Globales Torrenova

Stayed here for 7 nights, though at times I wasn’t sure if I’d accidentally booked a hotel or stumbled into a children’s day-care. The background music was less “holiday vibes” and more “CBeebies rave. ”
The view was stunning, though slightly less enjoyable when you’re staring longingly at the 5-star hotel across the way from your 3-star shared balcony.
All in all, not a terrible stay. I might even return—next time I’ll bring my colouring pencils and a juice box so I fit in with the theme.

Hotel it's self is lovely but it is full of youngsters coming in at 2am 3am 4am making horrendous noise walls like paper no sleep for 3 nights now and still here wanting to go home unfortunately. Breakfast is good my view is of a roof top covered in human excrement and cigarette nubs, took 3 days of complaining to clean it up. Deffo wouldn't come back ambulances in the night for drugged up teens out of it. Fights and arguments round the pool area. If you are over 30 and want a decent break stay away! This hotel caters for the clubbers only. Staff could ask them on way into hotel at stupid o'clock to be respectful of other guests but they wait till a complaint is made by this time your wide awake 3am been having to sleep on beach in day time just to get some rest. Tui rep is fantastic 👏 and hotel staff amazing.

Stayed 7 nights from 7-14 August.
Room basic and clean.
Had to ask for TV remote a reception.
No fridge or kettle. Have to pay for extras.
50 euro for fridge decided not to pay. (didn't have any left snyway)
On arrival you pay tourist tax and if want safe it is 38 euros & 10 euro deposit.
We were older so did not pay 100 euro which younger ones each have to pay incase any damage to room.
Breakfast is included. It is very good… but some mornings chips were served instead of hash browns. Good variety to choose from cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, bread, biscuits. Plenty juice, tea etc.
Staff lovely. Jaime on reception & brwakfast were very nice.
Good size pool. Plenty of loungers. But not the most comfortable. Of loungers… poolside bar etc.
We enjoy our stay there. Got holiday (tui) at reasonable price… mainly younger people so can be noisy. Life guard doess good job around pool watching and if anyone is out of order deals with it.

So close to the strip, very clean and tidy. Single room is small but didnt spent much time there.
No sun bed wars.
Good breakfast.
Can be noisy at night but my issue was the hotel next door. Any noise in the hotel is quickly resolved. I did expect a little disturbance.
The strip itself isn't the nicest but palma nova is nice.
The pool is warm enough, drinks at the bar aren't too badly priced.

1. Really nice staff, absolutely everyone was very welcoming and helpful, I don’t know their names, but Big Thanks to all.
2. Nice location of the hotel.
3. Rooms are good, clean. A problem about rooms is that there’s not fridge in the room (i know that as a 3 star hotel is not required). But, Will be better a fridge instead of a TV, specially in a hot weather. Good air conditioner btw.
4. The only problem is about this hotel is Noise. Literally every night in some rooms was music, people shouting, jumping, like crazy, every single night. Was impossible to sleep. Middle of the night people also knocking at doors. You have a feeling that you are in a Motel or Student Campus, idk how to describe.
5. Don’t bother to rent a towel, is 11 euros, and they don’t return the money back, more cheaper to buy from the shop.

I was on Globales one night but I still enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this hotel cause it’s close to the strip, they have a pool, good breakfast and a really good snack bar. Day time (good music, good vibe and just good people) I would say I have to say a big thank you to Cyril, the entertainer who did the beer pong. ❤️ Amazing, funny and he did really well. Love, Sweden.

The hotel is spotlessly clean; this was a standout cleanliness that we noticed, in all areas. The hotel is very lively and we would usually opt for a quieter hotel as we don't drink/party and so alot of nights our sleep was disturbed at all times throughout the early hours by other guests talking, shouting and/or partying. On the whole the hotel is a nice place to stay if you could minus the sleep disturbance as this impacted on our day the following day. The staff are really attentive and helpful, especially Jaime. I did also ask them to leave a suprise in the room for us when we were out one day because it was my partners birthday and they left a cake, champagne, balloons and some candles which was a lovely touch.

Very lovely and nice hotel.
Pool is lowly and very active.
Tonis customer service in the latest hours and early morning hours of the day was perfect, went above and beyond for us.
Highly recommend the hotel to any young lads or girls.

Great stay! Many thanks to Brandon and Tao, they were incredible! They are an example for everyone working in the hotel industry! Attentive, helpful, kind and very professional. A real class act!

Can't say it was one of the best Globales hotels we've stayed at, we have been to adult only hotels before but we felt the odd ones out, when we arrived there was about four other couples in their 50s or 60s everyone else were early 20s. The noise level and the lack of respect from most of these young adults was unbearable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Jaime on reception he was very knowledgeable about the area, Veronica in the snack bar, soooo cheerful and kind and Hose the life guard again very friendly. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was soso. Can't believe we had to buy the kettle €24 and pay a deposit of €10 on top of that. We didn't have to pay the €100. Maybe because we were older and they trusted us. We wouldn't pick this particular hotel again because there were too many young rowdy people for us, coming back all through the night even at 5 and 6 in the morning and screaming and shouting it disturbs your sleep. The Palma nova beach and restaurants were really good.

My friends and I had a horrible experience at this hotel. Half way through our holiday I spoke to reception about putting credit onto my keycard to buy food at the hotel pool and was informed that my room was being fined 100 euros for a long list of complaints. This came with no previous warnings, despite the fact that you are meant to receive two other warnings before that large a fine. I explained to the receptionist that none of the things that had been reported had happened; my friends bringing boys into the hotel, giving abuse to security, noise complaints etc. The receptionist was sympathetic and told me he would speak to the manager and that cameras would be checked the next morning when the manager arrived. The next day after coming back from dinner the woman at reception informed us that we had been locked out of our room and that we would not be allowed in until we paid 100 euros. We explained that we had already spoken to a different receptionist and were told that the manager was checking CCTV that morning. We were then given no proper explanation as to why the manager hadn’t bothered to check the cameras and were forced to pay the fine in order to get back into our room. We felt really vulnerable and scared as after phoning our TUI reps for help we were informed that the hotel could evict us if we got any other warning despite the fact that we had explained many times that we were innocent.

Fansctinc location lovely staff delicious breakfast every morning plenty of hot and cold foods etc Jamie on reception was very helpful and friendly and pleasant and professional lovely rooms cleaned very day fresh towels etc we were on the 5th floor great view of plamanova had a fantastic two weeks here will definitely be back.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Globales Terranova. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by the entire team.
We want to extend a very special thank you to Jaime, the head receptionist, who made a lasting impression on both of us. Jaime is not only incredibly professional and efficient, but he also has a natural warmth and charisma that makes guests feel valued and cared for. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and his welcoming presence really set the tone for our entire trip. Jaime is a true star and a major asset to the hotel.
We also want to praise Millen, the head chef, for her outstanding work. Breakfast was a daily highlight – delicious, beautifully presented, and always perfectly stocked. Her attention to detail made all the difference.
The hotel was spotless, and our room had a lovely balcony with stunning views. We loved spending time at the swimming pool and pool bar, which had a great atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff.
Overall, a fantastic experience – we left feeling relaxed and well cared for. Thank you to everyone at Globales Terranova.

Need to get a few things straight about this hotel. I find it very misleading when it's stated you may be asked to pay €100 upfront. The truth is you will 100% asked to pay this charge. I spoke to loads of people here of all ages who paid this. When you enter the reception area you MUST pay €100 for each person plus tourist tax and €48 for a safe. You need a safe for your insurance. Its very expensive here. Nearly €300 is taken before you enter your room. Most of this is in cash. It's a big hole if your on a budget. If you don't have the cash you are pointed to a cash machine behind you there's no escape. When you go to the reception to book out someone has to go to your room to check it out just in case. I found this very humiliating and embarrassing. Your simply not trusted here. I've never had this in 33 years of travelling abroad. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel.
Here's the positive news and there are some. Spotless hotel very clean all over. Great breakfast. Plenty to eat hot food, Great sausages. Great selection of cakes, fruit, and cereals. Can't fault anything about it. Nice swimming pool again clean and sunny after about 11 when it becomes a sun trap. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast staff very good also. I just hated the way we weren't trusted by paying loads of money up front and made to. Feel very much under suspicion. Not good.

Do not book this hotel if you're a solo traveller! I was originally told I had a first floor room, I requested one higher up (to feel more secure). I was then given a third floor room with balcony which directly overlooked the pool of the hotel to the side of Globales Torrenova. I could clearly see & hear people & loud music from the pool bar, so I felt like I had to keep my curtain closed, incase I could be seen in my room. If I'd have accepted the first floor room, my view would have been a wall & the hotel bins!
The worst part of my stay was the air conditioning or pool filter noise, all day & night from that hotel to the side of Globales Torrenova. Resulting in a distinct lack of sleep, ear plugs were of no use.
Globales Torrenova only offers breakfast. It was a good selection of Continental & English.
Hairdryers are provided in the bathroom, but are only 1200 watt.
The TV has very limited channels, I had to request a TV remote control from reception.
You will be charged €100 when you check in, you will get this refunded when you check out (providing you don't damage anything).
Overall, the only good thing about my stay was the breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was welcoming and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to Jaime at the reception—he was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. His friendly attitude and efficiency made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about guest satisfaction. I would absolutely love to visit again soon!

Just spent a week here and first impressions were pretty good, the 2 reception staff Jamie & Diana were very helpful and even managed to sort out a great birthday cake for my daughter when we stayed.
Which was really nice.
The breakfast is not bad could be better however could be more choice maybe.
We had to pay 100eu each for any damage that we may of caused, which after speaking to other people they never had to pay this! Which I think is ridiculous you either all pay it or not.
The rooms are ok but the bathrooms definitely need updated and ours wasn’t very clean even on arrival (toothpaste or shower gel left on the tiles in the bath)
Also the floor for that full week was never brushed as it was covered in hair and fluff we also had to ask for towels on 2 separate occasions as these were not changed.
The bar was not bad, but the prices are quite expensive and it closed at 9pm not that many people used it as the strip was literally at the top of the street.
The hotel is also a cashless hotel so you have to “top up “ your wrist band to pay for anything.
We paid for a fridge but it was more of a cooler than a fridge and you can’t fit much in which was about 40 euros, which expensive for a week, I personally think all rooms should have these as standard and if they do get damaged then yes certainly charge for them.
