Great hotel location. Very comfortable, great food & drinks & staff very helpful.

I liked the hotel… The best thing about this hotel are the staff so lovley. 5* for that however the rooms were just ok expected more as a boutique hotel. The food also not great paid for half board but only used it 3 times as same old stuff each night. Drinks a little expensive too so you do end up running your bar bill up 16 euros for 2 gin n tonics… it was quite a nice hotel but I feel personally could do with some improvements I. E food quality and sunbeds rather uncomfortable they obviously cannot help the weather in January but it was cold in the rooms and the bar area. I asked if we could turn the air con to hot but was told no heating.! so another negative from me for what we paid I did expect a little more. I'm sorry to be negative but the best about this hotel are the staff and the entertainment. That was brilliant. Very classy acts. Loved that… so I'm afraid its a no from me shall not return. Sadly. As I hoped I would have liked it as we always holiday in jan and June but hey ho … we are just one couple so each to our own opinions…

Small rooms, inadequate bathroom facilities, very outdated hotel, really bad food hygiene controls. At breakfast raw bacon handled then cooked food handed to you by the same person, evening raw chicken placed onto cooked chicken as they are about to plate up.
Queues for food, not enough staff cooking, you had 2 choices raw or burned.
Although paid for half board we only ate twice in the evening as the food was cold & we didn’t feel safe eating after both having VERY bad episodes on day 3.
The serving utensils were not changed despite many people handling them. Hideous rules about not being able to use the pool till gone 10am, no facilities on the rooftop area. Wouldn’t return.

Fantastic hotel, fabulous staff, very clean and will definitely be back.

My partner and I moved here on Saturday after a poor experience at a hotel we were originally booked with. H10, is such a beautiful hotel. Staff. Cleanliness and food are excellent. The afternoon food and service is exemplary, Very big thank you Andrea and Nico 😻

It has been an indescribable experience, there is no word to define… first and foremost is the staff, they are wonderful, attentive, not a single detail escapes them. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The exquisite Naturalia restaurant, my sincere congratulations to the chef, Miguel, your dishes are the best. What to say about the waiters that it was not necessary or ask that they already know what you are going to want or need … Andrea, giving joy wherever it happens, with each client knows how to act and what to say, they look for you only to give them life, eating is secondary, Juan always pending, Nico. At the order of the one who tries to raise his hand and without need because there he is, with his infinite smile and always with the perfect joke to make the evening more pleasant … Jacobo my mother, we have driven you crazy but your enchanted, you see that you do it from the heart. Pascual what to say, you are so given to your client that you took a recipe out of your sleeve and I drank the best cocktail I had tasted in years. At the moment buffet the truth must be told, the guys in the fires gave everything because they will speed up the queue, but the COVID is pupita even in that … I'm sorry that they have felt pressured by people but if you did not cook so Rich you would not queue 😂 and how not to go through reception, each and every one of them are brilliant.

Beautifully renovated hotel! This is the third H10 we’ve stayed in and it’s the best so far. Wonderful staff, gorgeous food and fantastic views over the Atlantic. Recommend a sea view!

If I could score you a 10 I would. We have just returned home from a wonderful 2 week stay in this amazing hotel. Every one who works there are really great friendly people. Jesus G on the hotel front desk and to everyone. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We had a romantic meal for 2 on our balcony. I can honestly say the food was superb. We had wine and 3 course dinner for 2. And we were looked after brilliantly. The room we had was absolutely amazing. Thank you very much. The food is top class. And everyone is so attentive to your needs
the pool is spotless and we never needed to rush to get a sun bed. We will. Be back that's for sure. Once again a most sincere thanks.

Myself, husband and Son Charlie had a fantastic holiday this year. Charlie was given the chance to sing one night, many thanks to the musician for that opportunity. Ray, Oscar, David and the rest of the staff were friendly and very fun to be around. Food is alway good and cocktails too, already booking for next year. See you all in 2019

Hotel and staff are absolutely spot on… Leo the pool entertainer is my favourite staff memeber, always makes an effort with you even when he isn't working which is nice.

Relaxing modern hotel with good service and great staff. A short taxi ride from South Airport gets you to the quite end of Los Christianous. You are greated warmly on arrival and feel an instant sense of relaxation while checking in. There is a beach theme throughout the hotel with smart bright bedrooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are equipped with Nespresso machines and ipod deck which are a nice touch. The buffet style restaurant also has a grill area where food is prepared freshly while you wait. The outdoor pool is secluded and well maintained. A great hotel. Been here 3 times now.

We're having a great time at the Big Sur. Lovely rooms and good food served by fantastic staff. Just 2 gripes. Firstly the mini bar should be optional so you can use the fridge if you want. Secondly there needs to be music around the pool. Overall this is a good hotel and we will definitely be coming back.

More than positive experience.
We were given a sea view room and a litre of water every day despite our booking not including either.
There is an atmosphere of tranquility as it is an adults only.
The international breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, even there is a chef ready to prepare grilled dishes at the moment.
Musical entertainment every night and activities during the day.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect position in Los Cristianos, next to famous beaches and a lot of restaurants/bars and also bus stop. Kind and helpful Staff, nice and new rooms with great bathrooms (they have bidet too! ) and balcony on sea or mountains. Abundant breakfast, expecially nordic. Beautiful swimmingpool and spa.

Just arrived home from a great week at the H10, staff all excellent, very friendly and helpful, food in restaurant was great, didn't like the A la carte as much as the Buffett restaurant. Eve entertainment a very good variety, swimming pool good, nice quiet location apart from the ferry when it was sat in port, short walk to all the shops and a nice beach.
We booked a superior sea view room, wouldn't do that next time as felt it lost its sea view due to the trees, was also disappointed that the rooms don't have double patio doors so it felt a bit closed in. Was much better up on the chill out area.
Had a lovely bottle of Champaign and chocs along with balloons and rose petals on the bed put in room for our wedding anniversary, a very nice touch and every day there was various different treats.
All in all fab hotel and would definitely recommend and go back again.
A big thank you to all the staff especially the lady who done the bacon and eggs in the morning she worked like a Trojan. Well done.

We return again and again to this excellent hotel an ideal place to relax and chill. The staff at all levels go out of their way to make your stay comfortable being helpful and friendly.
An excellent champagne to celebrate special occasions has been left in our room. Each day there is a special treat delivered to our room. All making the holiday special. There is plenty of space to relax round the pool, but we choose the superior on the 2nd floor which have a long terrace with sun beds, parasol, table and chairs. However Rooms on higher levels give a a better sea view. Food comes in a variety which can be cooked fresh while you wait and watch, or you can help yourself from the buffet. We would return again to this hotel.

I'd like to put at least fifteen, but the minimum you leave is one. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a hotel than in this one, I could write a book and only took two days, just get me the card and on entering there are people sleeping in my room, the attention by most lousy workers would be little, except for a few, I say that if something I do not like the hotel then not come back! A really despicable treatment to the client, is a hotel only for the foreign tourist, a Spanish here does not paint anything even the same workers tell me. A very big disappointment from this hotel. I've got two more days, I hope it happens soon. And I'll publish what happens in the last two days.

Very quiet Hotel. Very nice and clean rooms. The best the attention of all the staff. I love it.

Great hotel for a chilled week away. Food is fantastic with great selection for a half board holiday. Staff were brilliant. A walk to the nearby area of shops, bars and restaurants was only 10 mins and worth a look round the small side streets.

Then definitely a great hotel. Being an adults only there are no children or kids, but the property is almost only occupied by seniors… The rooms are nice, although in the bathroom there is no room to hang towels, the bathroom is in fact a little small. The rest is all very good, we loved the breakfast plentiful and varied.

Nothing to add, everything is fine.

What can I say! Loved every minute! Im. Just back from a week at the H10 big Sur fantastic place very relaxed and spotlessly clean. Adults only hotel We asked for a sea view room and our room was on 3rd floor room and view did not dissapoint. All the staff were amazing couldnt do enough to help u they are a fantastic team and oh my respresent a good image for the hotel. We stayed bed and breakfast! Wow breakfast buffet amazing so much choice and caters for everyone. The pool area good size and nicely organised noone is allowed to put towels down till 930 am so its great no rush for beds and beach is close by. Good selection of entertainment at night if you stay in. Bit we enjoyed a walk along the front to explore. If u get the chamce stay here it wont dissapoint! I would 100 % stay here again. Weather was superb too so very happy thank you staff at H10 hope to be back.

Perfect personal service! They solved our little problem with a bottle of champagne in the room and a cake in the restaurant! It's our first day at this hotel. A perfect first day!

Very relaxed atmosphere. Not 5 star as they have a dress code for men for meals. Weird considering how much it costs, should be able to wear what you like.

First time here great place spotless staff friendly only downside al ila carte menu not a good choice same menu each night no beef at all on the menu ie fillet steak. Would come again.

It's just a pretty nice hotel. Good value for money. Helpfull staff, no kids.

Warm wecome and very nice room. However if you want sea facing extra charge. If you want the use of your safe in your room then extra charge. No hotel I have ever visited has requested this extra charge and quite frankly unacceptable. Breakfast I asked for a soft boiled egg and was told it's not possible. Really? I would also expect for a 4 star hotel to serve for breakfast herring, smoked salmon or mackerel. No fish at all. Evening meal is very good with lots to choose from. Coffee after dinner is charged for. Evening entertainment very pleasant as is all staff. just feel that considering the daily charge you don't get the value you expect.

A good hotel for foreigners accommodated. Quiet because there are no children and many foreigners who make other schedules. Dssayuno and dinner buffet, bar in the small swimming pool and restaurant a la carte. Rooms of different sizes are better than others. Very comfortable bed. They put Nespresso coffee and courtesy water every day. Very friendly staff. Sometimes too many balls. They demand long trousers for the men for dinner and the women let them go in mini or short.

Staff really very attentive. The downside is that it is too orientated to the English who spend the day as Cubans and even for children is not a good place to relax. We were still luxury.

A great adults only hotel. Very relaxing. Right on the beach with a walkway stetching right around the coastline. Rooms are very clean, there is also a rooftop terrace with sunbeds, a great place to chill out.

They handed us a comfortable sea view room while not having it booked. The staff is courteous and always up to the situation. Breakfast buffet and dinner always well assorted. Stable and powerful Wi-Fi connection in all environments.

Great staff, food really nice, BUT double standards in dress code seems ladies can wear anything, but men have to wear long trousers.

Although the hotel and staff are nice and helpful, the place itself has (since our last visit) been taken over by German visitors. This has led to the pool area having to be taped off to stop the complete taking over of sun loungers by the pool. They even take the pillows provided by the pool to their rooms to ensure they don't have to go without. It is unlikely I will come here again, as it is a constant fight to find a spare sunbed unless you're by the pool when the tape is removed, and then it's like a race. Not good at all.

Brilliant staff, great hotel. Its clean provides all the little things for your room and great food. Fabien was a great member of the team happy and helpfull just like everyone else! We will visit again.

Currently at Big Sur at the moment on our honey moon. Arrived to bubbly, beautiful sea view room, entered to a ice cold bottle of cava and truffles. The hotel is incredible and the staff go the extra mile to ensure you're happy. Absolutely over the moon with out hotel choice and would recommend it to all. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay so far!

Staff are really friendly and helpful. There always something going on. As mentioned drinks are pricy considering the outside the hotel. Need to maybe have a flagging process for new people and walk them through the restaurant. In all I had a good stay and would come back. Views from the 8th floor are amazing.

Unforgettable holiday! European breakfast worthy of a 5 star rating! Clean rooms! With a strong crate and coffee in the room! Near the beach Las Palmas! Close to the bus terminal for the Teide and to go to visit the whole island! The beach in front is not there! A nice swimming pool with an outdoor whirlpool and a spa!

Wonderful holiday for the past two weeks, had adapted walk in shower which was perfect for my needs The entire staff are amazing, they all aim to please, thanks the brill tall lady in reception for the pink flogs, I loved them, food was delicious & varied to suit all tastes, show cooking a & chefs brilliant.

It is a hotel with beautiful views to the Bay of Christians. The hosting is only for adults what tranquility is assured. If you like bocce, right in front of it they have good facilities that gather many people to their practice. In the evenings there are groups and soloists that offer music from all periods and with very good level.

Had a great stay, great staff, lovely food and a great variety, good entertainment, Too much fuss about the mini bar in room, would like a kettle in room Was there for Christmas Day, it was fantastic.

Had a wonderful holiday at this super hotel Staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious, always a varied choice especially the show cooking which was on offer every night. Nice lounge and entertainment bar with different acts every night. Reasonable drink prices. Well located in a quite part of the town. Ideal if you want an adult only hotel offering all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

When I was H10 Oasis Moreque we spend a wonderful holiday with a sensational deal. We will return some day.
