Hotel rooms a bit cramped and dated. Pool area is excellent with plenty of sunbeds. Also very good as no need to move round for sun as no shaded areas. Not a great food choice but what we did have was OK.

Lovely place apartment was nice and clean had everything you could want in it, but, it would of been nice to have our sheets changed at some point while we stayed over the week. In my experience most places change sheets every couple of days. But never the less would stay again great location close to lots if great bars and restaurants, 30 mins from the airport and a fantastic little shop over the road that does fresh baked rolls, cakes, quiches, breakfast fillings.

Tenerife sur is an excellent hotel. This is our second visit and we have not been disappointed. The services are first class. The hotel is clean and friendly and the staff are most helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit later in the year.

Eh where do I start. Loved area loads around 5 mins walk of everything. Hotel very dated we stayed in room 147. TV button broken. Furniture all needs replaced. Place needs redecorating couch in wrong place to watch tv. Also couch very dirty wouldn't sit on it unless I put towel on it first. Fridge was dirty I had to clean it myself. Ceiling fan makes a clicking noise which is annoying if you trying to sleep. We only really slept in here as out during day if we were to spend lot of time in room we would have asked for another. HOWEVER works is getting done on outside of building so upgrade is happening in and out I hope. Staff very nice. Food very nice. Great pool area very clean. Entertainment nearly every night which was also really good. This hotel has a lot to offer and I will be going back to same hotel. Hope it's been done when I return. As dated inside room was only thing that let it down. Hence why we will be back. Loads of lovely eating places around. And pubs shops. Also can walk into Las americas. So all round great place :-)

Nice aparthotel good atmosphere and quiet.

Very clean an will kept. Plenty of bars an restaurants near by. Just a very pleasant place for a holiday.

Great location. Bars, restraunts & shops all around the area. Great grounds & large swimming pool. Taxi rank just outside but only 200 yards to town centre. This hotel offers self catering facilities, one bedroom apartments & also single apartments for couples. It also has a very nice restraunt of its own.

Good located close to everything. Rooms and clean bathrooms. Food delicious and good price. Recommended.

The staff at this hotel are brilliant do everything they can when your in need of anything. Excellent restaurant and well priced menu.

Location is good but the rooms are noisy and a bit tired. I would wake up every night because the garbage is being collected at 2:00am and then at 06:30 because of the cleaning ladies shouting on the hallways. Beds are small, if you’re talker than 1, 80m your feet won’t fit on the matress. On the upside, the pool and other facilities are really nice and it’s really close to the AirPort.

Good hotel maybe need a lick of paint outside but nice staff rooms cleaned nearly every day good location been a few times plan to go back again in the future.

Good place to get your head down no frills just clean room and attendent staff.

Super clean one of the best apartment hotel in Tenerife South.

I've been coming here for years and I always find it great. Like I was at my house. All the friendly thoughtful helpful staff. Cleanliness of apartment and common spaces great. Deserve ten.

Clean and basic apartment. Good for the price you pay. There is a supermarket, bus station and restaurant with in a 5 min walk. The beach and center is a 10 min walk. Playa is about 30 mins along the board walk or 20 through town. Though it says no parking there is ample free parking within 100m of the front door. Pool was nice though we didn't use it. Staff friendly and always someone on reception. Would stay again.

A lovely place to stay. Towels changed every day. Pool has life guard at all times. Food very good.

If you are after the Hilton book the Hilton. This is a cheap hotel and good value for what you pay. We have been here 10 days and have had no issues. There is sauna, pool, late night shop, internet cafe, laundered, Wi-Fi safes etc. The hotel is in a good location and 5 min walk from the beach. If you are disabled there is a shop over the road to rent what you need.

We've had a lovely week and all 3 said we would come back again. We read all the negative comments but we disagree. It's lovely. Staff, accomodation, cleanliness, curtesy & food. What else is there.

Good location, cleanliness and friendliness of good quality!

Small and short beds my husband and my 22 year old son had to sleep together in the same room formed by two single beds with feet outside and I little one. 50 in the sofa bed so to speak, very hard in the room because my son was not there was too short pay television, even the safe fee, everything was fee, except housekeeping that were approximate, the only thing convenient was the station of Bus close, we were there in May and we did not use the air conditioning, the curb of the terrace was covered with turds of the doves a real crap.

Clean but dated, no air conditioning, Wi-Fi charged daily. Fine for a place to put your head down with nice pool but needs a couple of additional tweaks to boost its rating. Staff helpful and friendly and maid service was good.

Apparently the staff are real nice. Well not if something isn't to your satisfaction. The rudest people I've come across. Thank god our rep was able to get us into another hotel.

Staff are excellent, very accommadating. The hotel might need a lick of paint here and there but attention is paid to cleanliness all over rooms, pool, walkways, food if you are half of full board is good and select varied. The hotel is clustered around the pool but some lovely views available from the back, of the surrounding volcanic peaks fantastic early morning, when the sun is rising in the early morning cool. Access to town if easy just done slight hill. The room I had was equipped with a fan which was a great help to sleep and even during an afternoon snooze gave a cooling breeze in the room. Over all you could do a lot worse.

Simply because in a week we stayed with the family they swept and washed the floor once and just because we were there. The bath and to specify the tub removed the plastic mat and for them was washed. The Wi-Fi is for a fee and also the television.
