scooters etc. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was lovely. Couldn't ask for a better hotel for the money, but the English breakfasts were a bit lacking and the evening meal didn't have a lot of choice. I would consider going back but only as a room only basis. The staff were nice and the room was well cleaned daily.

My mother went to a job interview for Cook at her hotel a couple of days ago. The current chef of cooking when he saw his resume, talking to her about 20 years of cooking experience and receiving good references from the last work done at another hotel, literally told him that ' I didn't want such good people at work, that I needed people who Know less. ' I think that today sums up the type of staff that manager this hotel and unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired.

Very receptive staff. Very good buffet. Very clean Hotel. Already 4 times we go and very good situation.

Good hotel, although the theme of the elevators is a bit complicated, long waits despite being 3 in operation. The bathrooms in the rooms have been a bit outdated. We had breakfast included and very rich.

We have been staying here for about 17 years and never stay anywhere else as it's a lovely comfortable clean hotel staff are excellent and food is really nice. Also additional food or drinks charges are really reasonable. In really good location for everywhere — old town, levante beach, shops & bars & restaurants.

Staff at dining room not very attentive. Meat of poor quality always tough. Entertainment not like the past. Rooms good. Locality good.

The Hotel was very good. The rooms are quite spacious. It is located in a central location with many interesting sites a few steps away without having to take the car. Definitely good value for money.

Great hotel, very nice, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, nice hotel, near the beach Porch Center, quiet despite the world, well soundproofed, clear dining room and an appetizing buffet, with daily changes, and a pastry chef. Very nice staff, both at the reception, at the bars, at the restaurant, and in the rooms. No complaints. To the top!

I've been there for two days and the hotel is fantastic services The only downside the daytime animation is scarce.

The hotels in this chain are the best in Benidorm, obviously there must be better. Very spacious, very clean, very attentive director, as well as other staff.

Cannot fault this amazing hotel. The staff are Amazing, nothing at all is too much trouble. Very helpful. They cannot do enough for you. The food is fabulous, the rooms are lovely and the ladies who clean your room are unbelievably great. Kids club is great, can't keep the children away! The pool is perfect and facilities are great. This hotel is probably one of the best hotels Iv been too, all the staff are amazing they can't help you enough. From restaurant to reception to bar staff to our little Eva who looked after our room, she made our stay so relaxing and chilled looking after us, and the entertainment staff have looked after our little lads amazingly. Thankyou Victoria we be back very soon xxxx.

In the centre of everything. Good rooms and breakfast.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to beach. Most of staff very polite but a few could be rude. Lifts very slow especially busy times I. E. Breakfast lunch dinner. Only 3 lifts for a large hotel not enough. We stayed a week and food was good. There was something for everyone. Over all a great place to stay and a brill holiday.

Lovely clean Hotel with barely a 5 minute walk into the heart of The Old Town. Food seems pretty good, in fact the breakfasts are delicious. Bar prices are not extortionate probably due to all the local competition around and about. The hotel beds rate as one of the better ones ive had in the past. Also a shower that works properly with lots of hot water. We upgraded to a superior room and think it is worth every Euro! The pool is somewhat small, however this seems to be the same at most hotels in this area. Overall I think this hotel is worthy of its Star rating and would recommend to others.

We went on family and the Agency booking was for a high floor, now we complain when they gave us the first floor, and which was our surprise that give us the small one room for handicapped high toilets and shower without plate (accessible for wheelchairs or people of limited mobility, not for family with 5-year-old boy) has been lavandose in the bidet, it was impossible to reach the faucet basin, and the hor of the shower not commented, all flooded.

Clean, tidy, polite, big posh room, great food, better than the price warrants. Well done. Kempy.

This place was just amazing.

The hotel could not be better placed as it sits on the borders of both the famous 'old town' whilst still affording excellent access to the new town. It is roughly a gentle 500 metre walk to the famous golden sands of the Levante beach and in very close proximity to the shops. In short, perfectly placed. On first arrival you are met with an immaculate reception that exudes quality befitting a four star hotel. The staff, or certainly most of them are adept in many languages including more importantly for me, English. The receptionists, who in truth are arguably the face of the hotel are extremely polite and simply can't do enough for you. The same goes for each and every member of staff I met from cleaner to Director. To the hotel: You are made to feel somewhat special as you walk in through the stylish entrance and met with a sparkling glass and silver design that oozes quality. The rooms are incredibly generous and arguably some of the best thought out designs I've had the pleasure to stay in. Kept maintained to a high order and cleaned every day the rooms offer an array of extras such as a double sink, generous bath and shower along with WC and Bidet. This clearly caters for the disabled and is a very impressive attribute. The view I enjoyed was of the skyscape and sea, and that was only on the eighth floor. How impressive the higher floors must be one can only imagine.

Very nice hotel, booked the superior room, well worth it, breakfast very good, great choice, staff good and friendly, near the old town, but not so noisy, would stay there again, rooms need a bit of update, but two balcony's, 40inish tv, loads of English channels, and very cheap.

Only missing the glass of cava at breakfast.

Single mum and toddler of 2.5yrs, travelling with family of 9 persons. After some confusion at the Reception Desk (where only 1 room was provided for a booking of 2 twin rooms) we were allowed to leave luggage in the locked Luggage Room until rooms were ready at 2pm. The key for my room (on the 6th floor) didn’t work and the lifts were so slow that I took the stairs down to Reception to re-programme the key (leaving my very tired toddler playing outside the room with her Nan) and returned up the stairs to try again. Still didn’t work so returned to Reception (again by stairs as lifts didn’t arrive) and demanded a new room on the 2nd floor so I didn’t have to take the baby up and down 6 flights every day! The Manager changed rooms without a problem and had sent the Hotel Maintenance to open the original room. We also needed 2 rooms to be together and that was provided too, so their action in solving problems was pretty good. Rooms ending in. 05 are corner rooms and more spacious than others. Could faintly hear road noise and music on 2nd Floor with the patio doors shut, but it all stopped around midnight. Beach and shops were a nice walking distance, even for the toddler. (12 euro for 2 beds and brolly on the beach). We requested a spare bed in one of the rooms for one night only and this posed no problem with Reception and was set up almost immediately without any charge – they are very accommodating and very pleasant.
