Absolute Nightmare: Theft, Filth, and Shocking Indifference.
My three-night stay at this hotel was, without exaggeration, a disaster that I would urge all future travelers to avoid. This goes far beyond standard complaints; this is a severe warning about security and management.
First and foremost, I had items stolen from my room, including my watch and a power bank. The feeling of violation and insecurity this caused completely ruined the trip. For a hotel to fail so fundamentally in providing a safe environment is unacceptable.
The security issue was compounded by the hotel's general state. The room was noticeably dirty, poorly maintained, and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or hygiene. This lack of attention to basic maintenance suggests a complete disregard for guest comfort.
However, the most disturbing part of our experience was the management's reaction to the theft. When we immediately reported the stolen items to the reception staff, their response was one of total and complete indifference. They displayed an apathy that was frankly shocking. They offered absolutely no help, no apology, and no meaningful assistance in handling a serious criminal matter that occurred on their property. It was clear they simply couldn't have cared less about the distress we were experiencing.
If you value your safety, your possessions, and expect even a basic level of customer care, do not book a stay here.

Absolutely terrible experience at 4u Miranda in Mallorca. The place was dirty from the start — nothing felt properly cleaned, and the whole hotel just gave off an unkept, neglected vibe.
But the worst part was that during our short three-night stay, my partner’s watch and power bank were stolen from our room. We’re almost certain it was taken by one of the cleaners, as we only realized the items were missing when packing to leave.
When we reported it to reception, they couldn’t have cared less. No apology, no effort to help, nothing. Hotels. Com even reached out to them to ask for a refund, but the hotel refused to take any responsibility.
What was meant to be a quick, affordable stay in a supposedly nice, family-run hotel turned into an awful experience. We left feeling angry and disgusted by how little they cared that our things were stolen. Would never stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I had wonderful memories and experiences in this hotel. The team does everything to make it a wonderful customer/client experience! You always receive free water/coffee, the breakfast has a wide range of choice, even me as a vegan I had a big choice of food. They are pet friendly and cared a lot about my dog. I never experienced before such a pet friendly space. All the staff working there, especially the cleaning ladys are doing such a great job — the receptionist is attentive and always try to help out. The prices are moderate, the service and cleaning is excellence. It is very central and within 5 minutes you can reach the beach and all restaurants. The area is very quiet and there is no external sounds so you can sleep very calm. I will definitely come back and are thankful for the whole team to create such a wonderful experience! 5 Stars!
