Just back from an amazing week here the staff are absolutely fantastic especially the entertainers in the kids club Luca just made my child's week she's missing him so much already will definitely return. Hotel is spotless clean highly recommended Hotel RH Princesa… a big thank you to Alex for looking after my daughter Lilly for the last few nights that Luca wasn't there ❤️ we hope to be back soon.

Stayed at Hotel RH Princesa this week. Cannot recommend it enough. Brilliant hotel with nice clean spacious rooms, hotel bar and entertainment, fabulous spa and indoor pool as well as a large outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Short walk to beach with shops nearby. Staff are really helpful and restaurant food is really good with great variety catering for everyone. Have had a wonderful time and will definitely come back to stay.

Don’t ever go here if your are not from spain. They don’t like tourists, the food is 0. The staff of the restaurant are the only around who are really friendly. Never again…

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and love it. The staff on reception, the bar, kids club, restaurant and the maids are all fantastic and can’t do enough to help.
I lost my necklace last time we were there, they found it and returned it to me. I’ve just received it today. I cannot thank you all enough!

It is very familiar, the cleanliness fantastic, the food very varied and rich, in the hotel you have everything you do not have to go out and above all the sympathy of all the waiters and monitors, we have a very good time whenever we go.

Stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Its a perfect location for the busy parts of town, the beach and the old town. Stay all inclusive and cannot complain about anything. The food is just fabulous, staff are great the cleaners never stop. Its just a great place to go.

Stayed here for 5 nights in February and had excellent time. Easy walking distance to beach/everything. We had bed and breakfast and breakfast was fantastic. Our 11 year old loved the activities in the hotel. Alex and the team were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family friendly hotel. Restaurant staff, bar staff, entertainment staff, actually all staff all round always helpfully, nice, polite and friendly. Always have a smile on their faces lovely people. We love coming here.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. Entertainment goes on until 12pm. Lovely pool. Clean rooms. We had a fantastic 10 days holiday here. Loads of entertainment for the children. Loved the bouncy castles, go karts and football pitch for the children to use at night. I would stay here again.

Top notch hotel with amazing staff. Would very much consider returning to this hotel. Room is very clean, view isn’t terrible. Restaurant is accommodating to all, with a variety of foods to be tried. Great pool area, with lifeguards in hand in case of emergency. Recommended for single, couples and families.

There's too many good things to say about this hotel so I'll state the bad things. The pool was a tad fresh but refreshing once you were actually in.

Well what can I say… my family (group of 10) stayed at this wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived we were so impressed. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming & the hotel & rooms were spotless. The pools are amazing & plenty of sunbeds, but queue early ;) The food in the restaurant was lovely, plenty of choice. The main selling point of this hotel is the staff! All the staff were so helpful & friendly, from the photographer, lifeguard to the bar staff. We have to give a special shout out to the 2 Juan's at the bar, particularly Juan Carlos. He was so kind to my 11 year old nephew even went the extra mile to spoil him on his birthday. We certainly will be back!

Definitely would recommend this hotel. Even after having spent just one day of our weeks holiday here. Beyond our expectations staff, food, waiter service for drinks at meal times! rooms, facilities excellent. Bar. Cant fault it.

We stayed at the Princessa all inclusive for a week in July (6 of us — 4 in a family room and 2 in atwin room). I cannot fault this hotel at all — it is very clean, the rooms were well sized and the food selection was amazing.
All the staff were very friendly and polite in particular Carlos in the restaurant — he knew our names after meeting us once and we didn’t have to order our drinks he automatically knew what we had and bought them to the table.
My two daughters (5&8) absolutely loved the splash pool and going down the slides! We were always able to get a sun lounger.
We loved it that much that my mum and step dad are returning in October and we are all returning next July! Well done Princessa!

Lovely hotel, great 4* accommodation. I saw a few negative comments on Trip Advisor so was unsure what it's be like, but honestly we have pretty high standards and we really enjoyed it. The staff were brilliant — they couldn't do enough for you and I'm not sure when they rest as it always seemed to be the same people working! The room and all areas in the hotel were in great repair and very clean (I LOVED this about this hotel! ). We didn't see any ants, wasps, cockroaches or mosquitos. The food was lovely. Always fresh and a good variation. The pool areas are well split, with a lovely area for the children and an adults pool. The lifeguard on the children's pool was amazing and always poised and ready to help wherever necessary, the children loved him. Evening entertainment was great and varied, the children loved it (we have a 2 and 4 year old and they were constantly mesmerized! ). The kids club was great too — lots to do all day. They did leave our 4 year old behind when they moved activities once, but I complained to the staff member in charge and every time I checked on her afterwards, they had a close eye on her. It's not a huge hotel so fortunately I found her quickly and it wasn't an issue. The only 2 things to consider are — if you want all inclusive then you'll need to upgrade when you arrive, and some things still aren't included.

A great hotel, in what stands out is ALL THE STAFF, which compensate with many slight failures… for example cooking, does not give them time, … ANIMATION a 20 out of 10.
The beds are spacious and clean.
I propose to install plug for electric car chargers.
More than familiar.
Repeat.

Fantastic hotel. All the staff very polite and really helpful, nothing too much trouble for them. Food great, lots to choose from and the drinks are good too.

Great hotel friendly and helpful people. Always clean rooms at any time are always at the customer's service, both breakfast and lunch and dinner always with a large buffet and with great food, both the pool of degrees and that of children always clean and disinfected even as the bathrooms. I personally was there and I had a great time that I had to do a week I stayed there 10 days over all saying on the last day at the hotel if I could stay and always friendly they said yes. I personally advise him to go.

Lovely hotel & friendly staff. Pool area & splash pad are brilliant, lack of sun beds that aren't reserved with towels never to actually see anybody on them. Hotel and room are always clean. Only down side is transfer coach leaves you at the bottom of the road to struggle up to hotel with suitcases, pushchairs & hand luggage.

Hotel was very nice. Room was lovely and spacious and was given tea and coffee facilities when I requested them. Staff in the restaurant were very welcoming. The only complaint was that we had an early flight and was told there would be breakfast provided but this was only tea/coffee biscuits and fruit that had seen better days.

Very good hotel. Good value for money. Close enough to the beach and other RH Victoria and others… swimming pool quite large but too covered by the building (little sun to make sunbathing! )

Great hotel. Food was delicious but all of the same things. Hotel room was cleaned daily etc fresh bedding. Personally I would be happy to come back… Also they have a great variety of food, Meat, Salad, Vegetables and lovery sweet etc Mr whippy machine (Ice cream machine)

Have just spent a lovely relaxing holiday to celebrate my birthday in this very clean hotel, Lovely buffet with lot's to choose from and the staff very helpful, a special thank you to Carlos in the restaurant who looked after us. Nicely surprised with a bottle of cava delivered to our room on my birthday really nice touch. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful 7days, staff very helpful, food good with large choice. Recommend the Spa treatments very reasonable prices. A great hotel 10 minutes walk to beach and the Old Town.

An excellent hotel! The whole place was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and soft pillows, and an amazing powershower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and what can we say about the food? Best all-inclusive food I've ever had, especially the grilled fish.

Fantastic hotel, plenty to do for both adults and kids, kids club during the day and even opens right next to dancefloor when adult entertainment is on at night. Great entertainment for adults at night as well. Food is always fantastic plenty of choices and always warm. Waiters and staff couldn't be any nicer and they are fab with kids. Defo recommend upgrading to gold card to get better drinks etc. Splash park and kids area fab for kids… pool water is a bit cold still but it is only April I'm sure it will be good in the summer. Only things I was a bit dissapointed about were we upgraded to gold card we were told everything was free but there is still a few things on the drinks menu and sweets for kids you have to pay for (70% off but still have to pay), the splash park was shut for maintenance which we weren't warned about prior and not much choice of food for kids. Didn't like the unexpected charge for the "mini bar" in the room when we were checking oug as ours was empty when we arrived and we put water in it but was still charged for using it… but would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Worst hotel of my life, the rooms are not made (dirty floors, dirty bathroom, sheets not changed) if have not give generous tip. Deplorable food, everything is frozen even in prison the food is better in short I advise against.

We have been for 3 nights at Easter being 4 adults and one child.
Great food. Buffet of a very good quality and quantity. Very spacious service hours and dining room with a capacity of almost 500 people.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the attention received by Carlos from the dining room service. Always attentive to us and very friendly, it shows when a person likes their work and this is a clear case.
Everything is perfect, we will come back and of course we recommend it.

A treatment and a care of 5-star hotel. The room is correct, clean and the staff very pleasant.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The room was spotless, it was a pleasure to return to our room to find that it had been cleaned to such a high degree. The breakfast was good but I do have concerns about the safety aspect of carrying hot drinks back to the table) I know that this is common practice in most hotels), on 1 occasion 2 children ran in front of me without any consideration about what I had in my hand, adults also gave little consideration. I am confident that there is an alternative to this practice. That said I would recommend the hotel to friends and relatives. Exceptionally clean and friendly service. The entertainment seemed to accommodate all ages. It was also very pleasing to know that the hotel doesn't accommodate stag and hen parties. Finally, given that you want feed back I hope that you will give consideration to changing the practice of guests carrying hot drinks.

Hotel very clean in a good location staff very friendly. I have a special needs son and one of the waiters treated him like he was like any other child laughing and joking with him it was brill.

Excellent hotel. Room was modern, clean & comfortable. We only had bed & breakfast but there was a very wide choice. The spa was lovely but was an extra charge (worth the 6€ for 2 hr).

Interesting hotel for its value for money, it has indoor and outdoor garage, also spa. Its staff is very attentive, very good kitchen with a modern and renovated restaurant. Daily entertainment very suitable. For the fans to know that they put in their rooms the matches of the Spanish league. A very recommended hotel also for families with children, has two playgrounds one of them on the inside.

Hotel of the RH chain (Rest-Hotel) in Benidorm, well located next to the street of Emilio Ortuño, an important thoroughfare of the city. It is not especially close to the sea, but it has enough services and entertainment areas (pools) to make this thing less noticeable.
Professional staff, helpful and very friendly, that makes your visit much more enjoyable if possible. Good gastronomic offer.

Lovely hotel. Top floors are a bit scary though! Some times it's difficult to get the lift, can take ages. Nice food.

I knew after reading the reviews my holiday would be a good one, but it has turned out to be wonderful. Our room is lovely with a fantastic view, and also quiet which has given us a restful stay. The food is varied and well cooked. The staff are most helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Everybody that I have talked to feel like I do, and we will be back if we can get in!

This is an excellent 4 star all inclusive family hotel. Ideal for parents with young children with a separate pool and play area for children. The main pool is on the other side of the hotel wuth it's own veranda and snack bar.

Clean and modern, bar staff were amazing especially the one who calls everyone mate and the one with the bald head. Only improvement would be better night entertainment, something like bingo or a quiz. Also they need to get rid of the older lifeguard, he's just grumpy and has a go at everyone for the tiniest thing.

Much better than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Many activities to get involved with, and plenty to keep the kids happy and entertained — children's pool, playground, games room and club. Food variety was good and drinks reasonably priced. Walk to the beach or old town isn't as bad as it looks on the map; 10 minutes with children.

Rooms okay, floor was dirty on our first day stay. Food was okay, not many variety, but taste good. Children club was great, keep our little boy busy.

Beautiful place, clean, very courteous staff, room all days spotless, you eat well. Advice at all.

A very good deal, superior view rooms! The pool of children keep them very entertaining, the firm is very good. The only downside is that there are few sunbeds, but relief workers are responsible for removing towels from people who "book" and control the theme a little.

Restaurant with buffet pretty good and cheap. You can go there one morning, eat and any of its activities.

Arrived back from this hotel on 2/3/2016 this is my second stay there the rooms have all been refurbished and are very clean and tidy the bar has been updated also the restuarent the staff are very cheerfull and extremely helpfull entertainment is excellent for the clientell that stay there this time of year only one slight moan food could be a little warmer but have plenty of choice. You have to requested tea and coffee making items from the recepion, can't wait for my next visit.

Stayed in this hotel in october and the hloiday was great. Second stay here and food accomodation and staff all are of a very good standard. Entertainment is a little lacking but not due to lack of trying. Overall you could do a lot worse, I'd say a safe bet…

First class holiday, just had our second stay this year at the princessa, could not fault the hotel in anyway, food is great, staff fantastic, rooms are fine aircon in the room is magic at night slept like a log, good quite family hotel.

We had 10 day at hotel good time. Hotel very clean food was good staff great only thing was sunbeds did not get one ever day had to go down the beach and pay for them. Had to be early to get one never mind had a great holiday.

Excellent food and friendly staff pool was good water quality superb. Moved us to an upgrade no extra charge. Rooms clean comfy beds and Tv. Was just of the busiest area of Benidorm and only 10 mins from the beach.

Everything Ok, not anything special but Ok. We asked for a room as close to the ground floor as possible. We got floor 16! All very clean, well mannered staff, until the last day. We had asked about an early breakfast as we had to be on the coach for 8.10. Breackfast didnt start until 8.00. Oh no problem, there will be some ready. Bare in mind I have two children, we entered the dinning room and sure enough the food was there cooked and in the trays waiting for the guests, the chef saw us and covered everything up and then started shouting at me in Spanish, I went to speak with the manager who explained that we could not eat until 8.00. If I had been told this when I had asked I would of had the option of going elsewhere, it has left a sour taste in my mouth. If two members of staff had used a little bit of common sense. Ie customer care. I would not be writing this.

I was at Easter in Gandia and we stayed in the RH Bayren Parc. The truth is that we didn't know well how it was, but I was surprised my husband and my because we get to be total relaxation. The Spa we loved, we just wanted to go to unplug and get it very easily. We hardly left the hotel. And the very helpful.
