The "apartment" was kind of worn down. The kitchen and utensils was not up to standard. The swimming pool is not what it looks like on the pictures. It's been reduced by more than 50%.
The worst part was that it's located next to a all inclusive hotel that had functions every night with loud music and parties. We ended up relocating to a different hotel 3 days before scheduled checkout, because we couldn't take it anymore: (

We deliberately refrained from posting on our first visit. The second visit 3month later, we were welcomed back as the staff member clearly remembered us.
House keeping does a great job. We stayed 7 nights and received 1 towel change, which is plenty. Think to yourself what on earth are you doing in order to require more?
The intimate setting provides for a courtyard style experience. So be mindful, your conversation will carry. Let’s be fair, nobody wants your vocal intrusion. Everyone is there for a quiet relaxing time.
Staff? As before, can’t fault them. Work hard. Worth their buck friendly and courteous. If you aren’t feeling this vibe, consider that it’s you that’s the issue, not them.
On balance it’s fair to say the stars of the show is the staff.
The location comes second.
We will be back for a third + more times.

Great apartments clean tidy air conditioning pool area all good small splash park which is great for smaller children bar is good friendly barman with good prices €3 euro a pint! it’s basic but what more do you want for the price beds comfy shower could be improved as sometimes comes off the wall …. Would I stay here again? Yes I would it’s nice and chilled atmosphere.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a couple. We like somewhere chilled and quiet so this was perfect for us. The rooms are very clean, the staff are lovely and very welcoming, and its ideal location, within walking distance of the beach and bars.

We had a lovely stay. Our room 202 was clean on arrival. Everything worked as it should. I cooked breakfast and lunch most days just fine with the utensils available in the apartment. We were ground floor, which was absolutely perfect for us with our 2 young children. It meant they could go back and forth to the splash pad as we had loungers on our terrace that we had full view of them from, perfect for making full use of having beers in the fridge 😂.
Short walk away from the beach which was lovely and loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Big carrefour 5 min walk away which sells literally everything and pretty cheap as well in comparison to the spars. Can imagine the higher floors not to have such a good experience but our room was perfect position to enjoy the splash pad and pool and not have to leave the comfort of your apartment. If I could guarantee the same room I'd definitely come back.
We had no problems with anything really, Tania om reception was lovely. We asked for extra pillows and we got them, change of towels, changed straight away and near the end of our stay the kettle broke and she replaced it with a brand new one instantly.
The sofa beds are comfortable enough pushed them together every night and climbed in, as we put the kids in the bedroom as not to disturb them late at night when we sat outside.
All in all we wanted a quiet chilled break and we got just that.

We actually had concerns based on the reviews. The apartment was simply furnished with the basics, but it was clean. The complex itself was very quiet. What we were missing was a little more green. The green areas were all burnt, which wasn't nice and the pool wasn't very big either. Now in the spring it was ok, but I don't know what it's like in the summer when it's very crowded. An absolute plus point was Tania from reception. She speaks great English, amazing.
She gave us a lot of information about how to get everywhere, where the bus stop is, and how paying with a card on the bus is cheaper. The tips she gave us for restaurants were great. She was absolutely helpful and always asked us if everything was OK or if we needed anything.

Had a very pleasant family stay for 6 days. At the start I was a little worried about all the negative reviews but all was very nice when we arrived. Pool was very clean and well kept. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would say 7/10 little small details were not up to date in rooms but at the same time you get what you pay for. And it was clean when we arrived and also got a bunch of fresh towels after 2 days stay. Would recommend for a family getaway especially it is close to everything in Sa Coma, 5 min walk to the beach, 15min walk to the zoo, aquaparks and more. 😊

First of all do not get fooled by the pool picture (that nice big pool no longer exist) we found out when we arrived when ask where the pool is they said that they forgot to take the picture down.
Almost year later now the picture with big and nice pool still on so… don't book thinking you will have a massive pool is not the case.
Second we have stayed in an apartment were the toilet was worst then public one (toilet was proper brown and disgusting).
Holes in the walls.
The balcony door won't slide at all first we thought it might be locked.
Fridge and microwave Rusted big time.
Only positive side is that the beech is nearby so all our holiday we have spended on beech.

Just arrived home after a very enjoyable 10 day stay at these apartments. We received a friendly welcome on arrival and shown to our rooms. Basic but clean and facilities in the room were ideal. The pool area is great for adults and children and a great pool bar with friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks. Good location for bars and restaurants.

Good base hotel. The towels were changed 3 times during our 10 day stay. However the bedding was never changed and we have to ask for toilet roll. The room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay.
Disappointed that the pool was different to what we had seen when booking.
No issue getting a sun bed around the pool. However no umbrella just a canopy so if you wanted shade you had to constantly move. Probably wouldn't come back again due to the size of the pool and the fact our room wasn't cleaned. Air con was great. Good if you want a cheap and cheerful holiday which we knew we were getting.

These apartments are a great little base if you are staying self catering. Self catering facilities are adequate enough to make breakfast. Kettle and fridge in the room. This place is close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The accommodation is basic, but it was clean upon arrival. The air conditioning unit in the room worked well and kept the room nice and cool. The pool is on the smaller side, and not what was advertised when we originally booked however it was fine for the children and often they had it to themselves. The only thing I think could be improved is the room was only cleaned once during our 7 day stay and the bed sheets were not changed during our whole stay. We had to ask for a change of towels and bin bags and this was soon sorted.

Stayed here for 11 nights. To be honest it’s not as bad as some people are making it out to be. Bed was comfy with clean sheets, towels provided, bathroom is clean, plenty of plates, cups, etc. English TV channels which was a bonus. All staff were lovely. Didn’t used the pool but looked ok. Only one bad thing is neighbours can be a bit noisy at night. Apart from that, everything was great.

These apartments are perfect for our requirements, they are in a central location for local shops, beach, bars & restaurants. They are basic with a bath (a preference for us! ) & shower, hairdryer, microwave, 2 cooking rings, kettle, toaster & fridge. If you are not on the ground floor they no longer supply a clothes airer/dryer but when I asked about this the wonderful Tanya on reception arranged for a wall mounted one to be fitted, which was in situ when we returned from our stroll. The TV had BBC1, ITV1, 2 & 3. Cleaning is twice weekly, bedding changed once but if you need extra towels, toilet rolls etc, this is no problem, just ask at reception. There is a small pool & a new water play area which we found hilarious as, from certain views, the snake looked like it was having a long pee! The bar prices are very reasonable & even if you arrive very late the Staff are still available to serve you if required.
The one thing that stands out above all is the Staff, everyone is so friendly & go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable,

Arrived early hours to apartments, met by lovely staff member to booked us in and showed us our block.
After sleep had good look around apartment was spotless as was the bedding and towels, balcony was a good size and great sun trap in afternoon. Was slightly puzzled as pool area was different to what brochure showed, found out on last day whilst waiting on transfer that brochure shows their other property and not this one. However, made no difference pool area and outside area very clean and well maintained staff are exceptional. Zero problem getting sun bed at pool any time of day. Highly recommend staying here for everyone and resort is lovely geared for families and older couple looking for relaxing calm break. Cannot wait to book again.
