We were at the Playa Golf Hotel for the first time with our family in 2013. It was great, very nice atmosphere, service at the highest level, clean, very good food, and above all, peace in the hotel.
My son was 12 at the time and this year he was at Playa Golf as an adult.
The stay was great.
So the hotel has a really high rating and trust among people.

Hotel just perfect 👍, the cleaning is super well done, the buffet is top morning and evening, the staff is very attentive and very pleasant, the spa beautiful and very clean. Finally nothing to say everything is perfect.

Great sea view very clean ambient of hotel is Chillout, close to everything, restaurants around hotel are great as well. Most great things are Hotel staff! Esther reception woman ❤️❤️❤️She is awesome.

I deal with the staff. And the food at the a la carte restaurant. Great homemade pizzas. A very relaxed pool day. Little influx of gentr.

An amazing hotel great work of the whole team.

Lovely rooms, clean hotel, friendly staff, fantastic spa (under-used so peaceful) buffet was amazing, not one bad meal in seven days!
All the pools are clean and nice size.
Kettles are available in rooms if requested.
Hotel positioned right by the beach but this has a downside of being busy with sellers and drunk tourists.
Also be aware there are parties/clubs every night going on very loudly until around 6am, then noisy party goers shouting/singing their way back to the various hotels.
Not a place for a quiet break but if you're young, want fun, alcohol and clubs then this is the place for you.

In my view, it's not 4 stars. For the type of place and the target of the guests ridiculous dinner with long pants and closed shoes.

Strategic position for Playa de Palma nightlife, two pools, nice restaurants around, great breakfast great and hotel facilities. Great value for money.

It is an excellent hotel close to the airport. The beach is just on the other side of the street and very good for a family vacation with little kids: it's shallow and the water is pretty warm. If one be enjoys snorkeling it's nothing there and the water is often has a lot of sea debris. The hotel also has a good swimming pool. The hotel has its own restaurant inside and two associated ones next to it. The food is very good. Some days they have special meals during dinner like sushi or chocolate fountain with fruits. NOTE: If you plan to have a dinner in the hotel, bring pants or jeans with you as it's not allowed to go in their restaurant in shorts. The hotel has its own SPA center: massages, cosmetic procedures etc. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very good welcome, good location and close to bus stops to get to the city center of Palma. The room was very good: Italian shower, mini bar, terrace with sea views. Finally the staff is nice, smiling and the breakfast buffet is just magical. Perhaps the only downside is the noise because it's the fiesta day and night on the beach of Palma.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very nice. Very professional staff too bad they missed them smiling. The buffet lacked variety from one day to the next and the description of the food was unclear (it lacked the French), if not top food. Poor soundproofing, we hear the Germans screaming until 5am and on the paths, it lacked a bit of cleanliness but its, you can not do anything. I had my room on the 1st floor so I didn't need the elevator but my sister who had her room at the 5th had to walk up because the elevator is way too long. And I learned today that some have a starting gift (small bag with some fruit inside) while I and my family have not received anything (thank you). Apart from all of it, I can say that we had a great time in your hotel, we had great fun, the kids were very happy, the pool was at the top pity that the Jacuzzi outside was not heated. Thank you Playa hotel and next year if you blocked me not of course. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms should be quieter because they do not allow the rest that should provide a hotel with spa.

The Hotel Playa Golf exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and the beach front view is breath taking. Breakfast and dinner had many different foods to chose from with something for everyone. If you are visiting this location this is the place to stay. We rented a car at the front desk and drove to the other side of the island for 1 day only 49€. They have an awesome staff that was very helpful in taking care of our needs.

You can enjoy a holiday here Dirrkt on the beach just through the promenade GETRENBT dreamlike.

Worst hotel we've been to in Palma. Starting that include SPA… If a spa is 2 saunas 3 hot beds (which were cold) being in works! A heated swimming pool that is on the outside. That you can't enjoy it in winter. I think if a hotel is not up to par to please in winter it should be open only in summer. Continuing for the dinner we paid for dinner… Very little variety and most of the products were temperate. The room a small room with no extra basics. At 11 you have to leave the hotel (when it is at 12 in any hotel) we were fortunate that the lady of the mini bar entered at 10:00 to check if we had consumed something, while we were in bed yet! Ahhh… Another… Hotel "Golf"? I took a walk around the hotel (indoor and outdoor) golf is just the name THERE is NO GOLF! To summarize is a disgrace! We go in my opinion that their 4 stars are nothing deserved and I feel ripped off by what I paid for!

I loved the hotel as well as its employees, the Oficce's chambers were a charm.

Class Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wellness area is being rebuilt but also small and fine… everything is fine and final: top location…

Nice place, friendly reception staff. Standard sort of buffet breakfast plus chef making fresh omelettes, plenty of choice. Comfortable rooms. Lift access. Lovely pool but cold in November. Great location short taxi ride to airport, and flat promenade for walking with good choice of restaurants and a supermarket close by.

Affordable prices considering the service you get. The room are very spacious, the bed comfortable and we were lucky enough to be in a room far away from the street (it avoided to hear any noise from the street and gave us an amazing view on the sea). There are three swimming pools for relaxing and for swimming plus is literally 5 min away from the seaside and many pubs. The best amenity was the breakfast: absolutely stunning buffet with endless choice of sweet and salty dishes. Notably, Prosecco is included in the breakfast to make a great start for the day!

Nice elegant hotel right on the beach opposite Ball Man 6. Discotheque, supermarket, Upper Bavaria etc. Everything is just a few minutes away. The rooms to the sea are very noisy and to sleep is not to think of 1. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A short visit is definitely worthwhile.

Hotel very well but only one worries there are many Germans who do not respect people who sleep, who are drunk no discomfort.

The rooms are okay, can't complain (mostly for a place to get cleaned up and sleep). However, the water pressure in the shower is ridiculously low. You cannot wash out that salt and sand. I had to shower at the Spa the whole trip. Also be careful of leaving things around, for some reason. Ants will get up in your room despite being on the 3rd floor and the carpeting in the room makes it really hard to see them. The food at the hotel isn't all that. The breakfast is good, average. Dinner was okay, but be warned. You may have gotten the halfboard or fullboard option but you still have to pay for any drinks (not even referring to alcohol) you consume during dinner. You're better off just getting the breakfast rate and having the rest of the meals outside the hotel. The reception staff were super friendly, the young girls are nice and very hospitable. The old guy (could be the manager) couldn't be bothered to care for even just a second. He's cold and almost borderline rude at times. The wellness center is quite decent. They've got a sauna, steam and some gym equipment. The spa treatments itself are quite overpriced for such average quality. The full body scrub should be adjusted to just a limbs scrub, your back as a bonus. A facial, nothing you couldn't do yourself at home. Also, you cannot schedule two appointments at the same time as they only have one masseuse. So don't expect to have a spa hour with your friends. You'll be alone.

This is the second time that I always come as pleasant!

Hello, I do not recommend this hotel and I am not in the mood to deal with the manager. The location of the hotel is good, food also, but when you want to relax and come to the hotel where the air conditioning in the elevator should be sealed and the room was the same temperature as outdoors. After warning that air conditioning is not working, apparently technician found no problem. Somehow it for two days endure. I think when you pay for accommodation with air conditioning, you should get it. When I go to the front desk to announce it, they should not seem to be all right, but they could offer at least a fan. This hotel never again.

First of all. Everyone at the hotel presume you are german and speak partly german to you, which is extremely humiliating and irritating if you are not from a german speaking country. We had a room with a swingchair attached to the roof at our balcony. One morning I was sitting in this reading the news and it just fell down at me. Got the heavy metal chain and bolts in my head (see pictures), rust from the chain on my clothes and scratches on my sunglasses. When I told the hotel manager this, I got a rude smile and he explained it was an accident that sometimes happens. Didn't even ask if I was ok. All he could offer was a free lunch, after I explained for him it is a serious accident. At a 4 star hotel I should expect more than that. In any other hotel I've been they immediately take care of you if something similar would happen. They even wanted me to pay the bill for a 2, 5€ water from the minibar, but withdrawn it after I asked for it. Worst accident handling and guest treatment I ever experienced. If this hotel was serious about taking care of their guests they would have offered their absolute best services directly after the accident, and most important, they should regularly maintenance and inspect these chairs. This should not be possible at a 180€/day hotel. Otherwise the hotel is ok, the surroundings are noisy as you can expect in this area of playa palma.

Looks stunning. Lovely place. Quiets down at midnight but plenty of clubs nearby. Love the access to beach, shops, pools and restaurants. The mini golf needs an upgrade, would be great at night with beers and lighting. Pay extra for the Seaview — just awesome for daytime views and nighttime people watching.

A super 4* hotel with excellent service — at the reception, bar or even in the restaurant. We speak german (which is important for many holidaymakers).
The food is high quality, extensive, versatile and very tasty. (It's a bit noisy in the restaurant when it's full — so come very early or just very late).
We come to the hotel in the low season (March, April) and it's always great to be here.
Wlan works, is sometimes interrupted (3rd floor in the new part). But is within the framework, therefore everything is i. O. (y)
Be sure to book a sea view room, the view is fantastic. (on the other hand you look at the beer king and can be louder at night)
The SPA area is small but recommended. The massages are also great. Definitely try ;-)

A clean, well located hotel directly at the shooter, which is recommended for a non-party holiday. Buffet was varied and tasty, the service always friendly and accomodating! The facility (swimming pool, rooms, etc. ) All modern and well-maintained. And to go good with bus lines everywhere. We come back again to the hotel!

— At dinner every drink has to be payed (also mineral water: 500 mL, 2.60 euro). At breakfast water is included… I do not understand why this difference… maybe for business reasons! — The apartments are close to a big pub, in german style, opened 24 hours and full of drunk people that throw up, defecates and pees along the road and do chants every hour. — Breakfast and dinner were ok (Colazione e cena molto abbondanti). — The only kind person of the staff was Mandy (from Hotel Playa Golf), who speaks also Italian and received and answered to our requests and complaints. (Unica persona degna dello staff dell'Hotel Playa Golf, è stata Mandy, la quale oltre a parlare italiano, ha accolto le nostre richieste e lamentele).

I came back just yesterday Good points: very good food very close to the beach close to the airport Bad points: not child friendly atmosphere — definitely don't go there with small children cold water in the bathroom — better take shower in the sea. staff doesn't speak English, just Spanish and German — difficult to communicate seems that it's a German colony. It's not nice that an English-Spanish speaking family with a small child is treated worst by the staff and all the German tourists treat non-Germans as aliens.

Very nice hotel at the Playa de Palma. And so pretty close most happen. My daughter and I like it very much. And we had very nice double room overlooking the sea. We were 2013 there last year and this year again. Been very pleased! :-).

Rooms and first-class cuisine.

The renovated rooms are very good and on 4 * level. The unrenovated rooms have only 3 * level. Got a renovated rooms at an additional cost of EUR 100 for 5 nights then. Breakfast very good and very comprehensive.

October 2011: Clean, safe, friendly, delicious! Only complaint: water slide was not working (dis-assembled, parts on the ground). But the beautiful, warm beach just steps away kept us entertained.
