Superb family holiday in this excellent location. Amazing pool areas — our grandchildren had the best holiday celebrating Grandads 70th birthday — we’ve made the best memories ever.
Local beach was excellent — only negative is the cost of 2 sunbeds and a parasol at 37 euros, an absolute rip off — but this is not the hotels fault!
Our rooms were large, very clean & comfy with great views over the pool — the hotel also put our group of 11 family members in 4 rooms next to each other, which I really appreciated.
The buffet food was extremely good — lots of choice and variety every night — our little ones have never eaten so many chocolate pancakes and churros, they were in chocolate heaven 🤣🤣
My only criticism is the lack of free water! I do feel there should be a free water station at the evening meal — it’s just a basic commodity & just a bit greedy to ask people to pay. I know that you received one glass of free water, but a help yourself water station would be much nicer and easier for guests.
But that aside, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel — it really was the most wonderful holiday — thank you to all the staff — you do a terrific job 🙏🙏🙏

Just returned from our 3rd year in a row trip to this hotel — that in its self says it all! As I never return to the same place twice! But after coming here for the first time in 2024, we have been each year since. I went with my kids what are now age 8 and 4, and my mam. We stayed 19th May — 30th May.
This year we stayed in a 1 bed apartment as unfortunately no 2 beds available. The living room has 2 separate single beds which you can put together if you wish, there was still enough space for us all. Rooms not ultra modern, but so clean. A small kitchenette with kettle / toaster / fridge. The rooms are cleaned most days by the maids too with fresh beds and towels. As returning guests we were lucky enough to be given a room with a huge balcony which was lovely — thank you.
It’s hard to fault this hotel for the price. All staff work so hard, and it’s soo clean, everywhere. Pool area is great, no matter what time you go to the pool you will get a sunbed, ok it might not be where you want, but there’s always beds. Splash pool great for younger kids. Main pool, lovely. On a Saturday the entertainment team put up a big blow up slide and mat for some pool side fun! Numerous activities in the pool throughout the week, aqua aerobics / water polo. But plenty of time with no activities aswell. The main pool cool on a morning, but it was 30 degrees most days the week just gone so it soon got like a nice warm bath by lunch time.
We were bed and breakfast this year, so much choice.

Absolutely amazing hotel especially for the under 10, s. Even with rubbish weather my 2 grandchildren had the best holiday ever. The facilities, pools, play area, entertainment and animation team were incredible as were the extremely helpful and kind staff. The buffet breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel and made us regret not having booked half board. Room was spacious with very comfortable beds including the sofa bed and a nice safe balcony and the surrounding area was lovely and very child friendly. We are already planning our return and would highly recommend the hotel.

Great location, near loads of shops, restaurants and the beach.
Hotel is spotless. The cleaners and maintenance staff are always on the go.
Room was a a great size, Cleaned every day except Monday.
Market every Wednesday evening at the side of the hotel.
Hotel laid out in 2 blocks.
The front block — The rooms facing the Marfill hotel / street side get plenty sun but the rooms on the same corridor facing the pool side get no sun at all.
The other block gets sun all day.
Indoor pool nice — gets overcrowded though as it’s small.
Pay to use sauna.
Gym is free.
1hr to airport.
Great effort made for Halloween with decorations etc.
Staff are nice.
Outdoor Pool and kids splash pool and kids play area are great. Plenty sun loungers.
Plenty entertainment for kids. Usually 8.15pm to 10pm.
Definitely would stay again.

Had a great stay in the week from October 13th 2025.
The buffet was great, in the morning as well as in the evening. I liked some small additions to the breakfast like the healthy smoothies. The scrambled eggs were a bit too watery/milky. In the evening the choices were broad and I like the childrens table where children could get their own food. The meats were a bit plain and sometimes dry such as the daily chicken filet, they could give it some rubs/spices and variate with that on the daily.
The pool was ice cold, my 4 year old didn't really want to swim in it. The sea however was much warmer so we went to the beach daily. The indoor pool is small but we used it like 3 times during rainy weather.
The room that we had was one of the worst located rooms (110-120), because we had some noise from the adjacent hotel which thankfully stopped at 11PM daily. And the view was mostly roof from the balcony. The rooms were cleaned well on the daily and were clean overall, which was good.
The evening entertained was great, the staff of the minidisco was very enthousiastic. There was also a kids club which we walked into for a moment and they had like 3 staff members for 8 children so that was also very well arranged.
Overall, very good value for money! Will go there again.

Travelling alone with 6 year old twins was always going to be hard, especially with one having special needs!
I’m only day two of holiday and I’m amazed at the level of understanding and compassion I have already received especially from reception staff Āngele and Marga!
Hotel is clean and well looked after, food so far has been of a good standard and pool area is lovely! It’s rained today so we took advantage of indoor pool in spa area.
Can’t fault the hotel at all so far!

I was a bit nervous as we booked this fairly cheaply through tui for only a few days, but the rooms are compact but nicely sized (we had a 1 bed self catering room) and clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the pool area was very nice too with plenty of sunbeds in October. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets and shops in the immediate vicinity and the sandy beach is a short, easy walk away. The downsides are that it's part of a quadrant, 3 sides of which are hotels, and one of them had deafeningly loud music until fairly late every night, which you could still hear in the room, and the British channels on the TV had very patchy reception, but everything else was so nice we will consider visiting in the summer with our daughter. Oh, and bring Insect repellent, as for only 2 days we have a substantial number of mosquito bites.

I struggle to find fault with this hotel. It’s clean, spacious, modern and child friendly. All the staff have been wonderful and the food is amazing (all inclusive) The hotel has a “premium” feel to it despite the lower cost of staying here.
Our family room is lovely and spacious, with a great balcony, air conditioning (still switched on in early October) and the beds are very comfortable. Although they were two beds pushed together (on wheels)
It’s a very family centric hotel. The evening kids entertainment is really good and the children’s pool/play area is lovely.
It’s a great location too, about 5 minutes walk to the beach and plenty of shops in the immediate area.
This is a really nice hotel and one we’d happily come back too.
I will say, two separate Earth Wind and Fire tribute acts in one week is a little odd.

We enjoyed our stay here as a family with a 3 year old. He was so excited about everything and didn't want to leave at the end. Pool and play areas were great although we spent most of the time at the beach which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Great for families with young kids, but probably not if you want a relaxing stay as a couple. This is clearly a family hotel.

I was a a little nervous coming here as some of a reviews put me off but this hotel is beautiful! Reception staff were extremely nice and helpful. Everywhere was absolutely spotless. Rooms could do with renovating as they are very dated. We were staying in room 622 and the air condition was leaking and I had to report it a good few times before they got someone to come fix it but it was only a temporary fix as it started leaking again the night before we went home. It was a pretty bad leak as my 1 year old had a good few falls over it but other than that I couldn’t fault the place! Breakfast was gorgeous! Plenty of option for picky eaters. Pool side spotless and I loved the way you could rent the Bali beds for €20 a day. Plenty of drink choice and snack bar was also very good! Pricing of everything was very reasonable inside and outside of the hotel. Honestly the only bad thing I can say about the hotel was the air condition leak and rooms need an update. Thank you for a lovely week!

This was one of the best family holidays we have had in years! The hotel is aimed at kids which is exactly what we wanted.
Staff — brilliant very welcoming and friendly.
Entertainment — during the day and night lots of variety fun and engaging. Mini disco at the pool was a hit with my son.
Hotel — clean fresh new. Lovely rooms just what you need fridge (bottle of water in there on arrival lovely touch) all cooking equipment for self catering. I would say the walls are quite thin so you can hear a lot of what’s happening outside (music at night) this didn’t bother us as we can sleep through anything.
Pool area — so much to do! Splash park area with water cannons, slides and mini pool. Main pool, park and football pitch all close together you can sit back and watch the kids play together. We loved the inflatables on the family pool day. There is a snack bar by the pool they do lovely pizzas, cocktails and a selection of ice creams. You can take food to the pool or sit in the bar area. There are always loads of sunbeds too no need to be waking up at 6am for them! Which was a refreshing change.
Food — we went self catering but was so pleased to be able to pay for a buffet breakfast or dinner if we wanted. After paying for the breakfast one morning and seeing how much they had to offer we decided to book for an evening too. I would definitely recommend doing this! It was well worth the money! You go to reception and pay they give you a ticket that you take to the restaurant.

We’ve just returned from our stay and overall had a mixed experience. The staff were absolutely incredible – some of the friendliest and hardest working we’ve come across, always smiling and especially wonderful with the kids. The children’s pool was a real highlight and kept our little ones happy for hours. The location of this hotel is also excellent, a 5 minute walk from the beach and bars shops etc.
That said, there were a few downsides. On our first day we spotted a rat by the pool and reported it to both our rep and staff, but unfortunately we saw it several more times during the week. The food was also a disappointment – very bland with limited choice, so we found ourselves eating out quite often. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t great, which made sleeping uncomfortable at times. Evening entertainment was below expectations and could definitely be improved.
While the hotel does have some positives, especially the staff and kids’ facilities, we didn’t feel it offered good value for money overall. With some improvements to food, cleanliness around the pool, and entertainment, this place could be fantastic.

Hotel was over priced. Food was OK, some days struggled to put a meal together rather than a plate of random food. Some of the bar staff were great but often there was a young woman on who was so un friendly she used to make you feel uncomfortable. So much property was stolen from around the pool, randomly it was kids crocs, sandals etc 6 items stolen in total from us and staff not interested with the shoes taken we were told to “look at peoples feet”. I think this hotel rates itself higher than it should as for the money you pay there is so much better out there. But just to note it is a very clean hotel, the cleaning crew are spot on at their job.

Just returned from the Coma Gran after 11 fantastic nights with our daughter, husband and 2 kids. I’m trying to think of a negative to to put about this hotel. The only thing I can think of is the flimsy toilet paper, lol. Our room on the 4 th floor, had view of the pool also a sea view, for me and my wife, was clean and certainly big enough for the two of us. The air con was exceptionally good, which in some hotels can be suspect. There were self catering facilities if you were on that package. The maid called every day, except Mondays. She did a great job, well deserving the tip we gave her.
The food in the only restaurant was very good and there was always something to suite us, the desert section was very popular. Also a pool snack bar, which was very good.
The hotel staff in general were ever so pleasant and obliging, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Every where was clean and well maintained.
There was entertainment every night, also daytime entertainment for the kids and adults.
The pool was always full, kids really enjoying themselves, and the adults also.
The beach, if you wanted, was only 5 minutes walk away, also shops and bars.
We were apprehensive about going to a hotel we hadn’t been to before, but couldn’t have been more pleased with it. If you are thinking of booking Coma Gran I’d be surprised if you wouldn’t be happy with your choice. It is an an ideal family hotel.

Sleep 4*, everything else 5*. Amazing experience except sleeping (reason 4 *), the bed was made out of two single beds and they kept moving during the night making a hole in between. Food amazing, drinks amazing, entertainment was great for kids and us. Pool was great with a good size pool for kids.
Despite the bed moving I would happily go there again.

The hotel is fantastic!
We found all of the staff helpful and friendly, from the staff on reception, the bar staff and the waiters/waitresses in the restaurant they could not do enough to help.
The hotel is a great location with it being a few minutes walk to the beach and lots of shops/bars around the corner.
The pool and splash pool for the younger kids was great. Did get a little crowded in the main times of the day when everyone was in it but still did not stop us enjoying it. There was plenty of sunbeds available all day long, the ones around pool got reserved early in morning.
The outdoor bar was great with a wide range of cocktails and drinks available in the all inclusive package, all cocktails were good quality and not straight out bottle ready mixed as some all inclusive are. Wide range of snacks available such as pizza, nuggets, wedges, chips, cakes and cold sandwiches!
The animation team were great putting on activities during the day in the pool but not too pushy if you didn't want to take part.
The evening entertainment could have been a bit better with each night having a main act at 9.15 until around 10 but nothing much else on before or after.
The hotel was spotless and always felt very clean with staff constantly around making sure it was cleaned.
On the whole a fantastic hotel which we would definately go back to!

Great hotel just a short walk from the beach. It has a kids’ club with fun activities, which our children really enjoyed. There’s a shallow swimming pool that’s perfect for kids, plus another pool designed for smaller children, complete with slides. The food was tasty overall, and there’s a bar next to the pool. However, I wouldn’t recommend the sandwiches—they were quite dry and lacking in ingredients. That said, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, a lovely stay!
