Very friendly and helpful staff, can’t really complain about any of the service. This started from checking in at the reception 5 days ago to all of the various housekeeping, waiters, bar and cleaning personnel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everyone I spoke to this week is enjoying their stay, and can’t understand why some reviews are so extreme. If you want an in depth look at the resort from genuine guests we already have over 50 reviews good and bad on the Original TUI BLUE Sensatori Biomar (SaComa, Majorca) group — look for the one with almost 4K members, run like all 12 of our Sensatori groups by ourselves as fans of the brand not employees of the hotel or TUI.

Stayed in the adult only. Absolutely fabulous. A must visit. Food lovely drinks great. And staff are so lovely. Loved every minute will definitely be back.

Just great; breakfast and dinner food buffet, choice is excellent. Terrace grill lovely. Our room superb — housekeeping also excellent. Some nice touches too.

Love our swim up room which is very spacious an well stocked with everything you need. From checking in to room service this is a great hotel. You get free bikes to use there is an adult only pool and the food is excellent.

Fantastic hotel; Peaceful and pretty hotel grounds, wide variety of food which was well presented and delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of sun loungers and beds around the pools and the adults pool is very quiet as situated away from the family pool and restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious and lots of attention to detail such as the bathrobe and slippers, toiletries and other helpful extras in the room. Will definitely come back.

I stayed at the Protour Sa Coma Playa whilst this was getting built. I came back a few years later and was amazed at how amazing it was. Amazing hotel with phenomenal facilities. Nothing could be improved.

I have travelled to many 5* properties around the world, and I must say this one is hard to top for a Spanish holiday resort hotel. They literally have thought of everything, so many extras in the rooms. Total luxury accomodation and throughout the hotel and pool areas. Food amazing, so much choice, something different everynight for two weeks. The most amazing desserts too, which for Spain is a surprise. I never once met a rude or miserable member of staff in any part of the hotel, and to see the Hotel Manager at breakfast and dinner speaking to all the guests really showed the effort they put in, even witnessed him picking up a dirty plate in his smart suit. Well done Biomar!

Simply put, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I'm 37 and fairly well travelled. We couldn't have asked for me from our stay, the food was consistently brilliant, huge variety and a level of quality that was just incredible, the staff were all extremely friendly and very attentive throughout. I actually couldn't fault anything about this hotel, really it was just that good! … We were lucky enough to grab the 4th floor accommodation with the private roof infinity pool, the kids made good use of this and it made for a very relaxing and enjoyable private and intimate family experience that you just don't get from typical crowded pool areas (not that the pools in this resort were ever crowded) We have been to the resort for the last 4 years now and up to now we stayed at the 4* safari Park opposite, this we thought was what excellent was… until we stayed at the Bio Mar! we plan on returning next year if finances allow. Thank you for a fantastic holiday and we hope to see you all again in 2019! :-)

Amazing hotel in every possible way. Rooms are beautifully presented. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Separate adult pool which is very quiet and relaxed. Equally the family pool is very large with everything geared towards the kids having a great time. The quality and choice of meals is amazing and the restaurant is very relaxed with buffet style service. Would highly recommend. We had a Junior Suite room 106 with a sea view. Fabulous. Thanks for a great time.

The staff are friendly, the suite with Jacuzzi is a nice surprise. Thanks for the upgrade. The spa very well. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking. And even private parking underground.

One of the better hotels in Sa Coma + delicious breakfast buffet + Beautiful room + chilled evening program + pool bar — despite children's facility "children's noise" at the adult pool prices for ice cream, drinks etc. Above-average.

Fabulous hotel. Great staff and service. Like the rest if Europe weather strangely naff this past week but still very enjoyable.

Weekend Price: €28 per person, otherwise €23 per person (if you are not a hotel guest). I was too expensive. As the spa is — I can't judge.

Hotel of reference in Majorca. I can't if I don't give it five stars. Whenever I can repeat, as it has the best spa I have ever been lucky enough to visit. Facilities and staff in accordance with their category.

We went to the Protur Biomar Gran Hotel & Spa with the spa + lunch pack, we enjoyed the magnificent spa but the lunch was supposedly a closed menu to choose between two first, two seconds and two desserts from which we had thought the dishes we wanted but when we reached the Restaurant we were told that that day there was only buffet so at first we thought that that was better but we found a little variety of dishes and the desserts we didn't like too.

Very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great service. The kitchen is very good.

Expensive but the best I tried and I was in quite a few hotels in Majorca, at 12 they had our room ready, super polite at reception where we were informed of everything super well a brunette woman who were pregnant, even had bicycles at our disposal, The bellboy a super attentive young guy who took us to the room, the room card is by contact do not have to put it to open the door then inside if to have light as in any hotel, the temperature of the perfect heating there are hotels that do not cal Tool, in this could go in Topa interior if I wanted in the room and went on 3 and 4 March towards Cold in the street, the room about 40 square meters one pass all, even 2 big flat TV, bath and shower, all without separates or super handsome doors, wardrobe with safe hangers sofas, women's kit (compress) kit for radiant, hairdryer, toothbrushes with pasta, limes soaps and more things, parquet flooring, super beautiful terrace with wooden dream two hammocks parasol and a shared pool with the room Next door that there was no one with warm water in which I bathe and great and that I am whopping, by the way of night TB is heated although this to the outside and the spotlights change from red to green and blue one last of the beautiful pool at night, the spa apart from being big has the real hot water so you are not cold and a small jacuzzi with the water even hotter, is the spa with the hottest water I tried so perfect, also use the saunas that there

A huge 5 star hotel in which to be very comfortable. The spa is very well equipped. Different types of jet, hammam, saunas, Jacuzzi, cold showers, etc. Although it is sometimes very crowded. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Although on our arrival, the room was very cold but they put remedy quickly. The food was the best certainly.

Very nice place to go for a walk if you want to have sun and rest. Unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs. But recommended for all pedestrians. Panels inform about nature.

Very good value for money Complete with good pool of jets and relax and filled with good space of hot springs and saunas!

Really great hotel, fantastic pool and facilities, very friendly staff. The food here is also excellent, even the buffet is cooked fresh in front of you. We're yet dine at one of the restaurants but I'm sure it will be excellent too. The rooms are very spacious, we're staying in a junior suite which has a separate living space with couches and a TV, we're traveling with our little one (8 months old) so this is also a great room for her. The hotel is very accomodating for young children and couples alike.

Maybe not at the level of a great 5 star but excellent service and correct price given the benefits.

Nice hotel, placed near shops and close to a clean beach and very accessible also for children. Games for children, swimming pools, trampolines available free of charge.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We arrived at 4am to be greeted at reception to an outstanding gentlemen who spoke great English and took our bags to our room, he gave us lots of helpful information. He offered that we should go for a meal, the cooks were waiting and a table was set for us. But as it was so early in the morning we decided not to eat. When we entered our room we was amazed at how highly looked after and very up to date with a massive bed and two tv's. The facilities in the room were great and all staff were top notch. The swim up bar and pool area was very clean and a lovely area to relax. (Apart from people reserving sun beds at ridiculous times in the morning so others miss out until someone leaves) The restaurant & buffet food was great even for the most fussy eaters like myself and my partner. The deserts were a favourite of ours! The Biomar also has a spa with a free circuit everyday. Very clean and friendly staff once again a great place to relax wether it be in the sauna of the pool / jacuzzi.

A great place to relax. Brilliant holiday — excellent food, staff and service.

Best hotel food EVER. This is a fantastic place, but also with a few minuses.
— Communication is pretty bad, we had three issues in four days that were unacceptable!
— It's not that "eco" as they claimto be. A/C is on 24/7 e. G.
— The smell of cigarettes is everywhere, even the cleaning lady left a piece in the toilet.
But besides that, we highly recommend this resort, especially — besides the outstanding kitchen — the mini golf courses.

The deluxe double rooms are spacious, large bathroom with shower and bathtub open to the room, a sitting area a bedroom area. Bathrobe Mini bar… Many activities possible free of charge, bicycle, spa, tennis, other paying, initiation diving for example.
The breakfast buffet and the evening really very good.
An adult pool with a bar accessible from the pool.
Another family but still very quiet.
In the evening there is an adult show and a rather child.
We got a decent price given the benefits.
The beach of Sa coma is accessible in 10 minutes on foot, it is really beautiful. The city on the other hand is an accumulation of ugly buildings and shops. Damage.

One of the best hotels in Majorca for me. This hotel has right to 5 star, even according to German standards. The food is a dream, at breakfast, there is a huge selection and the eggs are fresh desire to ready.
At dinner there are at least 4 kinds of fresh fish and 4 kinds of meat that is prepared to demand to many other dishes in pots and even vegetarians are happy here because there are enough vegetables that is too fresh to cooked on request.
Very highlight is the Spa which is accessible through the robe. Gigantic and pleasant temperature.
The rooms are modern in style, with minibar and a kettle where to have tea in several varieties and coffee instant coffee. Each room has a bath and extra shower. The bed, which has great mattresses, what else, unfortunately, is not the case in Mallorca is best.
I've always like to here again with my wife.
This year the annual leave is made there again.
PS. : For contact problems with the hotel manager and he makes everything possible, even the impossible cases.

Wow. This hotel is amazing. Really couldn't fault it. Huge selection of food in the buffet, plus other restaurants to try. Live music every evening in the piano bar. Fantastic pool area for relaxing in the day. Short walk to the beach. Modern and clean which is great in Majorca.
