Actualmente, el acceso en coche hasta la propiedad está permitido únicamente para carga y descarga y para personas con movilidad reducida, debido a trabajos temporales en la zona del acantilado.
Los huéspedes pueden acceder para dejar equipaje y posteriormente estacionar en el aparcamiento público más cercano, situado a unos 5-10 minutos a pie. El acceso final a la casa se realiza mediante una escalera. Los taxis tienen permitido el acceso.
Se trata de una situación temporal y la propiedad ha sido revisada y validada favorablemente por un ingeniero geólogo.
*Important information regarding access to Fonduco:
Currently, vehicle access to the property is permitted only for loading and unloading, and for guests with reduced mobility, due to temporary works in the cliff area.
Guests may access the property to drop off luggage and then park in the nearest public parking area, located approximately a 5–10 minute walk away. The final access to the house is via a staircase. Taxis are allowed access.
This is a temporary situation, and the property has been inspected and positively validated by a geological engineer.
Please inform Fonduco in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
