This hotel should be 5* its clean the staff are super friendly and helpful the food is superb and the bar is well stocked definitely recommend x.

1st stay in Benidorm. Beautiful beautiful hotel near the old town. Booking for next year. Food, staff, atmosphere and service all brilliant.

Lovely hotel. Quiet and very clean. Food was fantastic! lovely staff and great drinks with the all inclusive option. Room was spacious with a great shower and sea view. Would stay again.

Just back after another fantastic 4 days for a milestone birthday! We came 2 years ago also and loved it, the same goes for this time! Hotel is lovely! Great location for the old town, beach and new town! Pool area is perfect, rooms are amazing and staff are so helpful and friendly!

Just returned with 4 of my friends. The hotel was lovely, so clean and the food we had for breakfast was amazing. So much choice on offer to suit everyone. The cleaners were there daily with fresh towels everyday and it located by the old town with plenty of places to eat around and plenty of shops too. We were more interested in the Benidorm strip nightlife which was a ten-15 minute walk so close enough and the beach is a 5 min walk too. Very impressed with the hotel that we are looking now to book up again.

This is a great hotel. The staff are the friendliest I have ever known in a hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. Rosa in the restaurant deserves a special mention for going out of her way to make us happy! lovely lady!. The bar staff, especially Juan Antonio and Onay are friendly, helpful and good fun. Great hotel! The All Inclusive is fantastic, with a huge range of food and drink to suit all tastes. Can't wait to return!

Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Hotel very clean with spacious rooms & balcony. The food was really good too with a large variety to tempt all taste buds / pallets. Couldn't have asked for more. Deffinately would stay again & highly recommend this hotel. Location great for Old Town Benidorm.

Great hotel, staff can, t do enough for you, great location.

Always come here mostly twice a year but not this year funds won't let us. But this week they've let in groups of men 15 young ones on Friday shouting before that 30 to 40s ***g and 50 to 60s until this, this as been the best hotel in benidorm we've another 5 days and if it keeps up we won't be coming here again. We see the same people year after year it's a shame.

The adults only option is a plus considering you can hear the kids by the nearby hotel pools down the road! Staff and bar staff very helpful. Restaurant looks good however they did not offer an early option so wasn't open by the time I left for my meeting. Room Is spacious and comfortable with lovely facilities and balcony. The pool area is crowded but there is an extra lounger area on an upper floor.

Good value for money. Helpful both in the bar, cafeteria, dining room and reception. Swimming Pool with good access for people with reduced mobility.

Not how many times I have come, I always repeat this hotel, everything is very very good, good location all OK.

Nice hotel and very clean rooms, buffe something loose, and highlight the cheerleader Ana Q makes you some massages and face cleaning Q leaves you luxury and thank all the staff of the hotel, very friendly.

Stayed for the first time at this hotel 20th September for 11 nights it was an amazing stay the staff work very hard to make the stay special while there it was our golden wedding anniversary we were left a basket of fruit a bottle of champers and a decoration of birds done in towels with rose petals scattered around. The place was kept spotlessly clean I cannot praise it enough if I had a disappointment it was the pool very cold but it didn't spoil the experience thank you to all at the RH Royal Hotel.

Adults only, very dignified buffet restaurant, worlds apart from others I have been to. Highly recommended.

Fabulous hotel. Rooms, beds, staff, food, pool, facilities, drinks all excellent. Would highly recommend this 4*. Adults only hotel and will definately be back. I have seen negative reports re food, we could not fault it, fantastic choice, something for everyone, beautiful. There was a small issue with the amount of parasols around the pool whilst we were there, but Manager now aware of this and spoke to us about it. More parasols arrived on the upper sun deck after our complaint and more should be arriving poolside imminently. This hotel was recommended to us by the friends we travelled with and we were not disappointed.

Stayed in room 301 for 2 nights in the past week. Lovely compact room. Nice and quiet very clean, average view food is ok too. Definetely return and recommend.

Glad I found this hotel, although my room was small as it was single occupancy it was very good, spotless bathroom, good shower, very comfy bed and many English TV channels! My evening meal I have to say was quite poor but this could have been as I had it at 9.15 and was the restaurant was empty and no new food was being brought out. I had breakfast at 8am and was spot on probably the best I've had in Benidorm. Staff very helpful and cheerful I will Definetely be back.

It is an old hotel but renovated, this very well in general, but I put 3 stars for food from the buffet which wasn't very well at all. The staff of the restaurant Bedford.

We have stayed at the Royal several times now always found everything wonderful in fact we are due back again this year in September for a long holiday can't wait.

Six years are that I'm going to this hotel, always for the failures, and I'm very much at home, in all senses, but so does not become hubierra.
I hope that time prosima that fence can say the same.
