I was very comfortable. Old but clean and very attentive staff. There was No microwave. Very well connected. But there were much nicer areas. Under D Hotel bars of Giris apparently not highly recommended.

Located in a great location Courteous staff is available… A little ' retro l ' furnishing but cmq great for guys who want to spend a nice holiday in Las Americas without big pretensions but cmq in a comfortable and clean.

Apartments Playazul are located in a very convenient location, within walking distance: The beach, promenade, promenade with bars, discos, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of shops, clothes, shoes, perfumes (with decent discounts) pharmacies, and Souvenir shops…
The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. In the bathroom towels are changed every day, shower gel and shampoo/SOAP 1 time when arrival to the room. The kitchen is equipped with kettle, microwave, electric cooker, refrigerator, crockery, and toast can be fried… (Fae and sponge in stock) hot water.
… On the territory of an outdoor pool, for small children, a bar, chaise lounges, a shower.
… The room was clean and spacious.
Of the minuses: on the bed under the sheet, incomprehensible oilcloth, type of mattress and it is terribly crispy when you turn around, in any hotel in the world did not see such.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Spanish.

Stayed here for one week April 2018. Very spacious apartment room 411. Overlooking main road but noise wasn't a problem. Most people on holiday so you have to expect a bit of noise. Spotless apartment … cleaned everyday of my stay and clean towels daily. Swimming pool set around back of building through a car park. Food very reasonable at pool bar area. Woukd definitely stay here again. Couldn't fault my stay. Intend going back.

Booked in here for 10days in March 2018. We left after 3 days when we got accommodation elsewhere. Gloomy building no privacy at all on balcony's. Too much noise from local bars until early hours. Had a tablet which was left on sideboard smashed when it was knocked over by a cleaner which was denied. In this day and age Wi-Fi was charged at 6e day. Everything else like TV and washing machine were all hidden extras. Reception guy most uncooperative. We would not stay here again even if we got it for nothing so could not possibly recommend. If possible to give no star I would.

Great size room apartments. Simple and basic. Well. Located near the seaside 5 minutes walk.

Dated but good central place for all bars beach water park clean tidy cleaners round all the time would defo stay again.

Lovely and clean… basic holiday but clean and tidy… pool clean and well maintained… No lilos In pool bit of a let down… but pool bar good prices… great place to lay your head down… very close to the main night life :)

Excellent apartment. Whole complex extremely clean and well kept. Mostly families and couples. No noisy youngsters. Great for chilling.

Informal but excellent cleanliness and perfect area for the sea.

Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. There is a courtyard with a pool. Nice clean rooms. Loved it, we'll be back.

Old structure but kept discreetly x who does not have big claims, good value for money.

I've been here on holiday clean place and close to the beach.

It's in a nice location however there was a lot of people going through after a night out being loud at 2-4am, the apartment was ok, but it's ineed of repainting as the walls were dirty and some of the furniture we're falling apart.

Great location in the center of Everything.

The hotel does not show up very well but the people who work there are friendly. And the Nice apartments, some newly refurbished.

Many apartments are sufficiently equipped. Good price and location.

Dated but clean and well located if you want to be close to the heart of Las Americas. The rooms are a good size but as with a lot of the accommodation on the island, kitchen and bathrooms are all from the 80's and had numerous running repairs so look a little worse for wear at this point. We had a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment close to the reception area. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the apartments themselves are a 5 minute walk from Veronicas. The downside is that it's very noisy at all time of day, night and early hours of the morning. You get quite a few groups of lads and stag parties in the apartment complex and surrounding areas so this is not some where to go for a quiet, break. Don't bother paying for the Wi-Fi as you can't get a connection in most rooms. Flat screen TV in the room but all Spanish chanels, no English of any kind but you can pick up the odd European music chanel. Overall it's one of those "you get what you pay for" kinda places. Location is more suited to teens to early thirtys looking for the club's and nightlife than family's. Not recommended for anyone with small children.

In and of itself the rooms are OK and clean… but: the beds are more likely to compare with Flatbeds and the volume (not from the hotel) but from the surrounding discos and other hotels until the morning 6.30 am, was unbearably noisy. We moved to another hotel after 3 nights. Not recommended.

It was great here staff are very welcome and nice people one this is air conditioning in the room needs to be update to new as its was way to warm in the room but over all this is a great place for friends and family to stay in.

Is cheap and basic. It meets our need and is adequate. Very near the main strip so light sleepers beware.

Lots of steps not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Very poor facilities, no pool and very little room to sit out in the sunshine. Kitchen very poorly equipped, we had to buy tin opener and potato peeler. No microwave oven. Two rings for cooking. Two pans both big. Staff helpful but cleaning and bed making very erratic. Spent a month here and very dissatisfied. We could use the pool at another hotel up the top of a hill and check in for keys was up there as well, not easy as both bit disabled. Altogether holiday from hell. Won't be going there again.

Beautiful place. Very cozy.

Is a very good house and is very clean. Very good for families.

Old, pretty untidy place… All appliances are from the '80s, the bathroom is a mess, and the kitchen is filled with chipped dishes and glaces, the pans ans pots are unsuitable for cooking and the cutlery is stained and I would say dirty. ALCOHOL is needed to survive the nights in there.

This hotel needs to be closed down! There are cockroach everywhere the walls are literally falling apart the rooms are stinky and the staff all need a good smack in the mouth! The manager is a nasty nasty man and we definitely would not recommend this hotel to anything we left the hotel 4 days early and found a 5 star hotel at the same price just 2 minutes walk away. Do not stay…

Need air conditioning.

Neat but old apartments, nice pool, no Wi-Fi! (Feb 2015).

Okay, it's not posh, it's not exclusive, but the staff are obliging and friendly, it's right at the centre of the resort and we like it.
