Too small wardrobe, too small shower, the balcony door is jammed and the bed is too short although I am only 1.75 m myself. The fridge does not cool (absolutely unacceptable). Guests complain if you have the TV at a noisy 13 in the evening. The 3 stars are only available because the staff is really friendly and the sea view and the sea itself are very great, otherwise there would be even fewer stars.

Relaxing spotlessly clean hotel and the foods good something for everyone. Staff so friendly and helpfu and can't do enough for you to make your holiday a lovely one.

Good hotel food and room. But a dress code is needed for dinner this is the only Platinum hotel we have stayed at that allows guests in to dinner in beach wear and you also do not expect to see it in a 4 star hotel.

Renovated rooms with sea views, but a bit small. To the pool side better, because calmer and sun in the evening and not in the morning.
Buffet not sumptuous, but qualitatively very good. No clothing compulsion with long trousers. Staff very friendly.

Adult only hotel right by the beach. Our bungalow was very comfortable and relaxing. Pool bar was not finished for drinks and snacks so had to use the main bar which was not a problem. Restaurant seemed small for the size of the hotel and choice of dishes could have been better but we were ok. Drinks for AI were served in smaller quantities and cocktails were straight out of the bottle, whereas other guests had them made to order which kind of made you feel inferior despite spending a good deal of money for the holiday.

Lovely hotel, room is a bit small but the view makes up for it. Very clean and staff are really friendly. The only thing I didn’t like is the bed, as they kept coming apart.

Nice hotel shame the maids forgot to leave you milk when cleaned room. Quiet and relaxing food ok we eaten out a few nights at a restaurant which over looked the bay nice food and good service well worth a visit.

All right, but the director a scoundrel we are bricklayers of reform and this guy Preferío throw the food has the garbage that does not eat us.

Because it has a very nice hotel and close to a beautiful beach.

The hotel is clean and the service is good. But the food leaves a little to be desired. There is little complementary offer.

Nice place with reasonable options for vegetarians and many good locations within walking distance.

The perfect getaway. Only let down was the food. Lots of choice but not very hot and same unnused food put out again as a different dish 2 and more times. Would go back but not all inclusive.

Very friendly staff but a little bit small.

This is an immaculate hotel. All of the bedding and fixtures are practically brand new. The hotel is literally next to the beach and it takes less than a minute to walk to. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. One word of caution is that the room we were given to begin with whilst ostensibly a "double room" was in fact only two single beds (each made separately) which had just been pushed together. The tiled floor meant that they kept sliding apart and really served no function whatsoever as a double bed. The front desk graciously offered a different room the next day with a proper double bed, though do take note that this will be something you need to check with them, especially if you are expecting a romantic getaway which would be ruined by the bed situation. The pool is resplendent with a nice big pool and a jacuzzi. The food at the hotel is pretty much what one would expect from an all-inclusive establishment, many options however I would not rate the quality of the food as being better than average. The hotel has a decent bar which serves lots of different drinks and has a cocktail of the day which is always cheaper than usual, however frustratingly the main bar is only open from 18:00 onwards and beforehand there is only a small bar near the pool which serves a fraction of what is available at the main bar. There was no option to have an afternoon cocktail in the sun which was a real pity.

Lovely hotel, nice room, little small but plenty of storage space, and comfy bed. Lots of lovely fresh vegetables. Lots of daily activities and evening entertainment.

We love it here. Its a smallish hotel with five floors and balcony's rooms are cosy and a size bigger than a 12 would struggle in the shower, and we will be back.

Recently stayed here for a week in August and had such a great time. Santo Tomas is small, and there is very little to do other than relax, which is exactly what we went for. The beautiful beach is located directly in front of the hotel, literally a minutes walk over a decked pathway. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were cleaned daily by hard working friendly maids. We were allocated a room in one of the bungalows facing the pool area, separate from the hotel, they were lovely and would definitely request one of these in the future if we ever returned. Buffet style meals were good with different choices daily. Not many shops and bars around so if you are looking for lively you are in the wrong place. If you want peace and relaxation this is the place to go. We will definitely be returning.

Close to the sea, excellent services, one less star for the older structure, as on the other hand in almost the whole island.

Good Hotel! Nice and clean rooms but they could be a bit bigger. The service was really good and also the food. We had all inclusive and it was totally worth it. The beach is really near and totally beautiful. There are some small shops next to the hotel where you can get everything you need. If you want a nice stay in Menorca where it's not that loud your perfect here!

Completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is brilliant. New and very clean, the rooms are great. The food is AMAZING and fresh. A brilliant hotel I would be more than happy to stay at again.

Great Place Hotel Clean nice rooms.

Lovely staff, beautiful setting, great activities and overall a great place to stay.

Location is good, next to the sea and close to a bus stop. Rooms are a bit small with very little storage space. Receptionists are mixed — one excellent, one useless (but maybe a trainee) and the other promises but doesn't deliver — and lies. The room we were allocated was next to the lift. We asked to be moved but were told that the hotel was full. It wasn't — confirmed by another receptionist. Food selection is limited but the quality is high. We sent two emails asking if the hotel supplied gluten-free food (they do) but both emails were ignored.

Went in to have a look at the hotel, the Adams family looking receptionist refused to let my wife use the toilet because the hotel is "adultos solo, hmmm hmmm" my wife being fluent in Spanish and being polite because she works in the travel industry was asking questions about the hotel, Receptionist (let's call him Gomez) was explaining that to every question "si, solo adultos … Mmmm hmmm" think of Groot in guardians of the galaxy that would be similar to Gomezs' vocabulary and everything had to end with the mmmm hmmm qualifier. Needless to say I wouldn't use them we weren't rude my wife just wanted to do some research and also use the toilet. What a sad world we live in sometimes.

We went with 8 of us and had a good time bit quite but it was October staff very helpful food was lovely rooms amazing thank you.

This was a superurlaub, with the hotel, we were really nen stroke of luck, naaa well you could say the decor is maybe 20 years ago, modern (curtains, furniture). But who cares?. However, we do not. The staff is nice and helpful, The food varied and tasty. The kitchen staff was always very attentive. The Pool is clean, although we prefer the 50 meters to the beach are gone. Santo Thomas is very quiet, but we wanted to also. All Around a quiet relaxing holiday, renting a car is worthwhile Menorca is a beautiful island! We will come back but nachstesmal 10 days!
