Absolutely love this place great staff great food can't knock it.

Excellent service, varied and delicious cuisine, comfortable rooms.
There are places where I want to go back to the Santa Thomas Hotel, I'll wait for the meeting!

Enjoyed our stay very much, its a beautiful hotel in a great location. All the staff were friendly and helpful; the food was plentiful and good selection. My one criticism is it should be made an adults only hotel, I would only go back to this hotel if they made it adults only, I am sorry but the children on our last two days spoilt it for us, having a romantic drink on their lovely terrace with children screaming and running everywhere was not very relaxing, also the pool was taken over by noisy unattended children when we wanted to swim. Excellent hotel but would be better if adults only.

This is a perfect beach location. Rxcellent accommodation and very friendly staff.

Great hotel… great staff lovely beach 1 min away. Shops for nicknacks 5 min walk. Handy cafe 5 mins away. Serves food and is cheaper than the hotel restaurant if on half board. Doctor, short walk away. Altogether very nice.

We had a great family holiday, staff were really nice and the hotel is very well maintained and of a very high standard. We stayed half board and the food was very good and a wide variety every day. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice hotel. Added bonus it is approximately 30 second walk to the beach!

A nice hotel. Great location and good facilities. Only downfall is that the spa — specifically the massage service — wasn't available (it's only available some days).

Here right now. Really nice comfy clean hotel. Food is all buffet service but it's very good and very tasty. Pool is great and quite extensive gardens surround it and the beach with its crystal clear waters is only 5 minutes away. Only gripe I have being an all inclusive guest is the measly little plastic beakers you have to use for your beer, wine soft drinks etc. You always seem to be up at the bar filling up… give us pint and proper wine glasses please!

A nice hotel with a very good beach location. The only night that really disturbs is, the rooms are extremely soundproof. The breakfast is good, the dinner was partially lukewarm and playful (easier would be better). The staff is always friendly. Small, manageable place. Bus stop is no 50 meters away. 80% were older English rulers (ü 70 years).

Nice hotel great outdoor area and very close to the beach. Nice indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Very relaxing. Rooms are small and basic. Not 4 star rooms at all. Clientele average age around 80. Not a young persons hotel or really for children.

A pleasant atmosphere at this hotel when we went to the bar for drinks one evening. Would recommend this bar to anyone looking for a good quality drink.

The village is small, just a few metres from the sea, the beach is free so can be cluttered or empty as all public beaches. When the sea is calm is fab he definitely deserves a 5stars, the beaches are spotless and the lifeguard becomes their own business with the phone in case you need. The hotel pool is small and for a few hours when there are kids ' Club or sportsbook is unapproachable. The rooms are very large and clean but with little room to put clothes and we had one of those on the theater, we asked to change it but we were told that everything was full and it was not possible to do so, it means that before midnight if I was in the room I could only hear the show. The food is amazing always varied and well cared for, not a big space but I had no problems of queues or overcrowding. The entertainment is always present and not intrusive, the shows that at the end of necessity we saw were also cute. I liked it but between one thing and another is not suitable to rest and tranquility.

An excellent hotel, totally renovated with a 5 star service, set in one of the best areas of Menorca.

Food very good staff very friendly, stress despite gardens in front of the pool very well maintained and clean room (I was on the 4th floor slightly in need of renovation; Vor allem the carpet should be removed).

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, nice seafront walks, a very relaxing hotel, plenty of busses into other areas.

The hotel, although not brand new, spotless, neat, is taken care of, very quiet, with all comforts including: heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym etc. The hotel was very friendly and helpful and the location, on the sea, is great. There are 2 restaurants with separate managements: one on the beach, where sometimes there is live music in the evening, it's just a fee and it is very good. The inner one, which takes care of breakfast and dinner buffet, included in the price, is bad and this is the reason that drastically lowers the rating. The chef has no idea what it's like to cook at least passable and manages to ruin quality components with preposterous preparations. This is the unanimous opinion collected between Italian and southern European guests. When the direction you decide to change it, the hotel will surely great and not to be missed.
