On our 4th day unfortunately there’s a unexpected sandstorm which had taken the sunshine away, but the hotel is absolutely immaculate both inside and outside pool is pristine also. Lovely comfy terrace with lovely trees to sit in. Food.

Great all inclusive, food and drink.

Poor customer service, food cold on all buffets, hot dogs and burgers amongst other things undercooked, no plug sockets in room except one being used for tv.

Stayed here in November, half board, with two children aged 2 & 3. Orel and staff were very accommodating. Great area & very quiet in the evenings. Room cleaned to a high standard with friendly maids every day. There was a great choice of food at both breakfast and evening dinner — fussy kids were always catered for. If I had to note any negative points, it would be that the beds were quite uncomfortable and upon check-in, staff did not advise us of where things were so had to figure it out for ourselves or ask. Will definitely return again!

Great place spacious lovely rooms, great facilities fab pool, restaurant with an abundance of different foods.

One socket for the TV and one dangerously close to the sink in the bathroom and no other's. Dated bedroom on first floor, Cell Block H comes to mind. Apart from that food great and entertainment great. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Terrible food, miserable reception staff, no inside bar and very uncomfortable beds.

Clean hotel with good facilities. Food was amazing and the staff very friendly. Five stars.

Arrived early and checked in. Air con wasnt working went down to desk sorted with in 10 mins. Room was 15th floor omg what a veiw we had amazing. Every day room was cleaned and fresh bedding and towels. Staff. So friendly always smileing and saying hello. Was there 2 years ago and to see the ones that worked there then was like a family together again. Loved it this time we had no kids with us so we did go out alot mostly night times but always cone back for our all inclusive. Mamma mia was on. Entertained staff wow… loved it. Pool was great to always something on for kids and adults. We sunbathed up on the terrace I would say not alot there could do with more beds and tables would be perfect sitting area too. Over all lovely holiday met some lovely people and had lots of fun. Thanks sol arona xx.

Seven of us have just arrived back from a weeks stay here and loved it. Initially we booked b&b but upgraded to all inclusive for our last 4 days. Views from our room were lovely, staff were friendly and entertainment was brill. It was my dads birthday whilst there and the hotel left him a happy birthday message along with a bottle of fizz, it was such a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely week.

This is a lovely friendly hotel, the staff are really nice and very helpful and the food was excellent, with a nice selection daily. The only negative as someone who likes a daily swim the water was absolutely freezing. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Brilliant hotel friendly staff can't fault it will be back next year.

Was expecting the room to look different after viewing it online, was very basic with no fridge which I thought would have been provided as standard as it meant drinking luke warm water and no where to store meds that need to be kept cool, we got lucky and had a kettle. As this was our first time at Sol Arona we found out that one side of the building gets sun so quess what side we where on, three days to dry socks lol, other than that, the place is very central to the beach (10 mins walking) and the buffet breakfast is excellent as are the staff. Which are very helpful indeed, would I stay there again and recommend it, answer is yes indeed, you just have to make enquiries and request what you need and what they can supply in your room, overall a good place t stay, thanks and I'll be back.

Stayed for a week half board in June. We had a basic but refurbished room on the first floor and although small it was very clean and modern — all you could ask for was more balcony space Can be noisy through the night but stunning views out to sea. Food was average to good depending on the night but always a lot of choice and I did highly rate the salad bar! Hotel facilities dated but fine and we stayed away from the overcrowded pool. Excellent location for shops and beach — would return.

Just come back after a 10 night All inclusive stay at Sol Arona… once again we've had a lovely holiday here and thats the reason why we come back. We stayed in a Premium Room on the 13th floor overlooking the pool… the room was very big with a huge comfy bed, air con, bath robes, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities.
It was my partners birthday whilst we were away a bottle of cava was delivered to our room which was a lovely gift from the hotel.
The staff are so polite and always willing to help you… Balbina in the bar area is a very pleasant lady and got to know what we were drinking after a few days lol and the waiter in the restaurant Casciano (think thats how its spelt) was a lovely man he always greeted us with a smile and wave brought us drinks to our table without us having to ask for any.
Entertainment staff are great too always making sure the adults and kids are kept entertained throughout the day.
This hotel is kept very clean and we cannot fault anything about it. See you next year :)

We have stayed here for the last week befor I came I was reading all the reviews and I was dredging it but its been amazing room gets cleaned everyday and the whole hotel is clean Food entertainment bar staff are all happy to help food lovely too lots to choose from.
Lots of sunbed to choose, pool was cold but it what you want when its so hot and when you are in the water you get use to it.
We stayed on the first floor and room was basic and nice.
What I would say is I feel like there should be someone to welcome you and show you where everything was (bar, food, lift, mini market, gym) I dident know they had a beauty room till the last day.
The sports bar wasent open when we came but it did look nice in there.
Right outside the hotel there is the free bus to siam park and siam mall.
Lots of bars and restaurants 5 mim wall to the beach.
Really lovely hotel and I would come back.
A little advice if you do walk by the beach just be careful with phone, money as there is some pick pocketing that happens but it hasn’t put us off.

Every day good choice of food, something for everyone, bar had very tasty cocktails and the pool are was great.
We had room on the second floor… it was nice small room. As we didnt spent so much time in it room was not our priority… it was nice and clean only maybe minus was that it didnt even had a air fan or any tipe of aircon… but it had a hairdriyer what made my wife very happy since in the offer of the room that we took didnt say anything.

After a few days d holiday at this hotel, I have q q say q personal d animation both the rescuer and waiters are for tuition, especially in animation towards the children, know what Curran, instead the hotel leaves much q desire in the service of restoration, i. E. Q food very malona and very repetitive, so soon I rice and eggs can't them even see, pq seems to q is one d ingredients, together with the pasta and Burger q more flows into the buffet, as I Spanish located in the hotel at the same time q us, afirmabamos, and confirmabamos and our topic of conversation was the same, the food MALONA. Otherwise I might even repeat, knowing q in the rooms and the breakfast we would be the finest food and air, q while we are in crisis, can be improved.

Were in the Sol Princesa Dacil 3* in December 2009. We went through VKO, and we initially chose among the most economical proposals for tours to Tenerife. I think the choice we were not mistaken. The hotel is not bad, fully corresponds to its three stars and has a good quality/price ratio. Room was spacious two-room Suite (bedroom and living room with sofa bed). Liked the large bathroom and great view from the balcony. Maids worked well. The hotel is a good location, only few minutes walk from the beach and the harbour, the center of Los Cristianos and major bus stations. The city has many different restaurants and shops. Food in the hotel not hit its variety, but always managed to find food to taste, so hungry we were not. The waiters would often clean the table. Liked the swimming pools of the hotel. Although the water was pretty cool, we bathed them with pleasure. Overall, our stay in the hotel Sol Princesa Dacil we were pleased and happy to come back there again.
