Positive: view, position. Negative: broken bed (at least in our room), breakfast hours (from 10am onwards, in our opinion too late), non-free Wi-Fi, food choice for half board a bit reduced.

Brilliant view, lovely helpful staff. Apartment and furniture a little tired, in need of revamp but a good base to visit the island from.

Rooms with a wonderful view of the sea and the sunset.

Positive: The location and it was clean.
Negative: Very cold and not ready for 5 days cloudy, we have not had a sad radiator to leave us.
The bathroom is hidden in a secret door that looks like a closet.
We had to go down every day to reception to check out because mysteriously it was never there.
A freezer pizza with a beer costs 17 euros.

Rooms basic little dated but clean lovely peaceful resort beach's good clean etc pool spotless restaurant good, idea for a relaxing break if you want to do nothing sunsets fantastic.

We have been going to Menorca every year since 2003. This was our 7th time staying at the Vistamar. We have seen a rapid decline in cleanliness and maintenance. Location fantastic, views spectacular. Reception area and the pool area are exceptionally clean. The room is very small, not adequate for 3 adults. Very dated, desperate for a facelift. No privacy. No air con. We stayed there for 2 weeks (14th — 28th July 2017) and only had 3 towel changes, and the room cleaned once during our stay. The dinner plates are the size of a side plate, and not matching. The 3 cups were different sizes. The two cooking pots had melted lid handles, so couldn't lift the lids off after cooking without using a knife. No measuring jug, no sharp knife, no tin opener, no cheese grater, nothing to make gravy in. Nowhere to dry wet clothes after a day round the pool or on the beach. There is a dated cooker with 3 rings, but you need matches to light them. You are requested to put your rubbish in the black sack down the chute. However there is no more black sacks provided to use after you have discarded your rubbish. There is enough hot water for one person to shower, but then due to the small water tanks, the other people have to have cold showers. The bathroom smells of stale urine. The fan light was thick in dust, we had to clean it as soon as we arrived. Checked it again on our last day, and hardly any dust on it, this proves the fan light never gets cleaned.

Rooms are cosy, location is ok but no nightlife. Beach further up is gorgeous, water so clear. Would not eat at the restaurant as it's so expensive. Cocktails are weak and just filled with juice or pips/skin from the fruit. Rooms are clean, but would wash all plates and cups and stuff before using as they were filthy. Beds are small but comfortable. Pool looks great but not tried it out yet. Also reception is only open at certain times and she is mainly late and keeps you waiting even after she is opening. She is very helpful afterwards tho lol.

Service was nice. We have a quiet meal in beautiful surroundings. Quality food was enough and we could swim in the pool. In general was a nice experience.

The apartment building location is fantastic, great sea views from all the apartments, right on sea front a few steps from the beach. The apartment could do with modernising but has everything you need, staff are friendly and helpful, try and avoid room 7 because of the location of the the balcony is right next to the outside seating area of the bar so not very private. This was my second visit and will return again.

Excellent, and the whole resort was splendiferous.
